    Literally the worst car dealership by far that I have came across. False advertisement online and terrible customer service. Would not recommend or ever travel to buy from again.

    I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack from this dealership and I had the worst customer service you could imagine. First, I got to the dealership and looked over the car to find multiple cosmetic issues along with a cracked bumper and curbed wheel. While I should have not bought this vehicle after seeing this, I still did without the sales manager accommodating any of my concerns. On my 4 hour trip back home, it was raining and the car was very unsafe to drive. The windshield wipers on the car had rubber flapping and needed replaced and the tires were terrible. When I stopped and looked at the tires I noticed they were Fullway HP108 tires that were supposed to be Perelli Pzero tires according to their website. Upon research, the Fullway brand tires are the bare minimum cheapest tires I could find at under $100 a tire on a 500 horsepower sports car. I called the dealership and the GSM told me their was nothing he could do for me and tried to justify why these brand of tires was good tires knowing they wasn’t. I’m not having to spend over $1,000 on tires for a car I just bought 2 days ago because the car is unsafe to put my wife and children in, not to mention I spent $50 on windshield wipers. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from here and if you do you better check the car very well to ensure they are not lying about things they have on the car.

    Tell us what you think I think this organization if full of shysters' Got what I thought was a good deal on my 2021 Grand Cherokee L Overland Wonderful vehicle Used approx. 7000 miles. Dealer manager wife car I'm told Once I got my numbers I decided to trade - with a lot of force by sales Then in the pile of documents I signed there was a charge of $3300 for extended warranty the the finance man told me was to have the car certified.?????? But ok Lets see how this works out. The more I thought the more ________ off I was. I was swindled. Sent several emails to sales, finance, general manager. Called Jeep, ***** warranty None of these people care after selling you a vehicle Here is the clincher I purchased the Jeep on March 18. 2022 The document I received for the extended warranty indicated the warranty went in effect 9/27/21 How can this be? Something is wrong here This organization LITHIA Auto Stores is a joke. They sure are not the old ********** **** in Morgantown that was sucked up by this out of state organization

    Sold me a undisclosed hail damaged truck. Promised to fix it via 3rd party who gave me the run around for months. As a single father and family member w cancer I cared for when I finally tried to have the damage fixed I was told sorry we aren't fixing anything. No calls back no support just take your $$ and forget you exist. Now I have to file a lawsuit to get damages fixed.

    I purchased a car off Chrysler dodge jeep ram Fiat of morgatown on 3/15/2022. I was told many times by Aubrey ****** the car had remote start. This also stated on website (have screen shot of this from webpage) it had remote state. Once got car home and got the unconnect working and contact the company for uconnect. It does not have remote start. Contact Aubrey the next day said it was a glitch and i was just to deal with it. Won't return calls or make the issue right He didn't even know what was on his lot. He said car wasn't there then a man came up with the key. Sat there for 5 hours with a infant the was getting very cranky just to then be rushed though the paper work. They don't honor their word nor what they post on the website

    DO NOT recommend! I took my Jeep for service on May 24, 2021 as there was obvious damage from rodents and an safety alert on the dash. I was told the work would take 18hrs of labor. My Jeep was with the service department for over 10wks. Delays were due to estimated cost debates with insurance (service depart. would not provide a cost breakdown – just a lump sum), only one mechanic being small enough to fit in my Jeep, not ordering parts in a timely manner, damaging parts when putting things back together, etc. Throughout the entire process, I was given excuse after excuse with no offer of apology or reconciliation for the delay. After 10wks, I was told I could pick up my Jeep. Once I opened the door, I was immediately dissatisfied as there was no attempt to clean the shop dust from my interior, there was still evidence of nesting in vents (that I was told were taken apart and thoroughly cleaned) and the light on my dash was still there. I consulted the team about the issues as I was not driving off with the job incomplete. The service depart. claimed the light on my dash was unrelated to the rodent damage and insurance wouldn’t cover it (my insurance was never consulted by the service depart. and never indicated the light would not be covered). After some debate, they took my Jeep back in to evaluate the source; it was related to wires under the driver’s seat, which were obviously chewed up by rodents. The wires were associated with the safety restraint mechanisms. It is now after 5pm, I am told my vehicle is not safe to drive, but also told they will not allow me to take their rental vehicle again. I ended up driving my Jeep home that night (as it was my only option). It took 2wks to get a cost estimate for the wire part. It would require complete deconstruction and rebuild to replace the wires. Approx. 15wks just for my Jeep to be deemed totaled. If the service department would have actually evaluated the damage up front, it could have saved this time/headache.
