False shipping times on website and very rude customer service. They promise x amount of days for shipping, then after twice that time passes and you still dont have a tracking number, they send you rude replys to your inquiries about shipping time and wether or not its a scam.Review from John C

Terrible business, incredibly rude, zero customer service. This is a typical (and actual) email from them:"Your order is canceled. Your email address is blocked as Spam. If you got Triumph - SEAT INFILL, MLDG, LHS, Part # T2309023 from somewhere else, they may have had it in stock from another customer like you who canceled an order. That's the only way they'd have it. And you are probably lying about that because why would you send an email to us today asking for order status if you already have the parts? instead of just asking to cancel the backorder? Because you are just lying and not sure why - you are one of thousands of customers we have, we have no personal relationship with you, and you don't need to lie to us. Another nut who claims we are somehow responsible for a manufacturer backorder taking too long and his business being hurt by this. The website showed the item he wanted was on backorder when he ordered it, yet he managed to complain anyway.Review from Joseph R

Never work with them. Not worth saving a dime. Ordered a part for my bike only because they was the cheaper route. The money was removed from my account not even 5 mins after. Got an email stating my shipping address could not be confirmed even though my billing address was the same. I sent them an email stating this and they responded by telling me that that 1st email I received didn't state that and that I didn't read it. Finally after a few back and forth emails they canceled my order. And that i have been banned from using the website (which is fine by me) Worst customer service ever. This person was NEVER charged for ANYTHING by us. People seem to not understand how credit cards work in 2024 still. When you put your card number into some transaction, the credit card (or debit card used as a credit card) is authorized for that amount. That is done by the **** to make sure that card has the funds available, if funds are not available the transaction gets declined. When you place an order, the card used is authorized. Then our system may flag an order as fraud - because there is a lot of it online, and we may follow up with a customer to figure this out. We don't want to do this, we really really hate doing it or wasting even 1 minute of anyone's time to do it, but unfortunately we don't live in a dream world, we live in reality and in reality there is a very large amount of credit card fraud online. When we are not able to confirm to our satisfaction that this was NOT fraudulent, we cancel the order, and void any authorization. No one gets charged in this scenario, simply the hold that YOUR bank places on the funds to make sure you have them, gets voided and goes away. So ****** ***** from ********, **, is 100% wrong on the fact that we "removed the money from his account". The money never went anywhere. Yes, we banned this person and we will and do ban every delusional customer. We do not enable mental illness like BBB website does. Enabling this doesn't help anyone, just creates more insanity.Review from Brandon T

Interesting that this person literally emailed us and said "I Apologize I thought it said it was Delivering that day sorry for the waste your time" - after incorrectly assuming whatever it is they assume in their head. And then leave a review like this? Unfortunately we have more mentally ill customers than we would like. Oh and then this guys had a mood swing and wrote "I cant wait till your company fails. You are the rudest people that I have ever dealt with in ordering a product from a business very unprofessional. I hope you grow up one day because clearly you have been the one that has been bullied in high school and have some self-help problems. Most likely because you live in ********** youre probably & well guess I cant say that you might get Offended" (we are not in ********** by the way, but this is the mental illness)Review from Scott R

PLEASE VIEW THE BOTTOM One of the worst entities I have ever dealt with. I have never gone out of my way to write a negative review as I know how valuable reputation is in the business world. ***Conversing via email with customer service about an order of two small items allegedly in stock I placed 7 days ago which I was unable to recover any tracking data on through **** because they do not have the package yet & this is the language they choose to use. ***Me : If my package has not been shipped out by now I want to request a cancellation for my order please. Thank you.Adept Powersports :You are literally replying to an email with the subject line that says "Your AdeptPowersports.com order has shipped!" and you are saying "If my package has not been shipped out by now"Is there some kind of a language barrier here? This guys asked to cancel his order "if it has not shipped", in a reply to an email from us that had the subject like "Your AdeptPowersports.com order has shipped!". Yes, it literally said that. Yes, you are reading this correctly. When we politely pointed this fact out (that the order has already shipped out), this boomer got really upset, and wrote an email that BBB is not allowing us to post here (they say "Inappropriate language was detected in your submission. Please check your entry & try again." These are the types of tiresome boomers, our customer service has to deal with daily. Pretty much every negative review here, is from a white male in their 60s. The owner of Adept Powersports never talked to this customer or any other customer in their life. This person has a wild imagination (or they just believe whatever they read on the internet). We can't quite figure out the connection here, but every one of these dillusional reviews is from a male in their mid 60s. We just can't put a finger on it... something that starts with the "boom"... one day we'll figure it out.Review from Brandon B

As we initially replied to *******'s email and said - "*******, we apologize for the delay" - and explained sometimes with OEM parts, there are unexpected delays we cannot control. ******* asked to cancel the order, and he was fully refunded. Not sure why you think "other reviews" have anything to do with your order, we have shipped over 1 million orders in the last 15 years in business, and we can assure you, although delays sometimes happen, it is very rare and you have never read reviews from ********% of our happy customers and you never will - because unfortunately unlike the sad people who will copy and paste the same irrational review everywhere, they don't tend to leave a review.Review from James S

Terrible customer service. Website said parts were in stock and they weren't. When I commented to them about the discrepancy, they texted a rude response. Don't waste your time with this business, they probably won't be there long!Adept Powersports Response

We never claimed an out of stock part was in stock. There was no "discrepancy" - all you have to do is read what our website says. We do not "text" responses. We've been around for 15 years and as we told this, if we have customers like him, we will definitely not be there long. Hopefully crazy boomers like ***** can stop ordering from us.
