I joined the site and took a bunch of surveys. I tried to redeem and it said I had to verify. The verification did not go through. I emailed them and they finally got back to me and said to submit front and back of license and a picture of my face. I did so and still the site would not verify me. Trying to get hold of them but no number and they said they would call me but no return call at all. I had enough points for $10 gift card but can not get it. I would like to be verified so I can get what is mine.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/15) */ In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification postcards as a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool- this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally: a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses) b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability) This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and should be able to redeem their points. I have worked with survey junky flawlessly for multiple months, but now randomly when trying to redeem 20USD from my wallet it asks me to contact support, so I do so, but the only response the support team can give is I requested that the account be deactivated witch is false and they could not show any proof of this, now the account they claim is closed is not deactivated it is very much still active I continue to work from the account earning more money in the backlog. Please if anyone can talk some sense into the staff over at Survey junky and have them remove the restriction on the account that they refuse to believe exists. I have given screenshots showing the error code and the active account but still no assistance.Business response

I was supposed to redeem a gift card worth $5.04 but surveyjunkie gave me an error saying that it couldn't verify my profile. My friends referred me to this service, singing high praise. I would like to be reimbursed for my work!Business response

I reached the site cashout threshold and cannot cash out because of an error the error occurs on all cashout methods - gift card, paypal or bank. The error is "there was an error completing your request please contact customer support" There are complaints online about the error going back as far as 2019. A friend that referred me to the site has been trying to cash out as well and gets the same error. The site has an extension that you can add to get additional money and my computer could not function after loading it because it sucked up so many resources. The surveys are from other sites and you get a cut, they are legit sites so they are making money on this browser and these surveys but not paying the people doing them for them as promised.Business response

Survey Junkie is an app where you can complete surveys that earn you points. Those points can be transferred into money or gift cards After spending numerous amounts of time trying to complete these surveys I got to a point that I wanted to cash out. I earned 1200 points which translates into $12.00 USD. At the beginning of February I went to cash out. The app had me input my banking information, I then received a code from Survey Junkie, and after inputting the code an ERROR message popped up. So then I tried another option they offered, which is ******, I inputted my info and received a code and the same error meelssage popped up. I then tried their last option, which is a gift card, received a code and same error message. I waited a few days thinking the site was down and I got the same error messages. I then contacted Survey Junkie through the app (it is an internal email) the site does not provide a phone number or a direct email, I sent the email out February 5th, and no response. I waited a few days and sent another email, and ZERO response. I am starting to believe that this app and company are fraudulent and are keeping our money and person information.Business response

I just went online to the app and tried to cash out via bank, it gave me an error message, then I tried via ****** and then it locked my account.
