      The products themselves are wonderful and work very well for me. I'm 72 and no one believes it.I've not be able to find out if the products are vegan, but they don't seem to bother my Alpha Gal allergy from a lone star tick bite which make me react to red meat and it's by products.I will agree that the ads don't make it clear that the trial special is just the first shipment of a series of shipments that you didn't know you were responsible for. Shame Shame.I have to give it four stars for the product because I don't think that the business end should pertain to the quality of the product. Just be aware and read the fine print.

      I ordered the trial package and specially chose ONE TIME order, but a few weeks later received an unsolicited order and was charged $171.53! This is a scandalous and unethical practice and when trying to return the website states the Member site is unavailable, but strangely enough, it is available to place orders. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!

      Our records reflect that on 1/9/25 you took advantage of an online discounted promotional offer for a 5-piece 30-day Meaningful Beauty introductory kit.  We do make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites, as well as by phone. Customers that choose to purchase any of our introductory kit offers are informed that they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership.  One-time orders of Meaningful Beauty products are available, but one-time orders are only for full-size individual items not the introductory kits and are only offered at retail prices.  Replenishment customers are offered many great benefits including discounted prices, free gifts, the ability to customize future shipments, and the ability to customize shipping frequency.   There is no option online to purchase any kit without a subscription. There is no minimum to buy; the subscription can be cancelled at any time. We regret if you found the offer you purchased unclear in any way.
      The $171.53 shipment you mention was your first replenishment kit, a 90-day supply, sent 2/11.  Per your request your account was cancelled on 2/28 and remains closed.
      You are correct that the option for active members to sign-in and manage their accounts online is currently unavailable due to ongoing upgrades to our systems, but that does not impact the information available for customers on our main website.  We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.  Thank you for your feedback.

      Scam. I didn't realize when I ordered trial products that it was going to be a subscription service. It wasn't obvious or made clear at that the time. When I received the products in small print on receipt,it said you must cancel subscription. I called within a month to cancel. I received a cancelation email. They continue to bill me which is dishonest. I call their customer service & told it is canceled. This is the worst consumer rip off!! I can't believe they are allowed to do business.

      Your account was cancelled when you called but your first full-size (90-day) replenishment kit had already shipped at the time. The cost of the full-size 90-day kits is split into 3 installments which are billed over 31-day billing cycles; the first is charged when the kit is shipped.  While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation.  They continue to bill until the balance is paid in full or the shipment is returned for credit within the 60-day money back guarantee period. Your account does not reflect any returns so that shipment continued to bill.  When you contacted us recently as a courtesy and exception to our return policy one of the remaining payments was waived.
      Your Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

      ZERO Star rating! Billing is dishonest when buying $79.96 special. Special was ordered in Dec. as Christmas gift for me, then cancelled any additional orders (have cancellation confirmation email). They then delivered UNAUTHORIZED $317 order & deducted UNAUTHORIZED $110 in *********** ONLY the $79.96 special was ordered & authorized as a Christmas gift !!! WHY would ***** ******** use a third party billing company and allow her good name diminished with shady practices like THIS?! I will NEVER recommend again. SO disappointed in ***** ******** and M. B., they've changed from the good business they used to be.

      Love the products but they have gone down hill. Havent been able to look at my account online for weeks and they say its under maintenance and when I call they say no time frame. I sent an email to cancel my subscription but havent heard back. ***** better take control fast!

      They LIED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I would leave zero. Scammers! They said I could by this kit for $79 They send small sample like bottle for $89 that is with tax I believe which I paid I was going to try it but it didnt work for my skin, the products burned my skin, I canceled before my next shipment date they sent the next shipment EARLY and already charged my card. They said they charge 3 more times I said no absolutely not. They never mentioned it cost another $200 for the sample size bottle wow! DO NOT BUY I sent the kit back but have a bill for $200 so $300 total for sample size product that burns !

