      Rip. Off. That says it all. Not only did they delay my delivery by a day, and didn't notify me, they absolutely phoned it in on the delivered product. Since it was delayed, they offered to upgrade my purchase or get a refund. I opted for the upgrade as this was a birthday present. I purchased the coffee and chocolate basket Deluxe and accepted the Premium upgrade, all for my previously paid $147 price.What showed up was, at best, $30 worth of dollar store quick shelf grab. Two terrible mugs stating ************ or similar cubicle-level poster rhetoric, a bottle of Coffee Mate powdered *******, and what looks like a small trick-or-treat assortment of fun-sized M&Ms and Snickers bars. Where was the premium coffe pictured on the web site? Where were the Lindt truffles? Nowhere to be found. What a joke. Buyer beware, this site is a scam. I'm including a link you'll have to copy and paste yourself, so you can see what I thought I was getting.**************************************************************

      AVOID!!!!What a joke. I should have looked up reviews before ordering. After ordering I tried signing into the site to try and track the same day order. No luck signing in, tried resetting password through a link emailed from the website. Fake link doesnt work.Called customer service, they said they would email me updates on delivery. Never got any updates. I ordered a very specific arrangement from the website. Some completely different random a** flowers were eventually delivered. I guess Im lucky they sent anything at all. I tried to visit the website again today to submit a complaint and somehow I am blocked from the website. How in the h*** is this legal?Joke of a business. Avoid at all cost.

      THEY ADVERTISE AS A ************* BUT THEY ARE NOT. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY AUNTS FUNERAL AND THEY CALLED ME 1 HOUR BEFORE THE ***** SHOPS CLOSE TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T DELIVER MY FLOWERS. THEY DO THIS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE GRIEVING. THE FUNERAL IS TOMORROW. THANK GOD I FOUND AN ACUTAL ***** SHOP THAT 1 HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. I WILL REVIEW THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS ALL OVER THE INTERNET

      This company is a scam. They are advertising as if they are a local florist in the area you were looking. They make it seem as if delivery and everything will be seamless and smooth, but it is not. I should have done more research on this company that is my fault for not looking, but they are definitely not running good business model and their advertising is very misleading. I order a delivery for same day and it was not delivered. It was rescheduled for the next day and again was not delivered or no one was available for the delivery. I called to get my order canceled which took some time and eventually did get it canceled. I am waiting for the refund to be processed currently.

      This is the first time I have used **************************** and it has been a terrible experience. The florist left the arrangement outside of a patio area in hot 100 degree temperatures with no call to the recipient or customer. *********************** were wilted and roses dead within 2 days. After a week of calls and resending emails, they offered a 15% refund. Completely unacceptable. I am now trying to dispute with my credit card company.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM . This is a scam site. They will take your order. Take your credit card information. Take all your personal information so do not order from here. Made my payment with no confirmation number and then they want more information. Do not go with this company. it is definitely a scam.

      I placed an order with this company based on what was advertised: seamless delivery and reliable service. After completing my purchase, I was told they couldnt fulfill the order because they dont have a florist in the area something that should have been made clear before taking my ********** make matters worse, they tried to push the cost of their mistake onto me, asking for an extra $12 to use an outside florist. This wasnt my fault yet they refused to take full responsibility or honor the price I was originally quoted.Customer service was dismissive and made no real effort to make it right. This experience was not only disappointing it was completely unprofessional. It felt like bait-and-switch advertising followed by a lack of accountability.I ultimately canceled the order and will never use this company again. If you value transparency, reliability, and honest service look elsewhere. This is not a company you can trust.

      Another story of taking the order but not delivering the order which is the most important part of the order, the delivering. Anybody can just take orders. They say they will refund me in 7-10 business days and if that doesnt happen I will be creating a dispute with my credit card company. The weird thing is they sent a confirmation of delivery without receiving proof of delivery. Why oh why didnt I do a little research before ordering from these charlatans.

      I placed 3 separate orders one week in advance of Mother's Day 2025.Tracking these orders through the website was a nightmare...it only showed (and still shows) the orders are (were) "processing". And one of the orders was cancelled, but I wasn't notified of this until it was a day late!And good luck trying to actually speak with someone from ****************** It should be ********************** Their system will route your CS call to an order taker, who will seem concerned and apologize profusely and offer to start a "ticket" using your order number to forward to CS. Then, you will never hear form anyone again.Maybe CS is so inundated with dissatisfied customers that they've all gone on vacation or just ******* of Sunday, Mother's Day 2025 (one day after they were supposed to be delivered), I still didn't know the status of the other two orders. They were never *************** is June 11th, 2025. I put in my 5th "ticket" for my undelivered orders. There has been no refund to the credit card that I used to place the orders.The saga continues...If you're considering using FlowerShopping.com...DON'T.

      I order premium pink blush flowers on June 2, 2025 at 10:58am, to be delivered on the 3rd. This was for my fiancees graduation. On the 3rd at 4:15pm I received an email saying "Dear my name, greetings from FlowerShopping.com and thank you for placing your order for delivery to my fiancee. Due to weather conditions, we have been unable to deliver your order." As a result I called and spoke with a representative about making sure my order got here by 12 noon, and if they weren't here I wanted a full refund. This is because the graduation was 2 hours from me in ***********. I was told that I could call back and request a refund if it didn't get there in time. On the 4th at 12:21pm I received and email saying "Dear my name, we have confirmed that your order for my fiancee was successfully delivered or will be delivered shortly." However I was already on the way to ********. I stopped at a flower shop on the way to get flowers, and with the service I received it should've been my first choice. The next day I got back from ******** and saw the flowers were not only late, be it was wrong. They sent me the deluxe flowers instead of the premium flowers. I tried calling to request a full refund and both times resulted in getting an email with the first saying $15 back, and the other email saying 20% back. I am not satisfied with this at all. I'm currently still trying to get my money back. Do not opt for this company services. They will definitely disappoint.
