      Okay, so we used my wife's account *************************** ********** And ordered BJ's Brewhouse and restaurant The order total was ***** The order was delayed over an hour, and when it arrived the food was unedible... I called support and they refused to refund me for the order which as per their policy if an order is late they will refund. I called support 3 times, kept getting transferred around without notice... I feel scammed and just want my money back, this is ridiculous, and not to mention their brilliant driver left the order in front of my neighbors house

      I placed an order with Uber Eats from **************** in *********** **, around 9:30am today February 6, 2023. The order was to be delivered between 11:30am and 12:00noon, and the total cost (tip included) was $70.78 The order was for a couple of elderly people, over 80 years old, who were sick, COVID positive. I contacted them to inquiry about any needs they may had and to let them know that the food was already at their door, as per the Uber Eats site info. By 2:00pm, the husband contacted me back to informed that he has checked several times but there was no food delivered to their home. I contacted the restaurant and as per their record the food left the restaurant and they asked me to contact Uber Eats. I was able to find their phone number and after navigating on their website found a way to place a claim. I found a picture of the home where the food was delivered and sent it to the couple to verify if it that was their home. It wasn't. I called Uber Eats, for the second time, to inform them that food was delivered to the wrong address and the couple had identified the house to be the one across their street. In the meantime, the sick poor man crossed the street to find out there was nothing on the house front porch (seemed that the residents took over the food!). So I am dealing with Uber Eats ******* and then Gaby) to get my money back. The resolution given was to reimburse me $59.99, which came down to $52.35 ( for whatever policies they have- lame excuses given). Now they are keeping $19.42 when the service was not delivered, now is $51.36. I want the full amount of money reimbursed to me. I don't need to pay for an irresponsible driver. They wanted me to contact the driver, when I don't have a phone number and Uber Eats must take responsibility for the drivers they hire and for their mistakes. I don't know what kind of scam they are running. I need your help to settle this. Dishonesty and bad customer service is what I got today from **********************.

      On February 3, 2023, I took a Uber trip, which was $7.25. I had a credit of $6, which was not illustrated on my account anywhere......I tipped the driver $5, so the trip should be $12.25, well Uber charged me $17.20. Uber added a wait fee, even though I went to the car immediately when the driver arrived. The $6 credit was never deducted. Even though the bogus receipt shows that the credit was applied, it does not reflect what they actually charged me. The fare w/tip was: $12.25 - $6 (credit) = $6.75 Please refund my account, not in a phantom Credit, but my card.

      Uber has been fraudulently charging my husband for a service he didnt sign up for! My husband is legally blind! He only uses Uber maybe twice a year! They have been charging him for months now without his consent! I maynt be the smartest person in the world but I do know this is fraudulent activity! I decided to do research to see if anyone else has been through this same issueguess what? Thousands of people have been going through the exact same issue with this company. To make matters worse they refuse to reimburse you for all the months that they fraudulently charged you without your knowledge! As hard as times are now, I refuse to let this go! Uber you will definitely be hearing from our attorney! What yall are doing isnt ok! Its fraud!

      2-6-23 $20.00 Uber eats refused to give a refund on the order for the unhooked pizza and cold fries they said it not there problem it the store thing and they were not going to give a refund

      I ordered food through Uber eats. It came unedible. Cold, mooshy and stuck to the paper. I contacted the company right away and no one got back to me. I then kept trying g to get a hold of some one and no one answered. I finally got a hold of someone two days later and they said they cant help me because I got a hold of them two days after. But I have the chats showing I tried right away and no one answered me. I then asked him for a phone number to contact customer service and he told me to go through the app but the app just says that to wait for their response it does not give me the option to call. I asked again and he could not help me. In my pictures the blue chat was where no one was answering me and I contacted them that day the black chat was today when finally someone contacted me but I had to go through a different chat to get through to someone. The black chat the person Im talking to tells me he cant help me and the blue chat no one ever answers me

      My husband ordered food through thier app. Uber eats. He paid *****. I don't know if that was tax included or the tip. It says our order was delivered at 2:29pm on Feb 6th 2023. It was not. He checked an it showed on thier own *** over 5 blocks away. We are all sick with the flu. We weren't able to leave to find it. We contacted Uber eats who then tells us we aren't eligible for a refund!? Like are you kidding me right? They couldn't get ahold of the driver. They refused to give our money back or re order our food for us. How is it legal that they are able to just steal our money when we never recieved our food?! We have screenshots as well. Proof. The front door pic that was sent to us didn't even match our front door obviously. And the *** itself says our food was left elsewhere. They stole our money. This is out of hand. I've also heard about this happening to sooo many other people. How is this buisssness able to just steal money from people?! Below is a picture of the blue dot is where we live. The black bag is where are food was left. Another photo of the front door where it was left. Thier door is white. Ours is blue. And then another photo of our order number.

      I have used Ubereats with one specific restaurant. I always received my order with missing items or my food being burnt and inedible. I then stopped using Ubereats altogether. I started to use Postmates. I never had any issues until I tried to use the same restaurant Ive had numerous issues with via Ubereats. I placed THREE orders with Postmates in one week. The only problem I had was with ********************* Pizza. Apparently Postmates is Ubereats. I no longer use either of their services. The last time I had an issues they didnt deliver half of my order (Ive provided the receipt that is black on top which shows a pizza, yet they charged me for an appetizer on the app I never received). I paid for the item and even shows the receipt that I ONLY received the pizza. I am asking for a refund. I do not wish to ever do business with Ubereats or Postmates ever again. The issues are coming from this one business. I am a long standing customer of both apps, and they refused to resolve my issues even with the pictures I provided. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

      On 2/5/23 I placed an Uber Eats order to be delivered 2/6/23 between 7:30-8:00 AM EST. The order never arrived and Uber refuses to refund.

      I received an email from uber informing me of my January ride information. I didn't utilize uber once in January. My account was used twice in January. I contacted uber multiple times to attempt to get this resolved. Everything I was given the run around and was told I'd be given a call back in no more than ten minutes. I never received an email, call, anything. My card has been compromised through their platform and they need to rectify the situation as they are responsible for the security of my data. I want to be reimbursed which can't go on the card information they have on file. They need to contact me and I would like an apology at this point.
