      Purchased two mattresses from sit n Sleep in store. A full and queen both medium comfort level.The full mattress was purchased also with bed frame and box spring. Have not even had the bed a week. The full mattress I received is defective. It is not a medium it is more of a very soft plush with no support at all. It is like laying on a field of cotton ***** or marshmallows. Went back into store today to sit on the the mattress I bought with same configuration box spring and bed frame.That bed in the store is not what I received. I even showed sales associate a picture of me sitting on edge of my bed practically ending on the floor then took photo of me sitting on edge of be same bed in store and I am sitting on the edge and I am not almost on the floor.The assoc called someone who he said was customer service who in speaking to her could care less. Said I had to keep bed for 30 days and then call back and no one will come out to look at it.I was scammed completely. Then sales assoc tells me I bought a brand they are discontinuing never told this by guy who sold me the stuff. And when speaking to lady on phone I even thought she had hung up.Sit N Sleep says they guarantee what they sell for 10yrs. They are violating their agreement and are selling defective faulty merchandise with no accountability to them. It is like you bought it your are stuck with it.I want this defective mattress replaced and it appears they are not going to cooperate.

      I went to Sit N Sleep in ************, ** and took the sleep test to determine the firmness of mattress I needed. It said soft so I was shown soft mattresses. I bought a King **** GrayHawk Bliss soft mattress for $3847. I gave it a few days and my lower back was in pain. I have stiffness and arthritis in my lower bac and the mattress was unbearable. I was able to exchange it and pay a $500 restocking fee. I told the associate I had a bad back and I needed something firmer. He suggested a medium mattress because I weight 130 pounds and a medium would be supportive yet comfortable. I paid $2999 for a medium firmness mattress on top of the $500 restocking fee. It is now almost ***************************************** pain every morning. The mattress is not supportive enough for my back issues so I wake up stiff and in pain every morning. Sit N Sleep ignored me in February when I told them of the issue. They said they'd contact me to resolve the issue and never did. It's gotten to the point I'm ordering firmer mattresses from ****** to relieve my pain. I have a near new medium mattress I paid $3000 for that I can't use, can't sell and can't return.

      On 11/24/23 we purchased a mattress sales person ******** ***** told us it came with ****************************************************************** the mattress it would be replaced no questions asked she never went into detail about anything on the frame she just wanted to make the sale .now that we complained About the Matress being defective they denied our claim due to improper frame and a tag being removed which we never even removed it. It never came with it. Please help us resolve this this mattress cost ******* It was not cheap, but I feel that this company has misled us, believing that they backed up their company which they are not.

      Am being double charged for purchase. 0n 10/05/24 I purchased bed, and signed up for synchrony credit line in store. After reviewing charges in synchrony app, noticed pending charge for same purchase. Contacted synchrony, and was told sit 'n Sleep had to reverse charge. Contacted sit 'n Sleep, and was told pending charge would fall off. At first was told after 30 days, than told after 45 days. After waiting the advised time the pending charge is still present. Contacted sit'n sleep, and was now told it would take 90 days for pending charge to drop off.

      Tried to buy a mattress.,on December ******, was promissed delivery for next day. Paid with credit card that charges were supposed to be pending till delivery. Delivery promised between 2-5 pm on December ******. Driver called at 3:00 pm to tell me he was close by. Never received the mattress. Called the store, nobody picked up so drove to the store.The salesman was not there but the second salesman said he was familiar with the case although he didnt know why the salesman cancelled the order. He tried to convince me to buy the mattress and he will drop additional $200 from the price. At this time I was so upset I just wanted my money back. The salesman gave me a cancellation of sale and said within 5 business days I shall get the money back. Well I spoke with corporate office today. They are holding the money SIXTEEN more day. WHY? I didnt receive any merchandise from them!!!

      Good morning: I purchased a Mattress and it was delivered end of June. I called the Whittier store because there are some sagging on the $1700 mattress, in early Oct 1, 2024. We spent about $3000 total price for everything. It took 3 weeks for someone to come look at the mattress. Someone was supposed to come out on October 18, which is a Friday. I got a text., explaining to me that the car broke down. I called the store and asked the employee at The Whittier store to please call and reschedule my pick up. They did not. My husband suffers from Plantar fasciitis. I myself, have a nerve in my back which can be triggered by uncomfortable sleep. I had to make a phone call to the Mattress inspector, and he said he will be here Monday, *****. Well, he came and 5 days later on Friday, ***** I get declined. There was not enough sagging on the mattress I was told. It was only inch. It needs to be 1 and inches to qualify. I called on Saturday , 10-26-2024. I was 2 weeks out of 90-day exchange. And she was willing to get me an exchange if I AGREE to 10% or $170 extra for a new mattress. No remorse, no compassion, and no professionalism from Whittier store or corporate. Why should any customer ever make any phone calls to a Mattress Inspector? When did the sole job of a store, just become to ONLY Sell a mattress and do anything WARRANTY related?Honestly, at this point, I really dont want to deal with sit and sleep, and I would rather they come pick everything back up. Give a FULL REFUND. I am NOT going to pay an additional $170 ( 10%) because it took Whittier store, 3 extra weeks to get someone to come look at a mattress. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare. NO hassle exchange/ return, especially if the person has been having back problems and sleeping problems since they got the new *********** the right thing. And stop being a *************************.

      Purchased in spring 2024. We were told we needed to lay on a computer mattress to determine our mattress. The sales lady insisted the type of mattress we needed is the one we ended up buying even though it felt way too firm. She said it would have to break in. Since buying this mattress we have had awful sleep and aching bodies. I talked to the store and they said since its beyond the 120 days they cannot do anything. We gave it extra time to break in since we were told it would take time for this to break in and really feel great. We just bought a mattress topper from ****** and used it last night. We both woke up feeling so much better and no aches. Im furious we spent $2300 on a mattress we had to have based on this garbage computer model. I feel scammed.

      BUYERS BEWARE!!!! , I purchased a bed from sit and sleep around a year ago and was sold by the employee to purchase a floor model or as is model from them. I told her i was concerned because of potential warranties or coverage. SHE INSISITED the bed was covered by a 10 year manufacture warranty and if there was ever an issue to call customer service and have someone come out to inspect. Well one year later this bed is sagging like crazy, causing spinal, back and neck issues. I call and **************** insists that the ********************** agent must have lied and that their was not a manufacture warranty and that I'm out of luck with any sort of warranty. Saying i can call the store and talk to them and then the store just gives me the run around and says i need to call customer service. I'm just warning you now to take your business elsewhere based on the unprofessionalism with my experience. There's so many great companies out there and it seems sit and sleep cares more about their profits then making sure their customers are taken care of and happy. I will be looking into legal options against them for being manipulated and lied to when purchasing a mattress.

      My mattress is seeking in and I had a report in 2020 and I was told that I could exchange my mattress, first the company placed better support under my bed so I agreed. Now in 2024 I m having the same problem as before. My mattress is not comfortable, I have sleepless nights and back pain. The inspector that just came out last week he did not do a good job. He had a cardboard bowel with measurements as he pushed down on the bed compared to real people sitting on the bed. I called customer line 3 times yesterday the fourth time I finally spoke with some one after I called the store mainline number. I prefer to have my warrant granted because I have a 20 year warranty and I would like to excise my right has a consumer. Sit n Sleep is not in compliance with the law that meets the consumers requirements . If you read other complaints you can see that that changes that need to happen. BBB please help me to resolve this issue before it becomes a civil issue. I dont recall receiving a contract copy only signing paperwork online for the purchase opening a line of credit.
