    This month I received a promotion from GOVX for the veterans promotion for SeaWorld all day dinning meal plan for 4 for $150. I attempted to purchase the items and placed in my cart for checkout but the promotion price did not display in my cart. I tried again numerous times but had the same issues every time. I called SeaWorld customer service but they said it was a ********************** issue and they couldnt help. I called GOVX but it was an automated recording to remind customer to handle issues online. Next I messaged GOVX two times but so far no response. Ive attached screenshots of the SeaWorld promotion from GOVX, the screenshot of the price in the cart and screenshot of the customer service complaint I filed.

    ****************** offers free and discounted tickets to veterans each year. This year we have to use GovX to verify military status and to purchase the tickets. The discount was valid through May 12th for purchasing tickets. I completed all the necessary verification steps through GovX, although the tickets were not available through the GovX website, via the ************************, to be able to purchase tickets on May 12th. ****************** website clearly states that tickets were available through May 12th, but GovX failed to allow purchasing of tickets through May 12th. There is no way to contact GovX by phone to resolve the issue. I tried calling the corporate office, but there is no option for customer support.

    Sea World offers free tickets to veterans but you must go through Govx to verify the veteran status. The website doesnt work. No way to call or chat to anyone. Submitted trouble ticket..expect no results. Time to get the Sea World tickets is this week..no support..seems like a scam website. Called their phone number including corporate offices. No one to talk toover a seemingly easy issue. Would give this business negative stars. No ability to contact. Gathers personal information. Then doesnt support their associates businesses (Sea World). I called Sea World..they answered their phone..said this is a Govx issue and apologized..said I wasnt the only one.

    On February 7th 2024 I ordered tickets for the Grand ***************** through Govx.com members deals for the amount of $641.92.We contacted members deals on March 2nd when I was informed that the tickets were under someone else name per the venue. I was sent a questionnaire to be answered. Following the request, I waited 72 hours, per email and I've not received no email or call back. I called again on March 7th to member deals an spoke with a ******* which stated it could take up to 10 days for a resolution.

    I used GovX for the first time to rent a car. The dates of my trip changed about three weeks later. I tried to change the dates of the rental car. I was told I had to cancel the reservation and create a new one. Canceling would incur a $100 fee. I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL. All I wanted to do was change the dates. I am not only out $100, but if I book again, I am now booking at about $100 MORE than I originally booked at. I got some lame excuse about their contract with Dollar Rental and this is just how it works. I will never ever ever use GovX again. Buyer beware! I want my $100 back.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  I ended up reaching out to GovX again the morning after I opened a dispute with my bank and also filed this complaint with BBB.  The GovX representative opened a ticket for me (which the first representative did not do) and asked the rental car company if they would refund my $100 due to me not being aware that I could not modify a reservation once booked.  I did, in fact, get my $100 back and am satisfied with how this situation has been resolved.  GovX needs to be very clear with their policies so that customers know they cannot even change a rental car reservation once it's booked.  I understood the cancelation policy, but the modification policy was not clear at all and led me to believe I was able to modify through the rental car company's website if needed with no restrictions/no penalty.  I am grateful and appreciative for the help I received on everyone's part and am satisfied with the results.  I also closed the dispute with my bank.

    I completed a reservation through Member Deals on 12/20 for a hotel stay on 1/12/24. My card was charged and I received an email confirmation with my reservation details. I called today to see if I could check in earlier than 4pm tomorrow and they said, "we do not have a reservation for you." I provided all the information I could and the hotel produced zero results. Long story short, I called Member Deals three (3) more times and the hotel same amount, as Member Deals continued to tell me their system showed my reservation and provided additional confirmation numbers. The latest confirmation number belonged to someone else staying for six (6) nights. I called Member Deals again (just now) and they said, "we are doing the best we can and I should expect some results within 1 - 3 hours". Member Deals says, "we are forwarding the information to the escalation team and should hear something back soon on the outcome" and I stated, "why is it too hard for Member Deals to call the hotel and straighten this all out as I have to be at the hotel tomorrow for an event!" Member Deals stated, "we will have an update from the hotel within 1 -3 hours so be patient and we are doing all we can to serve you and provide the best experience. I am not sure why there is so much confusion here when I booked this weeks ago and I ONLY FOUND OUT before I called to see if I could check in early. I CANNOT imagine how frustrated I would have been to find out tomorrow at the hotel with all my luggage.

    I order two products, one was supposed to be delivered never showed up, the second item I was given a invalid tracking number, made a number of attempts to contact someone and no one has helped me. I want a complete refund

    On May 16, 2023, I purchase concert tickets to ********* concert for Sept 22, 2023 at ************, **** through GovX website's link to *********** (receipt attached). The concert was postponed due to lead singer illness and new date was TBA. The concert was rescheduled on Nov 17, 2023 for the new date of Nov 22, 2023. However, GovX's *********** never informed me of the new date or provided me with new tickets for the event.I contacted *********** on the day I learned of the new concert date and informed them that I was never contacted with the new date and did not have the correct tickets and therefore could not attend and requested a full refund. *********** responded by saying my request was denied (response attached). I attached screen shots of the tickets which show the old date (Sept 27, 2023) showing "postpone" and never updated. Also, the "transfer" and "sell" buttons are grayed out which means I could not transfer or sell them to anyone else if I wanted to. I contend that it was ***********' responsibility to inform me of the new date and provide me with new concert tickets and I should not be held responsible for their mistakes. Additionally, GovX should also be held responsible since ***********' link is part of their website.
