    A representative contacted me to help me place my order. The tires I originally wanted did not fit my vehicle so the Rep provided me with options that did fit. The wheel I wanted but in a different offset was on the list. The Rep verified that the wheels would fit. Upon receiving the wheel and tires, 2 of the wheels and one of the hub covers were scratched. They were helpful in shipping me a replacement hub cover and two new wheels. After getting the two new wheels balanced and installing in my vehicle, the weights that were installed by them and by my mechanic did not clear the calipers. So the wheels did fit, per se, but not able to balanced correctly and fit. I was able to get them rebalanced so that the weights were out of the way of the caliper but they would not cover the cost to get all of the wheels redone after this was discovered. Communication was timely, but sales did not seem very knowledgeable on the product they were selling and barely fit my vehicle. There was no way of me as a consumer knowing that this could happen, since the ID was not listed on the specs.
