      An online ********** helped me resolve software installation issues. The 1st tech I was connected with was not able to do it, but I re-submitted my request and got a 2nd ********** to help me solve it.

      While attempting to subscribe to PlutoTV, i apparently clicked on a dubious link to JustAnswer. As part of the process i provided credit card information to authorize a minimal charge of $5 which was declared to be refunded upon connection to a help agent. After waiting on hold for an extended period of time I disconnected from the help line and solved the issue on my own. I later discovered after reviewing my credit statement that this unscrupulous service provider not only did not refund the initial charge, but entered me into a subscription service and charged me $55 on a recurring monthly basis. The only good news is that i was able to identify the unwanted account and cancel further unauthorized charges. My only hope is that others read this review and steer clear of this scam artist.
