      ****** came by to fix our oven. Our unit is under warranty. This is not first time he has come by to do repair, he was easy to work with the first couple of times. Today he came by to fix the oven, 1) he asked us to provide chairs for him to put the oven on even though he had a dolly in his car which he was too lazy to get. 2) it seemed like it was his first time fixing this problem because he didnt know how to remove the old fan to put in a new one. Also he was ******* through the process. 3) after he fixed it, when putting the oven back, the oven was not aligned with the microwave above it, when asked, he said it was never aligned. I took a picture of the 2 items before he came by and showed him that it was aligned and he said we took it after????? 4) after that, he tried to align it by using a lot of force even though the problem is the electrical outlets behind the oven, it required him to get his dolly which he was too lazy to get again after putting it back in his car. He used so much force that he broke our cabinets. He got panic and left. Leaving us with a broken shelf, an oven hanging on a broken shelf unsecured.

      Got a generic claim form. Had questions on how to submit since it shows the same claim number as another appliance that was damaged. Its been a week, and we still havent heard any responses from the claim department. Also the form asks us to send the damage parts back which is confusing because that is our cabinet shelf.

      We purchased an 800 series Bosch for around $1300. Our problemsstarted in March of this year. We noticed an error code that kept shutting down the dishwasher about 30 minutes into the cycle. When I call tech out, he able to identify the error code as a water leak into the lower compartment from the seal above. He said unfortunately, with Boschsthat seal is not replaceable, and the whole unit needs replaced. This dishwasher is only 1.5 years old, maybe 2. So he said it should have some warranty. The following day he called back and said actually it only had a 1 year warranty, however, give I called Bosh at the end of March, and **** agreed to prorate a new dishwasher, agreeing that the 800 series $1300 dishwasher should last more than 1.5 years. So they offered me a new 500 series dishwasher for about $300. I took the offer, and they told me in April when I made the payment that it would be a few months until it arrives as the new model line was coming out in July. So I should see it at the end of July.July came and went, and in August I called Bosh. The representativeon the other line told me there was a backlog and I was next in line and it should only be a couple weeks to get the new Dishwasher. I waited, and waited and mid September I decided to call again. I got a different rep who assured me that the backlog was caught up , and I was the very next one to get one off the line. She stated at the most it would be another 2 weeks.Fast forward to today October 17, 2023. It has been 6 months with no dishwasher. Multiple hours of wait time on the phone. 1.5 years ago I invested $1300 of my hard earned money into my first "nice" dishwasherof my life. I have always purchased the cheapest $300-$400 units, and while they dont clean as nice they last. So for 6 months I have been washing a family of 5 dishes by hand waiting. This is getting ridiculous. 6 months to get a lesser version dishwasher of what I purchased. ****, what are you going to do about this?

      We want to make Bosch to replace our fridge bought at HomeDepot on Dec/2022 due to frequent defects and lots of time on our side to get this fridge right. Log:-Starting March/2023 we had issues with E2 error displaying -We called Bosch to get assistance fixing it as part of the manufacturers warranty -Bosch was able to locate a technician in ******, ** after multiple attempts on my side to find one who can support me with the list I received from Bosch, these local companies didn't want to do the support. -On Jul/2023 after diagnosis with local technician and Bosch technician over the phone the ice maker and other controllers were replaced.-On Mid July we called the technician again because the E2 error was showing up again after local and Bosch technician connected, it was decided to only clear up the memory errors (reset).-On Sep/2023 we called again Bosch because of a grinding sound on the fridge. Sound like an old car -After diagnosis, It was decided to replace the fans. On October 9 2023 the fans were replaced -On Oct 6 2023 (days before the fans were replaced) the E2 error was back The local technician contacted Bosch again. Same errors as when the diagnosed in Jun/July and AGAIN it is recommended to replace the same ice maker and the same controllers. Local technician told us that the errors are the same registered on July of this year.- On Oct 11 2023 we called Bosch to get the fridge replace. Case# ********** or Case# **********. We emailed the invoices from local technician as support. - On Oct 12 2023, email received to call them. I called them and they let me know that the decision from Management was to do the repair only. I requested *** (Bosch) to escalate to management to let them know that the manufacture warranty expires on this Dec/2023 and the fridge STILL has defects that I want a replacement because Bosch hasn't been able to identify why the fridge is getting the error E2. *** was going to escalate to his management.

      We have a Thermador cooktop PSC366ZS. This cooktop self ignited with the burner controls turned off. We are upset that our home could have burned down. This seems to be a latent defect. We contacted Thermador and we were advised that due to the age of the product, they could not fix the issue, nor would they replace the unit at no charge or provide a discount to buy a replacement. We feel that Thermador is not properly addressing this serious issue with their product.

