      PayPal permanently limited my account without providing any specific evidence of wrongdoing (this is the second time they have done this by the way after determining that it was an accident the first time). I repeatedly asked for examples of transactions, dates, or activities that allegedly violated their User Agreement. Each time, I was told that customer service could not see or share this information and that the decision was final.This is unacceptable business practice for a financial services company. Customers deserve transparency when their accounts are terminated. PayPals refusal to provide details leaves me unable to defend myself, correct any issues, or even understand what occurred. And the fact that I cannot delete any personal/bank/card information now also is just the cherry on top. I am just supposed to take their word for it that they are protecting my information?

      I clicked on a link on PayPal. I was transferred to live customer service. I explained my situation. I was assured my remote service app as a timestamp. I cannot wait I can't live in wonder. I thought from what is given assurance is guaranteed.

      I sold an item through PayPal and shipped it to the buyer on July 18, providing PayPal with the tracking number that confirmed successful delivery to the buyers address.Later, the buyer filed a dispute and PayPal required them to return the item to me and provide a valid tracking number as proof. Instead of shipping anything back, the buyer fraudulently reused my original July 18 tracking number (from when I shipped the item to them) and claimed it was for the return shipment on September 6.PayPal failed to verify the tracking information and accepted this false proof, siding with the buyer. As a result, the buyer now has both the item and a full refund, leaving me at a complete loss.I provided PayPal with evidence showing that the tracking number was from July, clearly proving that no return was ever shipped. Despite this, PayPal refused to correct their mistake or investigate further. This situation is theft and fraud, and PayPals lack of due diligence enabled the buyer to scam me. I am requesting that PayPal review this case again, check the tracking information properly, and return the funds that rightfully belong to me.

      I purchased services through PayPal from ************* located in ******* ******. She is a psychic medium who offers classes. Well, I got 1 out of the 12 classes and my friend got 2. Then she announced that the energy classes were being canceled and no refunds. I asked for my money back. She refused. I gave PayPal all info. Their payment protection plan doesn't cover much. It was appealed 3x. So paypal paid me back for 1 thing that was under $10. Refused to pay the 2x $100 and the $150. Gave them the same reasons for all. Incomplete. Not as described etc. So, I asked how does the protection plan cover 1 thing and not the rest? How do you let someone run a business from ******, use you to commit fraud and you still allow her to get paid through you? Their answer was ... we can contact your credit card *** for you, but we denied it so they probably will to. I can't even file a complaint about them. Instead I get Sent to here where I can only give them a review. Then I get an email, after I tell paypal that I was going to have them investigated, that paypal changed their policy. In that policy it states that it began on 9/2. My dispute started on 9/7 and ended 9/25. That email came in on 9/26. So, when you think you are being protected by going through PayPal, you are not in any way.

      After years of using PayPal with no issues (other than my account being compromised once, ironically) my account was "permanently limited" with no warning and no explanation. I tried to call and I was met with silence. No answers. On top of that, the notification says I can't delete or update my address or card information. So, I can't remove my PII for my own security? PayPal just gets to hang on to it all until they're inevitably compromised and my PII is stolen? They still have my social security saved on my account! That's INSANE. I can't believe a financial company like PayPal would put their customer's sensitive information at risk like this as well as give no closure to anyone wondering why PayPal stonewalled them. It's disgraceful.

      My account email is **************************** and my account has been permanently withheld by PayPal for no reason. The money that is in my account is to pay bills to avoid eviction. Please release to me my funds.

      They used to be secured but for some reason they are totally useless and no longer a secured company. If youve been scammed they simply allow it. There was an unauthorized purchase made using my account and the kicker is the scam company doesnt even have a PayPal account so they cant take the payment. On my account it said Id get my money back after 10 days of the scam company not creating an account/retrieving the UNAUTHORIZED payment, its been 23 days and PayPal wont release the money back to me and says the payment is authorized simply because I visited the website although I did not complete the purchase. They need to be shut down Im reporting them to every single platform I get my hands on.

      PayPal is awful company. Scammer got ******** out of bank account. ********************** denied help helping me. I filed a report and they denied me they close the account and Im asking for paperwork because I want to go to an attorney and they wont give it to me.

      I made a purchase with ***** shirts using the PayPal pay later and PayPal took what little money I had iny account and overdrafted my account, not honoring the pay later option. I was told the money was already taken and there's nothing they can do. There is no resolution. He was no willing to return what little money I had and honor the 4 installment payments. I spoke with Operator **** #*******
