I want to thank Glacier Bay for all the work and effort they put into minimizing my financial debt. All my accounts are under settlement and I hope that when its all over I am able to get back on track with my credit. I know it wasn't easy dealing with me and I appreciate your patience and positivity.

this was not a good choice for me i could have saved money and made payment deal with party and my credit score would not have drop my interest rate and late payment would not be late i know now no one can speak for you but your self i did not received what i was told this is the way i saw it if you are in a boat and it sink are you going to wait for help and sink no you moved out of the boat i moved on from company

My experience so far after 7 months has been positive. I already have had a handful of credit card accounts reach a decent settlement state, and communication with the team at Glacier Bay Law has been responsive and informative.I went into this process asking a lot of questions, originally thinking it was debt consolidation. I was made aware by Glacier Bay Law that is debt settlement, and that it would negatively impact my credit score for awhile.Knowing all this, I signed the agreement and do not regret it. It has been a lot better for me than trying to manage these accounts separately and pay 2.5x as much per month, all the while only ever hoping to be out of debt.

I have worked with ****, who has been professional and explained the process of how things work. Ive been in the program 7 months. I was sold on the notion this a debt consolidation program. Its a debt settlement program. I had a high 700 credit score before a life altering event, causing me to look at this program. They do not pay your accounts for 6 months, to better negotiate your accounts. Thus, your credit score plummets. Had I known this, I may looked elsewhere. Another issue, I have a scheduled date to deduct my monthly payment. In the 7 months, they have taken my payment two days early. Very frustrating when on a budget. I would suggest that you look closely at the program, before committing. Im in it now, so I need to finish. I have not had a negative experience with ****, who oversees my account. Just look over this program closely and make sure it fits your expectations and goals. I was told one thing early and then found out it was something else. Lastly, your collection calls will not stop until they have negotiated your last debt. This could take a year or more. Hope this helps you that are reading reviews. Good Luck!

In all honesty so far, i have had a good experience with GlacierBay. ************************* particularly has been very helpful all the way. Even now that am out of a job, they made payment process flexible for me. I have nothing negative about GBL because anyone or organization who can help you in your down time is worthy to be praised.

I have had a positive experience with Glacier Bay Law and I worked mostly with *************************. I entered the program with full knowledge and disclosure of the program and what came along with this type of debt relief program. I graduated the program in 8 months and had all of my creditors balances settled. It did affect my credit score, but over time it is building back up due to the accounts all being paid off. I appreciate the service that Glacier Bay Law and ******* gave me, and I would recommend their services if you are looking for this type of program. It was worthwhile!

I love how they ask you to do a review for them right after you start with them. Hold off on the review. My credit dropped almost 100 points. I was expecting a drop. I keep making the payments that we set up on the payment plan. We have a three year plan. I recently called them to see if we could get a payoff number so I could pay it off sooner. They came back over $3000 more than than what we originally planned. This was after they tried to get get me to finance a payoff with some finance company they use at 30%. Stay far away from this joke of a company.

They are a SCAM. Stay away. They seem legitimate and tell you to pay them and ignore your creditors. Your credit score will go down and interest and late fees will accrue. Avoid! Don't fall for it.
