    Asked for cash advance and was supposed sent to my bank card. My bank does not show the transfer and says reach out to ***** Then **** keeps telling me to talk to bank. I have chatted, emailed and messaged on Facebook numerous times. No resolution. I will not allow these people to take money from me especially if o never got there advance. Either cancel this transfer and not take money from me. Again I never received yours.

    Dave is Fraud!! They stole over 290 dollars and had my card blocked!!!

    In regards to the *** called ***** **** I've used this business for ****** *************** I have now contacted this business, per the rules of their Terms of ********** and revoked *** ************** I had given the account details. I have made this request seven days in advance of the next scheduled repayment/withdrawal from the accounts I revoked authorization for. I contacted this business several times through live chat and their support email address, in accordance with their terms of agreement. The first response I received for my request was three days later, stating he was forwarding the matter for further review. I have not had any response from any ********* ******** and I have followed up numerous times to this. The second agent through their live **** stated the same thing, that they will forward the matter for immediate attention, which again, has gone ignored by this company. Their terms of agreement state to email, which I did, at least 3 days in advance before scheduled repayment. I did that. I **** 7 days notice. It is now two days before ******************** and my request is still ******** There has been no response to any of my emails or further responses through live chat. I specifically asked for them to stop withdrawal and it's being ********

I am only accepting this response because it seems my matter has been resolved, per their email, but I will wait to see if it finally was, tomorrow. This matter was only resolved after the company received notice from the BBB of my complaint. Before I made the BBB Complaint, I sent numerous emails asking for a follow-up to my request, numerous chat messages, I even reached out to them on their social media platforms. They all had the same response of "forwarding your matter for further review". And not one agent of that company ever reached out to me to follow up, or at least tell me what was going on, until today (after receiving my BB complaint). Also of note is I made my request per their very own TERMS OF SERVICE. So my request should not have had to be "forwarded for further review" in the first place. I followed their instructions in their TOS and gave plenty of time. That was six days of undue stress and worry. I shouldn't have had to contact the BBB or my final institution to step in and help resolve this matter. Their website states "Helpful" Transparent" " Member Centric. That had not been my experience.

    I recently discovered that a Dave account was reopened in my name, despite not initiating it. This had happened to me a few years ago and I thought it was fixed, but it happened again and my account was reopened. I spoke to Dave customer service and they assured me that the escalation team would get back to me, but they haven't and they took the past due on the account out of my bank account. They've since locked me out of my account, so I'm unable to cancel the account.

    I signed up for Dave in October 2019 Ever since then I've been trying to cancel this I have emailed multiple times as the app and website direct, every time I receive an email back saying thanks, they are closing a resolved ticket. They have taken money every single month since. It's only 1$ but I DON'T HAVE A DOLLAR TO SPARE I opted in for the first dollar but every dollar after 10/19 has been against my will and wishes

    On ****** I called **** to say I received a text saying I requested a code which I did not and I ********* I believe someone was trying to hack my account I was told they would look into this and I would get a response in ***** hours, I never heard anything back, I called everyday and was told the same thing, on ******** I called in to see what's going on and was told they closed my account, my direct deposit was sent to them, I called my job and they confirmed they sent my direct deposit, I have bills due and this is unacceptable

    My direct deposit for my payday of 6/10/22 is still not in my account. My employer shows that the funds were sent and that the account information is correct. Nothing has kicked back to them. I am unable to speak to a human being. My deposit should have been available on the 9th (as it has been doing previously) but it is still not in my account. This is causing me financial hardship as this was the bulk of my paycheck and I need to pay bills (including my car payment and mortgage). I submitted a ticket this morning and only got an email response that it was received. This afternoon I responded and stated that this was urgent and I wanted it rectified today. That was over 3 hours ago and still no response.

    Someone stole my debit card information and charged ******* through ********* I tried contacting someone at ******** about the fraudulent charge but there is only an email address and to get to live support, you need an account number. I don't have an account but this money came out of my bank account. I have tried emailing several times but nothing is getting done and no one will call me back. I just want my money back. They would have to have a way to find out who made the charge. But even so, after my many emails, they know the charge is fraudulent and should make it right.

    I have attempted to close my account with Dave Inc. several times and each time they ask for different information required to close the account. They have made this exceedingly difficult and are now asked for my ID and picture. They continue to charge my checking account the monthly fee.

    They won't let me delete my account I've tried sending in forms saying to delete my account and they won't. I'm tired of them taking money out when I don't use my account at all. I've never used it or put money in it. I just want the account deleted.
