      Order#******** Flower arrangement did not look like the picture at all. I understand that depending on flower availability the arrangement will look slightly different but this is not the case. Flowers were slightly wilted. I paid extra for a balloon and balloon was not delivered. I made a complaint with their customer service department and they said the balloon might have flown away. I asked for proof that the flowers were delivered with the balloon and they replied that a picture was not taken at delivery. I asked for a full refund and they are giving me the run around. I paid $68.80 I feel totally taken advantage of.

      NEVER again.Ordered flowers for my 91 year old mother.I picked the arrangement as it was a novelty.I flower arrangement that looked like a present.What we got was a hill type arrangement and most of the roses looked old and quickly dying. Because they used the same coloured flowers in this NON PRESENT shoe , the business feels I got what I ordered.VERY DECEPTIVE advertising and bad quality

      Zero stars. This company needs to be investigated. Too many of these claims are the same. Horrible. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. They were never delivered. I received notification of non delivery by email on at the end of the day. There was an option to have them delivered the next day so I (though upset) opted for delivery the next day. Around noon on that day someone from the company called to inform me that they could not deliver. There was no explanation, no apology, no offer to make it right. The only thing they would say is that they would "try the next day". I asked what "try" meant and they could not explain that to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, manager, or owner. I was told none of them were working that day. I shared that I didn't care and would wait for one of them to call me. They told me I could call back and talk with customer service the next day. I ultimately cancelled my order. I have received confirmation of the cancellation but my money has not been refunded yet.

      Ordered the bouquet. Didnt get a confirmation email. So I called. After 5 transfers they claimed I wouldnt receive an email until the flowers were delivered. Suspicious for sure. So at the end of the delivery day they proceeded to cancel my order and then mention they dont even service that zip code at all! Claim they will send me a refund. We will see if I get to.

      Scammers. Told me it was delivered, three days later my sick friend still hadn't recieved it. I called and the automated menu kept hanging up on me. Finally got through to someone after 25 mins on hold and she asked the same questions over and over, as though she thought I was making it up friend never got the flowers. They told me they are sorry but they don't deliver to the area ...AFTER telling me they were delivered. Unbelievable.Avoid at all cost.

      I ordered purple tulips in a round bottom vase and was given pink roses in a rectangular vase. They said due to their substitution policy they didn't have to give a refund or resend the correct order. It was the wrong flower, vase, color and by their own admission lesser value than what I purchased. This was not a substitution it was a completely different order. They refuse to refund the order or resend what I purchased.

      This is the worst place. They took my order and money for flowers for my mom's birthday in the morning. By 1 pm they called to inform me that they couldn't deliver and that I wouldnt get my money back for 5 to 10 business days. Terrible horrible customer services. This place is a scam

      On hold over 20 minutes trying to get confirmation of a delivery. I kept getting transferred to a call center and then back to main menu. They were supposed to deliver yesterday, but arrived to business after 5pm, it was closed at that time. I don't even know if they will attempt delivery today or not. No communication. Too expensive as well.

      Do not use this company. Its a third-party website that contracts to local florist. I paid for same-day delivery, which did not happen. As the sympathy flowers were related to a death, the recipient did leave town the next day. No one made me aware the flowers were not delivered the day they were supposed to be. Subsequently, the flowers were left on a porch as no one answered the door, in 110 heat. when I called, they werent able to tell me what local florist they contracted with, why it wasnt same-day delivery and why no one notified me that no one answered the door. The best they could offer was a $4 refund. No adequate refund, no credit, customer service was absolutely appalling and disrespectful. Complete waste of time, money, and effort.. DO NOT USE

      Place is a scam. Don't use. Delivery not delivered. Impossible to get someone in customer-service.
