    I would give a lower rating than this. I originally signed up in 2022 and used their service a little. After that almost never. Every year I have been frustrated by this renewal, but this year the most. I have been out of work for almost a year and I no longer have unemployment funds. When they pulled almost $200 from my account, I tried to cancel while the charge was still pending with the bank. There is no way to reach them on Sunday when the initial charge occurred and even during the week you can only text their "agents" who tell you that you're beyond the "Money Back Guarantee" window which only lasts a small time beyond initial purchase. They state that b/c of this, no matter what, if they end up pulling money from you, too bad. They said that you could raise the issue a bit higher, which I did, via their form of exception request due to "extenuating circumstances" as stated by them. I submitted that exception request and within hours was denied. Apparently having no income is not an "extenuating circumstance". On the exception request form they ask if you are beyond the money back guarantee window. I am by 3 years!! But yet they have charged me now 3 annual renewals when I don't even use the service. They can see that in their records. Not even the combination of never accessing/using their service with no income mattered to them. They sent me a picture of an e-mail they sent a month ago stating that a renewal was upcoming and told me that they would not immediately cancel or refund the almost $200, that I would have access until next year, and then they gave me a $20 discount code on a $50 or greater purchase within the next 90 days. Are you kidding me? You just took another $200 from me, do you think I would ever purchase again? In addition, they billed and it went through even without my correct billing address. I moved 3 years ago. I get hundreds of e-mails per day and there are many unseen. Their practice should be illegal. AVOID THEM

    Beachbody has become a scam company. Once the most respected company when it came to providing fitness programs for people to work from home. Now, they have this terrible business model where if you are late by even minutes in cancelling an auto-renewed subscription, they refuse to refund you.They will state they sent out a notice of auto-renewal, but of course that doesn't mean anything. Emails can get missed or access can be lost, etc. etc. etc. A servicemember goes out onto a training exercise where they have no access to their personal email and go without that access for weeks, in turn missing this so-called "notification" email because of it? Too bad. "Not our problem", they will say.And of course, you can't actually talk to a real person on the phone anymore.They know people will miss these emails, and that is what they are counting on. They know people will be unaware of the auto-renew window and will do pretty much nothing (except sending a single email that can be easily missed) to ensure customer knowledge of the pending charge. This company now engages in shady practices meant to pull the most amount of money they can from their customers - taking willing advantage of the fact that humans nowadays have so many things going on in their lives that they easily forget small details - and in turn pad their bottom line.

    I bought a program from the and they signed me up for a free trial. When the trial that I unknowingly had expired they charged me $160. I tried calling the next day, but they no longer have a phone number. What legitimate doesnt have a phone number? Their chat AI is complete garbage and when I finally got on with a live agent (this took days) they told me there was nothing I could do and then ended the chat before I was done explaining my position. I do enjoy BODi or beach body content, but you are a terrible company. I will never purchase another product from you and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

    They claim to send renewal emails and they do not. I have been charged 2 years in a row for $242.95 when I dont use this program at all. I now have to cancel my main credit card just so I dont get billed again next year. They refuse to refund my money even though the auto renewal happens a few days ago. (Im not asking for a refund at the end of the subscription) They have no customer service to speak to and their online response seem to be automated or copied and pasted. Ive read reviews of this happening to so many people.

    I used to purchase ***** Ts workouts on DVD 15 years ago and was so excited when Beachbody online appeared. I have been using this app for years and purchased the **** 1 year subscription for $179 last year only for my free year to not be honored now. I contacted them and they told me I had not purchased it and there was nothing they could do. If I made a purchase at the time that Beachbody was running the offer obviously I would have purchased the **** offer!! They told me I had not, that there was nothing they could do, and suggested I now purchase a **** subscription. Unfortunately, they lost a customer because I will not be taking another expensive chance to see if the **** is an actual offer, since they didn't stand by last year's purchase. They also sent me a receipt for last year's purchase, which is the first time I seen anything and the actual website to find account/purchase information is horrible because I can't see my past history of membership and subscription.

    I'm not sure how this company is rated A+. They don't allow partial refunds, and they are impossible to get a hold of. The best they did was have a number you can text just to tell you that you cant get a refund off their subscription services, even a day after the charge was initiated. It's showing it's age and that it's circling the drain.

    Recently found out beachbody has been charging is $179.99 a year , for over 5 years...without providing ANY products or services . This company is now **** , with whom I will follow up with a review for them . Im not one to hop on and review a company only after negative experience , beachbody started out great. Unfortunately, as with many other companies, the ethics seemed to have been disgarded along the way. Sad.

    I never signed up with ****, nor did I ever agree to the ever increasing yearly membership by beachbody. Ripping people off is a terrible business model. Although I understand I wont be getting back the hundreds (most likely >$1000) your company took, I stand on the fact that what you're doing is highly unethical and I will be extremely wary of any kind of business like yours in the future.

    They scam you out of a yearly membership. Even if you try to cancel prior to when it is billed, they tried to trap me in a lie that I knew about the renewal when I didnt even have access to that email address and had already cancelled my membership. I was refused a $180+ refund when I called just hours after it was billed. Its a yearly membership, the respectable thing to do after charging someone $180+ dollars and receiving this feedback is to work with them. I was told, too bad, we already got to charge you regardless if you use it or got the email or not, and you wont be getting a refund. This company has ALWAYS been scammy but this confirms I will constantly advocate against them and never support them in the future
