1 starPrices have become outrageous!! I dont think these people realize you can easily go on ******* or Instagram and get an AMAZING workout for FREE. They should be offering three different membership types/ plans. I do not need an $89 quarterly plan. Give me the basics and I would be happy. Id happily go back to paying $39 quarterly for a basic plan. Also their customer service is not good. They arent mean, but they say they cant do anything to help? I spoke to three different people, two supposedly managers. I ended up cancelling my membership because they couldnt care less to keep my (very long standing) business. 1 starI canceled my membership then was charged for product. I was told, after the fact, that they are not the same and you have to cancel individually. This is deceptive. When canceling something, you are expecting that to be the end of it. The customer service representative I spoke with was less than helpful and well versed in defending this practice (which leads me to believe it's a common complaint/occurence).Beachbody, LLC

3 starsI used beach body for about a year. Afterwards, decided to cancel during my second year. I have not received any prorated amount for the cancelation but I no longer have access to the workouts for months. I couldnt find the proper information on the website who to contact for this. For those looking at beach body Pros - variety of programs ( but they become stagnant after awhile and you have to pay extra for anything new) Cons - influencers try to push products or recruit you to join coaching - many wont allow you in their groups without purchase of x amount of products purchased per month - products are NOT allergen friendly - hard to change to a coach that better aligns with you - a lot of programs talk too much , I want a get in and get out type of workout , some of the 45min could easily be 35 min if they cut out the excessive talking - I was just looking for accountability in workouts but everything is very misleadingBeachbody, LLC

1 starOrdered exercise bike. Was contacted to select delivery date. Date was selected and window for delivery was set for 330pm-730pm. Stated driver would contact 30mins prior to delivery. Heard nothing so contacted customer service and was told window had changed to 5pm-9pm. I was never notified of this change until I contacted company. ****** contacted me at 810pm saying he had a long day and asked if we still wanted the delivery. I stated yes and was told he was 30mins away. Called company again after an hour. The person I spoke to couldn't tell me where my delivery was or what had happened to the driver. Relieved notification from driver at 11pm saying he would not be making delivery. Contacted company AGAIN. once again, no one can explain to me where my order is.Beachbody, LLC

5 starsIve done Beachbody workouts for 7 years now, and I testify that they 100% work when YOU work. Theres no shortcuts to fitness or being fit. Youve got to do the programs, be committed to the program calendars, and stick with it. I got great results even without supplements. Eventually I did add on shakeology, which has boosted my immune system, largely reduced the need to go to the doctor, and kept sickness and disease from me. I am in my 40s and look like Im in my 20s. I read through the negative reviews, and its from a populace of people not paying attention to their banking statement, how it works, and not choosing the personal discipline to ************ with the built programs. Until youve done all the work for over a year, do you really have the platform to decide what you really think of the programs and give an accurate review. I am proof that a one year membership ($130) to BODi, really WILL work alone IF you put in the self discipline.Review fromAlyssa J

1 starI have been a loyal Beachbody customer for years and recommended it to everyone. But today, I was told that after a billing issue with my credit card to renew BOD, in order to renew, I will have to pay 80% more than I paid last year. Almost double the price for the same thing I've had for years. Especially at this time, when everything feels unaffordable. It's unbelievable and their customer service was horrible. I will never support this company again and now I'm lost for where to get my workouts. Super frustrating and disheartening.Beachbody, LLC

Upon reviewing your account, we see that your Beachbody On Demand membership was scheduled to process on February 8, 2023; however, the payment failed. An automatic email was sent on the same date advising to update your payment information. The membership was cancelled on February 24, 2023, after multiple retries.
As of March 2, 2023, Beachbody On Demand was discontinued.A BODi membership would be needed to access all your favorite programs from Beachbody On Demand as well as our new Interactive content.
We understand your frustration;however, Beachbody On Demand is no longer offered as a standalone.

1 starI had a blood clot removed from my ankle and I was told to stop exercising because I also had a severed tendon. I called and canceled my membership. The gentleman I spoke to 3 years ago said that the on demand would cancel after the year end, and I could use it until then. I never used it after that. Every year for the last 3 years they have charged me. Every year I call and they first say that it's going to cancel after the end of my year. Last year when I called he hung up on me. I called the other day and canceled it again and she tried to tell me the same thing, but she finally canceled it.I just received a refund for what they just took out for only this year. I would like to add that I have not been able to use the on demand since the end of the first year. I was only able to use beachbody for a couple of months due to my surgeries. I think it's a great product and I have seen it work for other people. I would have started to use it again, had they treated my circumstances like they say when I first purchased it. Upon reviewing your account history, we have confirmed that on January 14, 2020, you purchased an annual Beachbody On Demand subscription. We were unable to locate any prior cancellation requests. On February 1, 2023, you contacted customer support requesting the cancellation of the Beachbody On Demand subscription. The Beachbody On Demand subscription was cancelled, and a refund was processed for the most recent charge within money back guarantee.

4 starsI have been doing Beachbody for years. The products do what they say. Workouts are great and all programs are designed by a team of professionals. The supplements a good, perhaps a little overpriced but they are premium formulas designed with our health in mind. Every other poor review here is from a credit card charge. I can say that the few times I had an unwanted charge from Beachbody has been when I signed up for autoship and forgot to cancel in time. However, every time I called customer service they have been able to fix the problem. I don't care for the autoship policy. It's one thing to offer it, but the company ties commissions and bonuses to autoship sales, so everyone is pressured into signing up for a subscription without really wanting it or maybe even realizing they are signing up for a recurring charge (even though there is a blurb you have to read with a check **** saying that you read it)..Beachbody, LLC

1 starAs a large health and fitness company, I am appalled to find out that they do not hold their trainers to high standards and do not require them to maintain fitness and health certifications. It was recently brought to our attention that their super trainer, *******************************, does not hold any current fitness certifications. Additionally, she has zero credentials that make her qualified to be speaking on nutrition topics. This is incredibly dangerous. How could a company this large allow an uncertified individual to create fitness and nutrition programs? I wonder how many more of their "trainers" are unqualified. I have canceled my BOD membership and will be supporting a company who understands the importance of certifications and ongoing continuing education. Very shady business practices.
