      I placed an order for a replacement debit card after I received fraudulent activity on a card and received in the mail a debit card with no name on the front of the card and no place for a signature bar on the back of the card and was informed that that's how the cards are being made now. I questioned the authenticity of the information that I received. What I'm asking you to do is to verify that the information that I've received from three customer service Representatives is accurate of which to me makes absolutely no sense at all and I no longer trust the bank or their business practices that's in the context of the negative press that they've received for some of their other business practices. I will be in the very near future taking my business elsewhere. For clarity I received an original card as I opened the account that's the one that was compromised with fraud, the second card that I received as a replacement card in communicating with the customer service representative and articulating to them that there was no name on the front of the card and no signature bar on the back the individual informed me that he would be sending me a card with my name on the front but there would be no signature bar on the back when I received it there was no name on the front of the card so I requested a third card when I received it in the mail it was just a duplicate of the second card that I received which tells me that the information that I received from that customer service representative was inaccurate. I have no problem disseminating to you the information from the second card however the *** number on the back of the card in the picture is not accurate. I'm sending you a picture of the first replacement card. That card is inactive and I have a active card which is for clarity the third card and the second replacement card in my possession.       Wells Fargo- Applied over $300 In late fees to the account. We have spent over 2 years fighting them that they applied the payments incorrectly. Have sent over bank statements to prove the issue 11 times, each time they were never received. Every time we reached out, they gave us different emails, fax numbers and mailing addresses to send the statements to. Finally we gave up and wanted to just pay off the loan and be done with it, they double charged us the late fees, stating the full payment didnt reflect paying off the late fees. After they repurposed the payment, they claim we still owe $337 in late fees causing the pay off amount to still show close to $400 more than it was originally quoted. From what we can tell, they are adding the late fees to the principle of the loan to collect interest on it and creating a double charge of late fees. In speaking with the reps again. They refused to acknowledge the conversation where the original agent had made the mistake, and are still standing firm on double charging us for the late fees.

      Back on my June 1, 2023 rent statement, Wells Fargo wrongly charged me a $15.00 RETURN CHECK fee. I asked my bank about it, and they showed me that no check was ever returned. I want the $15.00 charge removed from my rent statement. In a month or so, NYCHA (New York *********************** my landlord) says, Wells Fargo will no longer be processing NYCHA rent payments, so I'd like this settled before then. I hoped to resolve this many months ago. After trying other avenues, I am, at last, trying the BBB. I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that I received no May 2023 rent statement; but rather than wait and wait for one, I mailed my check on 04/28/2023 to P.O. *******************************, without any accompanying statement stub (though I DID write my account number on my check, #*****. I have written to my housing project's management office. They told me to get in touch with *****'s office in ****************. I have called and written to NYCHA there, but I have received no reply. On 06/20/2023, I wrote to NYCHA at ************. No reply. On 09/13/2023, 11:17 a.m., I used NYCHA's "Contact Us" website portal to report this complaint. No reply. On 09/20/2023, I called my city councilwoman's neighborhood office and was told to send in a written report. I did on 11/09/2023, 8:55 a.m., to the email the office assistant gave me, but it bounced back "undeliverable". A woman calling herself ****************** telephoned me at 5:00 p.m. on 09/20/2023 to say she would look into the matter, and that I could reach her at ************** (NYCHA L.I.C.). I have heard nothing since. Again I wrote to Councilwoman ******* office (on 01/18/2024, this time in ***************), but I received no reply. My most recent letter was to NYCHA (****************), 06/10/2024. I have received no reply. END

      I need to dispute this fraud transaction from my bank account. This is my first time ever doing a dispute on my bank account. I would think that Wells Fargo would accommodate this for me. It was on May 25, 2024 I did a Apple Cash purchase. Please dispute this for me as it was fraud and not a real business. I understand further never to do this. But I would like for Wells Fargo to honor my loyalty with this.

      I have been with you guys since 2011 and I had some overdrafts. I dont overdraft often, I had things that came out and my check was delayed. I cant afford them. I know its my fault but you have to look at the account and based it off that. I know its my fault can I please get my fees back. They gave back 2, I had 5. I know its my responsibility but where the loyalty. Now if I call next month then say no. Please

      I am finally complete for three different reasons. One being the supervisor in the escalations department being extremely rude he refused to give me anything but his first name and he made me come out of character. I specifically asked for his information as I wanted to report him, and he was being very snarky and ignorant, all I got was ****** For his information. I did come out of character, but I was provoked. I want him written up. My other issue is with the claims that they close with no validity. He just said because theres influx in clams He couldnt help me told me to go to the merchant. One of my claims for the ****************** I got sick after eating there and I wanted my money back. I received. Expired goods from Acme. Another charge from ****** they have horrible customer service. They told me that they would not give me what I requested even though they had a note for customization on their website when I ordered and he goes days without responding even though Im emailing almost every day or so Asked if I wanted to refund I said yes and hes not responding. The other Closed claim from ******** I was missing items and I had expired items and they told me to contact my bank to get a refund. I also told the claims department I did not want temporary credits but half of these I got temporary credits and now theyre going to reverse my account into the negative. I want this guy reprimanded. I want him written up and or fired. He was very unprofessional and he did not help me not one bit nor did he listen to me. I want my money back for all these claims The other issue is that I no longer have credit cards and Im solely using my bank account Thats why theres an influx because I spend a lot of money.

      I am rejecting this response because:  the reason for rejecting a fraud and robbery is a valid reason to refund the transactions the robbers did with my phone.  Wells Fargo asked me to call ***** and I did that and they transferred me back to wells Fargo. No one is giving me a reasonable reason for denying my claim.
