1 starI had a card that wasn't even on file so my subscription should have never renewed. Attempted to call the company but apparently none of the phone numbers listed on ****** are valid. Attempted to cancel my subscription through their website which apparently you also can not do. Had to go in to cancel through ****** play. Through ****** play they retrieved my new card information and magically renewed my subscription. This product is so hard to get rid of and my bank disputed and I lost. This is ********. As long as it took to attempt to get rid of this product I should not have to pay for it for an entire year. On top of that ****** play should not be releasing my card information to companies I have not provided it to.Review fromMatt C

No offer to fix. Just ship it back on my dime for refund. This used to be a legitimate *************** was uselessBeachbody, LLC

1 starI was so excited to start my program. I recieved my package and it was completely damaged. I sent pictures. They offered to send another package. I never received it. They do have pictures of it on my front door. Why do I NOT have my product? I called, I disputed, just for them to say they are not helping me. The case is closed. Move on... you say to contact the carrier. The carrier says to reach out to the seller. There delivery dates are not the same as what I have on email. It's just a huge mess. Take my money and run company. Do better!!Beachbody, LLC

1 starSuper Sketchy. Somehow they renewed my subscription for $194 even though I had set to not auto renew, removed my payment method and could not see any subscription in my app. Now they want to pretend this is an ethical way of business? The amount of gaslighting is unreal. Am I dealing with a business or scam artists, you couldn't tell by the customer support messages.Beachbody, LLC

Hi *******,
Our Corporate Support team took a close look at your account, and heres what we found:
Account Review:
On August 10, 2024, you purchased an annual subscription at a significantly discounted rate for your initial term. You were provided the following information during checkout, After 12 months, you'll automatically continue your BODi Membership for $179 (+ applicable taxes), billed every 12 months in advance to the credit card you provide today, until you cancel. At that time, you agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which included automatic annual renewals unless the subscription is cancelled. Like most digital subscriptions, renewal happens regardless of usage.
Our system shows that a renewal notice was emailed to you on July 09, 2025, titled Its time to keep Loving Your BODi: Renewal coming up. This included your renewal date, price, and a link to manage your membership.
Because there was no cancellation request on file before the renewal date, your subscription automatically renewed on August 10, 2025, as expected.
To clarify, our site doesnt offer a way for customers to delete payment methods directly. However, payment information from previous orders is securely stored to support any active subscriptions.
Current Account Status:
Your subscription has since been cancelled as of August 11, 2025. You will continue to have access until August 10, 2026. Your account will not be renewed again.
Regarding Your Refund Request:
Were unable to approve a refund for the following reasons:
The renewal followed the Terms you agreed to at sign-up, and there was no cancellation on record.
For digital memberships, our 31-day money-back guarantee applies only to initial purchases, not renewals.

1 starSTAY AWAY!! Absolutely WORST company in terms of customer service. They have an auto-renewal policy that you forget about if you stop using their product. Even if you call on day 1 of the auto-renewal, they will not cancel or refund you. What kind of company does that? They have no integrity at all and hope people fall into this auto-renewal trap. Clearly they're desperate and need to make money this way. I would avoid this situation and this company by staying far away from this company, never signing up, and never getting tricked by their equally shady sales people in the first place.Beachbody, LLC

1 starThey don't refund autorenewal, even if it is the same day you are charged. They offer the option to end your service immediately, but still don't refund you the money. Make sure you don't sign up for autorenewal. They charged me $179. No refunds--company policy.Beachbody, LLC

1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I was charged $179 for a BODi renewal I never authorized.I was not given the option to confirm or cancel the charge, and I only realized it after it processed. I canceled immediately and contacted support the same day. Despite doing everything right, they refused to refund me.I ****** used the platform in months, and their current service isnt what it used to be. Customer support was dismissive, and they base everything on automated systems rather than real **************** extremely careful before signing up. The auto-renewal policy is aggressive, and they will not give you your money back even if you cancel right away.Review fromJill S

1 starWarning: do not subscribe to this service. I have been a long time user of **********************'s bodi on demand, but reached a point last year where I just wasn't using it anymore. I was auto-charged at the renewal period and immediately contacted them for a refund because I had not intended to renew. They told me I couldn't get a refund. Once I was charged there were no refunds. So, I cancelled my subscription so I wouldn't be charged again in 2025 and decided to make the most of it for the rest of 2024. 2025 renewal period comes around, and I was charged AGAIN despite cancelling! Again, I immediately contacted them and I was told I hadn't cancelled and that I needed to provide proof I had cancelled last year. I didn't have proof, I hadn't taken a screenshot of my account or saved the chat convo and my emails are auto-deleted after 90 days. I've never had a company try and sneak one over on my like this, so I'm not in the habit of saving this kind of communication! Now I'm stuck with another $190 charge for a useless product I no longer use for the second year in a row. And I've learned my ******* I'll be saving everything.Too bad because if it wasn't for this I probably would have signed up again in the future! Horrible business practice, so sneaky. Do not sign up, they will take your money forever whether you want them to or not! And if you cancel, TAKE SCREENSHOTS! SAVE EVERY EMAIL YOU RECIEVE! If you don't you'll regret it just like me.Review fromKelly T

1 star********** not an A+ company... they no longer have phone supported customer service. Beware of this company!!! DON'T use automatic renewal because you WON'T get a refund!! It's garbage! I'm so disgusted! It used to be a reputable company - I've been a loyal costumer since 2020 but I'm not using them again! Don't waste your money.Review fromStephanie T

1 starI wish I could give zero stars. I tried canceling same day as my renewal. They withdrew the funds anyways. I could never talk to a person just robots with scripted answers. They claimed I received a renewal email on April 24 and I never did. After reading the bad reviews this seems to be a common practice. Stay away from this company. It sgould not have an A+ rating.Beachbody, LLC
