    With the new lawsuit being processed, Dave has decided to split ***** the amount you can cash advance and charge a fee to both advances if you decide to take them. Instead of the tipping feature, Dave says that you can take and advance of half of what you can normally take with a fee and decide of you want to take a second advance of the same amount to double the amount youve previously been approved for to double their income. They take a $5 fee for each advance which they dont specifically outline and charge it to your account and fail to settle in the order stated. I could have 99% of my cash settlement be out of my Dave account but they still take the full amount out of my bank account even though thats not what the instructions say.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This does not address the original complaint. The amount I was previously available to take is exactly the same, however now instead of taking the whole amount and paying a singular service fee, I am taking 2 amounts that equal the exact same as before but paying two service fees. This also does not answer the question as to why the settlement clearly states it will pull from the Dave account first, then any other accounts in order to pay for a settlement. This is allowing Dave to take the full amount out of my bank account and leaving money in the Dave account allowing ********************** to float 2x the funds they had available to them in the first place. Why is the settlement payout structure not followed as described?

    I've been using Dave since last year, 2024, and was able to get cash advanced to me every time. I have always paid the advances back in a timely manner. In March of this year I took 2 advances that had an extra charge for $5 called an Overdraft fee. The total was $10. I was not aware of this charge until I paid the money back and there they were. When I got in touch with the company, I was told they were service fees. I had already paid the express service fees so I don't know what these fees are. I suspect that they don't know either.Also, I have paid my advances back on time and suddenly, April, I cannot get an advance. Why? I don't know. Dave, please make it make sense because you're looking pretty bad right now.******* ********

    After being completely screwed over by this company due to them not updating my information to correctly show my paychecks (they over drafted my account and my mortgage payment declined due to it) I asked them to delete my account and all of my information. They did not do it when I asked the first time and I pushed back and they deleted my account on April 9. Today I received a notice from my bank that they attempted to try a transaction for $21.00. This is a fraudulent attempt and they have no authorization to be trying to charge me anything. My account was settled in full prior to me canceling the account and I have email confirmation that my account was deleted so why are they attempting to take money from me? I live in **************** and under the Data Privacy law, if I request information to be deleted then they have to delete it. They are now trying to take money from me that is not owed to them and is a fraudulent transaction. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of my state.

    So Dave allows advances in have been using them for a long time now well 2 advances ago I was allowed 275$ paid off on time next advance was 400$ paid off on time and here's where the problem is my advance is now at 200$ and they say it's my account determining this well nothing changed in those 2 advances and now I'm short 200$ for 0 reason and they won't give me a legit answer

    On 04/10/2025 I emailed the support to revoke ach authorization and remove my card. They have been giving me the run around and wasting my time and the support team refuses to assist me in my initial request to split a payment into more reasonable amounts due to financial hardships. I requested to revoke ach authorization and remove my debit card but they are refusing.

    Well I had some suspicious activity I CALLED Dave Both **** were rude a ****** I believe . She told me since complaint is tied to your actual account number we will have to put account on hold. I told her no. I used no fowl language I just fussed at her and she hung up.. I called back and told the 2nd rep to cancel the dispute. They were rude hateful kept cutting me off and everything else would not let me speak. This person who I don't know hung up the phone and instead of canceling the dispute, because i did not want my account on hold, well they put it on hold. This person also made it where I cant call **************** to try and get this taken care of the phone sys will not let me talk with a rep.I also have been scammed by the cash *** in the ******** I get my travel pay from the VA sent to my Dave account, quess what I can't access it at all right now. They keep putting account on hold suspoending account punting it on hold. I even got a new card, sent them all **** its me trying to get my money but these uncaring people will not let me have access to my funds or even talk with a human person.

    Dave offered me 400 on a month. I paid it back they then only offered me 125. Leaving me in a hole I have had trouble getting out of. When I asked why they claim to be looking out for me. How can you be looking out for me when you put me in this position with there offer? Had I not paid it back on time sure but this wasnt the case. They have a history of preying on people and refusing to help in app. I was harassed for 15 mins while trying to get this escalated. Absolutely horrible way to conduct practices.

    I have been using DAVE app for years! I have never missed a payment or been late EVER!This morning Dave app took away $300 at one time with no warning from my advance amount even though I have never been late or missed a payment!! I called CS and was given the generic answer (other factors bla bla) and told I was not allowed to speak to a Supervisor. *** was **** name and I told her that if that is the algorithm then it needs to be fixed! But no one bothered to fix the issue.They should not be allowed to do this to anyone let alone supposed valued customers!Thank you,********* *******

    I opened up a dave account maybe on April 3rd of this month. I have sent several emails and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM THEM. I got so frustrated I closed the account. But now I need it open again but still...I sent another email and ***** RESPONDS. IS THAT PROFESSIONALISM? IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME NOW.
