1 starI have owned an HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw printer for several years. It works perfectly. On July 1, I could no longer print and was given a message that the printer has an "Expired Certificate" effective June 30. I called support and was told that support is no longer available because it is an obsolete printer. The "certificate" was valid from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2025. I offered to buy a new certificate but was told that was impossible. My call was routed through five different individuals all the way to the supervisor. It seems a bad business practice to stop a consumer from using a perfectly good piece of hardware on an arbitrary date and offer no workaround. I would think that such practice should not be allowed by law.Review fromBenjamin P

1 starIt'd be hard to find a more dishonest and obstructive business than **. If you go to their website to ask them to honor a warranty, they recommend you start with a chat agent. After waiting half an hour, the chat agent will tell you that they can't handle warranties and you should call their main phone number instead. The other number has the wrong hours posted on their website, so get ready for disappointment. It then has an AI gatekeeper with broken software-- it will ask for your serial number, then tell you that its serial number registration feature is broken. But you can't proceed without a serial number, and it refuses to connect you with a human operator. If you request a call from **, they say they will call you within a certain time window, and after you wait and wait, they never call. I've now invested more than 3 hours trying to speak with them about my warranty, and am losing hope that I ever can.... which is probably the reason they designed their system this way in the first place.Review fromErnest Kelly M

1 starOn May 29, 2025, I purchased a laptop from the ****** Store. The very next day, on May 30, I called ******************* to initiate a return. They began processing the return, but the laptop still shipped out. Fortunately, they were able to reroute the package, and it was delivered directly to *** warehouse in ****************, ** on June 10, 2025.I never received the laptop. ** confirmed via email that the product was successfully delivered to their warehouse. However, they did not follow up with any information about issuing my refund. On June 13, I called HP to follow up. They told me the case would be reviewed and I would hear back within 2448 hours. I never received a response. I called again on June 17, and this time they acknowledged a mistake in their systemincorrectly marking the item as delivered to me. They promised to issue a support ticket for my refund and assured me Id receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. That never happened.I called again on June 19 to inquire about the status, and once more, I was told the case would be reviewed, and Id get an update within ************************************************************************ sight.I regret purchasing from ** and am extremely disappointed by their lack of follow-through and customer support. I would appreciate immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund.Review fromCarrie W

1 starPurchased laptop with warranty. Have had multiple issues and had to self troubleshoot several times because support is unavailable or unhelpful and has even made up rules such as telling me to send a video of me telling them what the problem is. Im well within my warranty and have called multiple times, spent hours getting the runaround and ** will not assist, help or honor their warranty and continue to say they will help, but simply make you jump through the same hoops. In the time they spend giving customers a hard time they could have provided a solution. I have a computer that doesnt work thats under full warranty that ** wont or cant help me with, but has spent hours telling me to repeat the steps Ive already taken and will not provide a solution or honor their warranty. Ive called the number theyve given me, troubleshot. Provided the serial number and in writing I continue to get zero help in using my warranty that its advertised with purchase and currently under. This is misleading, and false advertising. Also, where does it state a consumer has to diagnose the problem with the item they purchased in detail and send to them? That seems absolutely ridiculous and how would a customer know? Why would they need ** support? Please stop misleading false advertising and allowing this company to take advantage of paying customers and not honor warranties when the product they have sold is faulty. I have my records of calling and lengthy nonsensical replies back with no solution when all I want is a computer that works.Review frommegan d

1 starDon't enroll into insta ink. Yes, it may seem like a great idea at the start but it is not. I had only received ink one time and that was at the start of the subscription. How it was explained to me is that i would get ink once a month and it would save me money. I though great its going to be delivered and i don't have to go out. Awesome.. months go by and I didn't rec any ink.. I called and the *** at ***** ink said that i needed to print at least 100 pages or more a month to get the ink. I was like that was not explained to me when it signed up. the agent said sorry but that is what it is and disconnected the call. Then months go by and then i still never gotten any ink.. so i called and canceled my subscription and asked the agent if i was goin to be getting any of the ink that i had paid for and the agent said no your are not paying for the ink and when i asked what i am paying for the agent could not tell me. i asked to speak to a supervisor and then the agent was like no one is goin to be able to help you and hesitated. I cancelled on may 31 2025. On june 2 2025, i had gotten a call form a supervisor and then i was explaining what was going on how nothing was fully explained to me and how charging me for a full month after i have cancelled is not right.. how now if was charged pro rated fee i would understand and the supervisor hung up on me and never called me back. I had went back and looked over all the terms and conditions and nothing is stated that when you cancel your subscription that you printer would no longer work, unless you are paying for insta ink...Review fromMariana H

1 starI am truly disappointed with ** products this is the second printer purchased within 13 months. both printers did not work. The second printer purchased, Smart tank 5000 has an hardware issue. According to the **** services, which is located outside the US informed me the printer's warranty has ended. They offered me a new plan of $6.99 a month with a free printer. Big deal when they only allow you to print 20 pages a month. Or buy a new printer. Mind you this is the second purchase of a HP printer and both printers did not print. ** products used to be the one I would purchase, but I am finding out they could care less about there customers and there products.Review fromCindy B

1 starHorrible. It appears as though ** does not care about the quality of their products or their support. Their business model has truly shifted from "sell great hardware" to "let's trap users in subscriptions and replacements." The fact that this company wants to claim a green business model or sustainable practices is laughable when all they create are products with built-in-obsolescence in mind and don't offer repair/replacement help at ALL. Ive spent weeks trying to fix my HP ENVY Photo 7858. Black ink wont print despite new cartridges, cleanings, and every possible fix. There are no error messages or diagnostics indicating hardware failure, and all cartridges show adequate ink levels. It's clear that this is not a cartridge issue, but more likely a deeper printhead or ink flow failure - one Ive seen echoed by many other users with this same model. Ive spent significant time, ink, energy, and MONEY trying to solve this issue, and it's deeply frustrating that a relatively new HP printer would degrade this quickly with only light, occasional use. Their ** support wont talk to me because Im out of warranty. The only phone numbers they provide are for sales. This is unacceptable. Ive always relied on ** products and have been a loyal customer since I was a kid. But this experience has made me reconsider that loyalty. I hope ** will stand by its customers and provide a solution here. Otherwise, I'm definitely going to need to ***** this POS in the garbage and will never purchase another ** product again. I would appreciate it if they would provide technical support from a REAL representative (not the horrible Virtual Assistant they provide), a replacement unit at a discounted rate (or free of charge, but seeing how money hungry they've become, I'm not counting on it), or a refund or credit towards a more reliable HP model - one that would preferably not die out on me with no real solutions to circumvent the issue.Hoping HP sees this and cares.Review fromTiffani P

1 starI purchased a HP ProBook 465 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (901H4AV) in January 2025 and after the 5/20/2025 update my screen is black and than fan continuously runs. This is the second laptop from ** purchased in the past year and the second machine to stop working months after the purchase after an update. Quality and price are not matching up.
