      I was locked out of a brand new Mac book pro because I forgot my passwords. They were a super great help in getting back in. I thought I could login with my finger print and did not write down the password, big mistake on my part. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone having any issues.

      This company has a site that makes you believe you are renewing your ***** membership. I had been in the hospital numerous times and my ***** membership had expired. I am 77 years old and had entered renewing my expired ****** membership and this company came up. I believed I was renewing my membership and ended up entering my information. Before I knew what was going on my credit card had been charged $49.00 dollars. I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund and they refused. This company is deceptive and unethical!

      If I could leave a negative 100 review stars that still wouldn't be enough. These people are underhanded, unscrupulous, unethical, heartless SCAMMERS. I was completely and utterly scammed out of $43. I was told there was a one-time completely refundable fee of $5 period. I've read reviews where others were charged various amounts for a "monthly subscription fee" but all were charged the "one time $5" fee. How many of us have to be taken advantage of before someone will stand up for all of us, say this is wrong and it's going to stop! Now. Today. Let's be honest. Each and every one of us trusted these people to help us. Obviously that's why we contacted them. Because we each had a problem or concern we needed help with. Not to be lied to and taken advantage of. Ok. Maybe not the definition of lie but shady practices and the fine print being buried in paragraph after paragraph. Yes I spoke with my bank, cancelled my debit card and began the paperwork to get my money back. What I really want besides my money back is for these shady people to have to repay each and every person they took advantage of.

      Angelo was awesome! I am going to use his advice and get this problem squared away.
      I am almost positive I got away a lot cheaper than if I had to make an appointment with a lawyer, miss work, and get charged a Huge bill.

      This is a scam! I am so upset. I was ask for my bank info to pay $5 but was charged $40. The extra $35 that was taken needed to go to my copay for Dr. ***** later today. My bank gave me number to call for a refund. The lady told me it is nonrefundable. But she would not let me speak to supervisor.