      We do not have the warranty for the subject product as the product was installed into our new home in 2003.  The issue is that the product has a latent defect which could have caused our home to catch on fire.

      purchased a defective dishwasher from ********** and was asked to contact bosch directly. have attempted several times within warranty window and was made to sit on hold for over an hour before the call was disconnected. this is abhorrent and unprofessional conduct from a company who markets its brand as high end and customer focused

      the washer stalls mid cycle and the status light begins blinking. this now often happens within moments of starting the cycle including when attempting to reset it by holding down 'start' until the time remaining changes to 1 minute. sometimes it doesnt drain and the tub is full, others the water doesnt even start. i have exhausted all troubleshooting methods proposed by the internet and ************************. furthermore this appliance is 'panel ready' which means we paid our contractor upwards of a thousand dollars to install it this past winter.

      After having a non working refrigerator for 10 weeks (and 3 repairs) Bosch finally approved me to get a replacement refrigerator. I then waited another 1.5 weeks for them to say no installer in the area so I agreed to have it shipped to me and i would find my own installer. On 9/20/23 I signed the bosch agreement and sent it back immediately. As of 9/25/23 I have not heard from Bosch so I called them. Their reply was yes we got the signed agreement but we honestly have no idea when it will be sent out. AT THIS TIME I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GET A NEW REFRIGERATOR... this is gone for far to long and this is a joke of a company. Please reimburse me $3k immediately and send to my address on file (i know you guys have it)

      We purchased a new Bosch model # SHPM78Z54N/01 dishwasher in 2021 and experienced issues with the unit from the beginning. We had 4 separate repair visits from a service specialist provided by Bosch. Each repair visit required parts to be ordered and we had to wait for those parts to be received and then wait for another appointment to have those parts installed. During this lengthy period we were without use of the dishwasher for months at a time. After each repair the dishwasher would work for a few weeks and then another appointment, part order and repair appointment. This continued for months and months. Finally on August 18th of 2023 we requested a replacement unit. We were given a case #**********. We were requested to provide a purchase order and receipt of cost of unit. This took another 2 weeks of going back and forth because apparently every document we provided wasnt good enough and another document would be requested by Bosch. Finally, Tromona approved a replacement of the dishwasher and provided us with a list of current model units we could chose from for a replacement. On 9/6/2023 we chose the model that was comparable to the original unit we purchased. We have emailed multiple times asking for a time frame or a date for replacement. We received no response from Bosch. Again, we are still without a working dishwasher. On 9/27/23 we spoke with a Bosch representative that claimed they are waiting on notes from tech support before they could issue a replacement. They issued us a new case #**********. They could not give us the number or email of the supervisor that is now in charge of the new case #. We were given the name ******* and that we would need to wait another 2-3 days for a call back. They are now claiming it will not be a replacement but instead a pro-rated discount on a similar unit because we are now outside the original warranty date. Not a good experience and this company has a very good way of delaying the process.

      We purchased a Bosch 500 series dishwasher from Lowes last month, when we got home we noticed the "start" button is pushed in, you can not start the dishwasher without several attempts of pushing the start button in further. We tried to contact the company for a replacement piece, no response. We either want our money refunded or replacement parts sent to our address. We can not take back to Lowes because we live on a barrier island where the dishwasher had to be barged, and it's already installed.

      The  on/off button is not the problem, its whatever holds it in, behind the on/off button.  When you press the button, it just caves in. Im upset that I paid nearly $1,000 for a dishwasher I can not start.  Your resolution requires me opening up the face of the dishwasher and you sent the wrong part.  You sent the part to the ferry (because I live on a bridge less barrier island) and I had to paid $5 to have the package brought over. I want you to send the replacement part for the piece that holds the silver plastic button in place.  I want you to pay for the ferry shipping for the new part and the other part , $10 total.  I want you to pay for me to bring a service guy out to the island.  I assume this will cost between $200-300.   I think this is fair considering I paid so much for the dishwasher and its not even a month old. Thanks.

      I received a phone call from Bosch's scheduling department informing me that the connectivity module is on backorder until 10/6/2023. I discussed with them that I made a second request for a refrigerator exchange (exchange case number ********** filed on 9/12/2023). I have already voiced to both ******************* who I purchased the refrigerator (and other appliances - speed oven, dishwasher, hood, cooktop) and fully paid on 1/9/2023 and delivered to my home on 2/15/2023 and to Bosch on multiple occasions. Neither ******************* nor Bosch has helped me resolve the various problems with the refrigerator and cooktop. I have had multiple technician visits to my home and the problems are still not resolved, and this appointment makes no sense as the connectivity module is on backorder until at least 10/6/2023. I informed the scheduling representative that I wanted a new refrigerator and to have her supervisor contact me which was not done. It has been several months that I have been in communication with ******************* and Bosch about my refrigerator and cooktop and it has not been satisfactorily resolved. The refrigerator has had multiple problems including but not limited to missing/faulty power module and connectivity module, dysregulation of temperature control, problems with the display screen, error messages, and asking for a change of filter when I have barely used this refrigerator as I have not been living in my home due to the completion of renovations - all of these issues should not be happening to a brand new appliance. The cooktop flame height at maximum continues to be low.*******************/Bosch needs to replace my refrigerator, fix my cooktop (replace if needed), and honor the offer of extending my warranty by a year from when all the appliances are replaced/fixed.