      Per your account you took advantage of special promotionally discounted offer for a 7-piece 30-day introductory kit in August.  The offer included an additional 25% off the normal special price of $79.95 so your cost was only $64.76.  If a customer selects an introductory kit for purchase, information about the full-size replenishment kits (3 times the size of the 30-day kits), the cost and 3 -payment plan is provided on the website in several places before any personal information is entered and before the order can be finalized.

      Your 2nd shipment (the full-size replenishment kit) was postponed to November and then December via your online self-management account access.  When you contacted us on 12/12/24 the order had already been processed for delivery, and unfortunately we were unable to stop it.  Return instructions were provided and your subscription was cancelled.
      That shipment was received at our facility and processed as returned 1/16/25 at which time a refund of your full purchase price (minus shipping and handling, as our satisfaction guarantee does specify that shipping costs are a non-refundable item) was issued.

      Rest assured you Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

      I love meaningful beauty, have been using it for many years. Im not sure why people arent understanding you are purchasing the products as well as subscribing to Meaningful Beauty as a routine buyer. Its not a scam. A lot of people order the trial and cancel within the allotted time to avoid future charges. It is Not an inexpensive product I dont use the products fast enough to be a subscriber so I cancelled my subscription. I have found other ways to obtain the products I use. My ************ allows us to skip shipments if we dont need any new products, may want to consider adding that option to your business model, Id be back for sure! The products are great!

      This company is a scam. They will automatically sign you up for product deliveries. When I called to cancel my subscription THREE times i was still charged. So called again and was told Im good. Now I am receiving a past due notice. It got to the point where I had to report them to my credit card company! Do not purchase from them!

      I started using their products in the 2000's when they first launched. Over time, I've witnessed the company reduce the volume of the products while simultaneously increasing prices dramatically. There are several products that I do love to use, but with the plethora of competitive companies out there, I don't feel that I was getting the value I was paying for. Whilst every product subscription company out there from feminine products, meal prep, toiletries, pet products, etc, will allow their customers to skip a month, ********************** would only allow you to delay a subscription. So, even when I didn't want, or need more product at that time, I felt forced to purchase when it was convenient for them. From their inception, I always paid by check. If you're not going to allow me to purchase when it is convenient for my checking account, I'm going to control when you get paid. This was fine by them for nearly 20 years, and then they decided to only accept payment by credit card. Since they don't allow you to skip any months of subscription, I found this to be a red flag. I also noticed that one of my checks didn't clear for the correct amount. 14 cents had not been remitted. So I sent the company a check for 14 cents. They then decided to apply that to a future purchase, send me a late notice for a future bill, and cancel my account, when I explained that the 14 cents was not for future payment, but to correct a previous error to put my account current. About 2 weeks after they cashed my 14 cent check, they closed my account saying that I still owed them 14 cents. I don't know what happened to this company in the past couple decades, but it was obviously bought out and managed by someone incompetent and greedy. Everything associated to the ***** ******** brand has been destroyed. I have never had a company terminate me for correcting an error and paying them 14 cents that they never noticed I owed. It left me feeling pretty meaningless to them.

      Upon review of your account, we regret to learn that your full payment received in December for the last shipment sent October 14th  was incorrectly applied to the future waiting order scheduled for January. Per your last contact with us on 1/1/25 via chat you requested that your membership be cancelled due to the error. That payment was refunded when the order was cancelled.  Also, active members do have the ability to change the frequency of shipments from 1 month to 5 months apart or postpone a single shipment as well.  We apologize for any miscommunication regarding your account status or your customization options.

      We appreciate your diligence when you sent the $0.14 check for what appeared to be previous underpayment based on your bank records although our records of your past payments received reflected the full amount. The remaining outstanding balance for the 10/17/24 shipment has now been waived.

      You are correct that we are no longer able to accept check payments due to an upgrade to a new system. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.  We are sorry to lose you as a member after so many years and hope you will reconsider joining us again in the future.

      I like the products but, they SCAM you with the offer of $49.95 plus extra products. Then the bill you for $160.00 or more for the same product that you get in the special offer. When you talk to them about what you were to actually get in the offer, they lie. Please be very careful because they will also take your money without authorization.
