      So they promised new customers that they get a $300 bonus sign on but they didnt tell people that they take $72 out for Tax which we have a choice if we want to pay it now or we wanna pay it when taxes come to pay so due to the fact, they took $72 out for their tax They didnt give me the whole $300

      You **** I called three days ago about a credit card payment. I asked them to take it out on a day later. They said that should not be a problem they put it in there notes. Well they lied

      When I signed up for a credit card, I was expecting for that company to provide me with protection whenever I had an issue with a product or service that I would need to dispute. I have not done this often as I am one to own my responsibilities when I make a purchase or understand my responsibilities as a purchaser and credit card user, but this company has failed me miserably and has allowed for this company in particular to rip me off for a large sum of money with no reprocution. I highly suggest that if you are looking to find a credit card that you look elsewhere so that you are better protected when you need it.

      Wells Fargo IS NOT A GOOD BANK! I have been a valuable customer for 5 years. Most recently the bank (Wells Fargo) allowed fraudulent deposits of money to be deposited into my bank account. I did not make these deposits, I dont know where they came from, I DID NOT SPEND / TOUCH ANY OF THE MONEY! But Wells Fargo took my entire Ssi disability check and covered those fraudulent deposits. THEY WERE WRONG AND I WANT MY ENTIRE CHECK RETURNED TO **!

      I went ******. I want to a store and the clerk said it was $20 American . He had me pay with card. He pushed the card thru 3 times. 2 times they did the same amount, so one of them fell off the other they did it for .02 cents more. I contested the charges and Wells came back saying I owed the month since there was signatures. I didn't sign it, they didn't care. They didn't care that it was same exact amount or that it went 3 times. I will never use wells again.

      I had terribly bad experience with this Bank. They cut my credit line completely only let me 29. 00$ and I had before 2.****** credit limit. They decided to cut the last January 28th and because it bought an international ticket valued in 710.00$ to ***** for my next vacations. So, when I tried to pay my monthly bill. I found that they lower almost close the credit line. From 2 ****** to 29.00$ . I don't understand why? They do that's. It's very mean and injustice for me. I paid my bills always. And right now they hurt my credit score also. .dropped 8 points for transunion and equifax maybe experian. I didn't see thats last one. I explained everything in order to warning peopel with this terrible bank administration. Because they're very unprofessional and treat very bad with the customers. Thanks. ******* V ********.

      ************* ever to build credit! I received my credit card for ***** in 2023 always keep it under 50 % pay it on time always extra payment instead of the minimum due i have about ***** used on the card because of Christmas and was paying on it i just received a letter stating they dropped my limit to ***** which just maxed my card and ruined my credit this is the worst worst company ever and I called them and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I will not ever do business with these people or recommend them to anyone if you want your credit ruined then yeah go for it. Needless to say cards been shut off they won't have any of my business or any of my family for sure better cards out there that don't do this.

      We financed flooring through Wells Fargo. The company is Royal home flooring in which they destroyed our hardwood floors. When they would not honor their lifetime warranty only after 6 months of installation I contacted Wells Fargo for assistance. I was hoping Wells Fargo was reputable but they denied our claim even with time stamped photos of the day Royal home flooring left showing the awful job they did. I believe both companies are corrupt. I will never ever use Wells Fargo again for financing for anything. I do not recommend Wells Fargo for any of your home projects. I am now not surprised that these two companies work together. Profit over people. Shame shame on you
