I was sick and did not realize it was the renewal so I did not cancel. They refuse to refund me. That is insane that a company would run like this. Worst customer service I have every experienced. Prior to completing your purchase of the annual BODi membership, you were required to agree to the terms and conditions. If I could give zero stars I would. I called in to cancel the on line digital membership in 2023 and was told it's fine I am cancelled, so I thought no more charges. Now it's 2024 and they charged me again. I filled out a whole form that they only used to say they reviewed but no refund. Once I cancelled I am not interested in the company again. They said I filled out a form that cancelled only half. But here is the thing. I did not fill out a form ever, I called in and that person on the phone filled out the form on my behalf and they said they will cancel me completely and they did not do the job correctly and this is very extremely misleading, because their customer service does not service the customer and I could not legally record the call and now what do I do?!The fact that I have not used the service at all, in the last 12 months, I logged on 2 times and in the last 10 months I never logged in. I thought I was cancelled. That's why i didn't use it in 2023-2024 at all. You can see my history! Cancelled by phone in the first 2 months and now charged a new whole new 12 months from 2024-2025 !! Are you joking? Doesn't cancelling via phone in month 2 and then not using the service for 10 months after speak volumes. Please. Find another way to rip people off. Upon reviewing your account, we have confirmed that on July 07, 2023, you purchased a Total Solution Pack. Your package included an annual BODi membership, a Partner account (subject to a monthly fee), and a Shake and Hustle subscription. Prior to completing your purchase, you were required to agree to the terms and conditions.Within those terms you agreed to automatic renewals and shipments, which required you to cancel to prevent future charges and eliminate access.
On July 27, 2023, you submitted a request to cancel your Partner account. This request can only be submitted by the account holder. Customer Support does not have the ability to cancel a Partner account on your behalf. Automatic Renewal They automatically renew you and WILL NOT cancel this renewal. They send out an email that dosen't even represent that it is a renewal notice and spam additional emails. Initial yearly plan was ***** and this year they auto renewed for ****** and refuse to reimburse because DIGITAL payment does not allow for 30 days money back. This is their reponse "We didn't receive any requests to cancel the BODi Annual Membership until 06/28/2024 via phone support or self-service. Beach Body is an absolute fraudulent organization. Seven years ago I signed up and one year after completing my agreed upon contract I requested that products and services stop. It is 2024 and I am still fighting to stop these charges. I have reported to my cc, I have called, emailed Beach Body, I reached out to the trainer who signed me up ( no longer worked for them! ) Today, I checked my credit card as I do weekly, and BAM there is the charge for ****** that was not authorized by me again! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Beachbody and the recent experience I had regarding my membership and charges. I was charged $179 for an auto-renewal of my Beachbody membership, which I was unaware of and unable to cancel despite my efforts. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with both the company and its customer service.Several months ago, I cancelled my subscription for the shake replenishment, which I mistakenly thought was tied to any auto-renewal for my membership. It turns out these are separate memberships, a fact that was not clearly communicated on the website and only added to the confusion. I have not used this Beachbody membership AT ALL since I cancelled the shake replenishment more than 7 months ago thinking that they were the same thing. Upon noticing the charge of $179 on my credit card, I immediately went into my Beachbody account to cancel the membership (that was still active unbeknownst to me). I requested the cancellation the SAME DAY the charge was made. I then contacted customer service to discuss the misunderstanding and request the charge reversal. To my surprise, I was met with refusal and was informed that no refund would be issued b/c I did not cancel BEFORE the charge was processed. This situation is frustrating, as most companies issue refunds for early-caught auto-renewals. It's surprising and disappointing when a company doesn't follow this common practice.As a family committed to responsible spending, it is deeply unfair to be charged for a full year's membership when the error is caught within the first few days (in our case HOURS!). This practice is especially insensitive to your current and future customers. Beachbody renewed my membership after I cancelled it - for the second year. They charged a credit card that was removed from the account, but they somehow still kept it stored. It was a card that expired in 2021, and they charged it in June of 2024. When I called customer service, they said I had to cancel within 30 days of the order - the original order of membership with renewal from 8 years ago!!! Horrible customer service. When I asked how to remove my card from the account, the only was was to fill out an online form. THEY WON'T LET ME DELETE MY OWN CARD!! For example, if a credit card's number has changed, or the card is about to expire, the bank may notify BODi of the updated number or expiration date. If a customer's credit card is set to expire, **** may also update the expiration date on the credit card so they can continue to offer the same level of service.

Horrible customer service and incredibly hard to cancel service. I thought I had paid for a 2 year subscription, but after 1 year I lost access to my account and every time I called or tried to access/change password, email, etc I was told I didn't have an account any longer and would I like to sign back up? So I said no, and moved on with my life until today when I was charged with a bull c*** auto renewal for 2 more years and suddenly they can find my account and they can "only provide a refund within 30 days of the original purchase price". After cancelling my auto renewal membership within 24 hours of the cut off, my credit card was charged and when I asked for an exception given that I hadnt used the app in 8 months since my surgery, they refused to refund my $250. I cant believe that a company as big as BODI (formally known as Beach Body) has absolutely no compassion for their customers or the fact that life sometimes happens.
