Terrible experience with PriceLine.com hotel booking. Made a wrong booking at priceline and cancelled it via priceline robot in less than 30 minutes. But one month later, PriceLine still charged this booking. Annoying.

ATTENTION ALL MILITARY FAMILIES DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!! Absolute crooks! Do not use Priceline or any of there affiliated companies to book travel. Priceline sold us a flight that had not existed in over a year. We booked and paid for the flight through Priceline and when we went to the ticket counter to get our tickets they thought we were crazy. We showed them our printed itinerary it showed a flight number and ticket numbers to a flight that hadn't been a flight in over a year. We almost missed our son graduating from Airforce basic training. We got on the only other flight that would get us there and that got us in late and we only had a few hours to sleep before getting up to go to the ceremony. It also cost us thousands more to book the last minute flight and then we had to figure out how to get home. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!!!

DO NOT USE PRICELINE! I went on to book a reservation at a hotel in ***** ** for my husband and son who are traveling across country. I clearly put in the search Hays, KS. And the list of hotels that came up were in **** *** When I clicked on the option to allow Priceline to put me in one of 3 hotels that were rated a 2.5 or above, I paid and received my hotel itinerary. It was then I discovered they placed me in one of those branded hotels but in Great Bend, KS an HOUR away from Hays. I called to say I understood that choosing to allow them to choose one of the 3 hotels meant there would be no refund to cancel. However, the mistake was that they placed me in a hotel that was not the city I searched for. I was simply asking them to change my reservation to that same hotel but in Hays. She kept saying over and over, “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do, that is our policy”. I said is it your policy to be able to just put people in any hotel in any city that they are NOT traveling to? She kept saying that because it was a Pricebreaker deal that it was non refundable. I asked to speak with someone who was a manager. She said she was a senior representative. I asked for someone who was her supervisor. She said I’m sorry that’s not possible. So, I am out the money for that hotel and had to call a hotel in Hays and book that one. As a courtesy to the hotel in the ***** **** **** that Priceline booked, I called to tell them my husband would not be coming because I felt pretty sure Priceline wouldn’t be telling them. She said, no they won’t. She also said this happens all the time with Priceline. Same thing happened to a customer who showed up at her hotel last week expecting to stay…and she said their hotel was booked in Hays. That customer tried to call to resolve and was also left paying for that one as well. Absolutely unacceptable! I’ll be posting negative reviews about Priceline until they prove they are doing what they can to make things right.

This website provided me a confirmation # and full itinerary of the request for a rental car I placed on April 4, 2022. I was traveling from *** ** ** ** via ******* and had a connecting flight in *** on 4/4/2022. I missed that connecting flight due to delays leaving *** When my wife and I arrived in ** we started planning how to get back to ******* *** our final destination. There weren’t many options for flights into ******** ** at the time we needed to arrive so we could pick up our children at the time needed. I went on priceline to see other options (renting a car possibly from a different airport in NC so we can drive the remaining time and get back to our kids). I was able to book a car through priceline from a rental company 30 minutes away from ********* airport. I planned to take a cab from ********* to the ***** in *******, pick up the car and get back to ******* in time. I received a confirmation number and itinerary including all the details I had requested such as (pick up location, model of car, drop off location etc.). Once we received this confirmation, we purchased our plane tickets to ********* **. If this confirmation never came through I would have waited for another flight later into *******. However, since it did give me the piece of mind, my wife and I headed to *********. The rental company, not priceline, called me while I was literally buckled in on my flight to ********* telling me they never had this car and that “priceline makes money off of cancellations”. This happened 5 days ago and I’m still furious at Priceline. I have documentation of all the communication I’ve had, including the saying the following: “We reviewed your issue again to confirm that we did not overlook anything that might support a more favorable resolution. There is nothing we can add to what has already been stated in our previous correspondence.” This is what I ask from this company: PLEASE TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY! I booked through you

Zero stars. Priceline is an awful company. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. I tried calling and their phone system sends you in a loop. Even if you have a reservation number, Priceline trip number, correct dates, everything. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone. I also tried chatting online with someone. This also is the worst customer service. I gave them all the information they asked for and then was abandoned for an hour until I typed if anyone was still there. Then a new person came on and I had to do the whole thing over again. I am currently still waiting. I think this os purposeful on their part. I should have used ********** like I usually do. ********** is wonderful. Priceline is awful. I hope they go out of business.

I purchased two air tickets through Priceline in April 2020 with the total price more than $700, but the flight got canceled due to COVID. I contacted the airline company, and they issued the first ticket refund to Priceline in December 2020, and the second ticket refund was issued in early April 2021. However, I did not receive any refund from Priceline. I contacted three times to Priceline customer service. The first time happened in 04/24/2020, they said the refund was not issued by the airline company yet. It made sense, because the airline company did not release it yet. The second time happened in 04/07/2021, Priceline customer service said any refund would go back to my credit card directly, not through them. So I checked with my credit card statement again, and nothing received. Therefore, I contacted with Priceline in 04/07/2021 again, they said they got the refund, but only as credit, not cash. In addition, I can only spend it by giving Priceline a call, not online, to book another hotel or ticket reservation. When I asked about the expiration date, the customer service told me it was already expired, since the flight got canceled in 2020. However, the airline company told me they just refund to Priceline the first ticket cost four months ago, and the second ticket cost about 5 days ago. I could not understand how the cash became the expired credit from Priceline. It is so hard to get refund!

Advertised with Priceline as hot buffet breakfast 3 star hotel. Priceline and this hotel have failed. It is absolute fraudulent. No breakfast provided. Transients sitting in the parking lot with my car. Light switch wouldn’t turn on. No tv remote. Tub wouldn’t drain. Layers of dirt in the bathroom. Toilet takes a few times to flush. Ac took 10 hours to cool down the room. Fridge froze my food. Ice machine is broken. This is possible the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I contacted PRICELINE as well. Both them and the hotel would not offer a discount OR CORRECT THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
