      I received a CD11 notice from the *** basically telling me that all my calculations concerning Standard Deductions and Solar Tax Credits were wrong. I somehow negotiated my way to JustAnswer, where '****' advised me in ways that eventually led me to a final resolution with the *** through a local CPA. Thanks, **** and thanks ********.

      As with other complaints Im reading, I had an medical issue that I needed immediate attention, so went online to try and get an answer asap. Just Answer was the first hit and I typed in my question thinking they would answer, but then popped up a sign in agreement, I understood it to be $2 for this question, and a membership I could cancel anytime. I got charged $2 plus $66 for the month. Within hours I contacted them to cancel. A $68 mistake. This is how they make their money. I hope others dont make the same mistake I did.

      Was told there was a $1 subscription fee then was charged an additional $46 membership fee. I would have never entertained the idea of paying $47 for their service. Contacted customer service and they said i could not get a refund literally 15 minutes after signing up. I can't imagine how many people that this has happend to unknowingly.They weren't upfront about all their charges on the website. And customer service only offered me $1 back. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor but that never happened.

      1) I authorized $5, for an answer to my question from an expert. $28 was authorized, and my credit card company texted me seconds after I hit purchase - a charge from this company was immediately flagged as fraudulent.2) The answer I received had nothing to do with the question I asked. When I clarified my question, I received paragraphical text messages, apologizing that they didnt give me the answer I wanted- unrelated to my question.Dont pay for a bot system to assign an anonymous expert to ****** things for you, and deliver info you already have access to.

      I needed help with an app for my glucose meter. ******************** directed me to JustAnswer.com.JustAnswer tried to scam me as I expected. **************** has confirmed it. Their attemptt to charge me $1 and $46 was nothing short of attempted theft.Now they are spamming me with emails saying I didn't understand their website. I know exactly what happened in chat, on the website, in text, via phone with ***************** and in chat with ***************** Every single one of those people lied to me.They first wanted a refundable $1. I made the mistake of giving my credit card info and phone number. I briefly went to another chat with a alleged tech person. He told me to get the app from a ***.com. I did and they wanted $59 for the app. Then I was bounced to a JustAnswer page where they wanted $39. I t old the alleged tech person that told the alleged tech person that they were scamming me and terminated the chat.I ti then began to get texts the alleged tech person. I never told them they could text me privately. He again advised me to go to ***.com and told me how they had a high BBB rating. I eventually told him I was being scammed. I ended the chat, blocked them and reported it. Note that the $39 page locked me there and I had to close my browser. A call to Americsn Express revealed that they were indeed charging me $1 and $46. I have no idea where they got $46. Both transactions were stopped and **************** will investigate. I subsequently called and used chat with JustAnswer ***************** They lied about closing my account, deleting my credit card, and that I would not be charged.As already mentioned, they have now been spamming me via email for days.So sorry for the length of this. The scam lasted hours. Do not use this website unless you want to have money stolen from you !!

      This service is wonderful. Of course the answers have to remain unspecific without knowing every detail about your particular situation, but considering that, they make it quick and easy to get legal information. They are as personable to your situation as possible with the limited time and information they have to review your case. I appreciate them very much and would recommend to anyone who is in a bind and needs quick access to legal support.
