      Priceline is a awful company to business with. After booking a room with 7/10 rating we arrived to a filthy hotel. The lobby was gross smelled like a swamp and the carpets were badly stained. After checking in we went up to our room to reveal the true horror. One mattress was blood stained the other urine stained. Stained carpets and absolutely filthy bathroom. I immediately contacted Priceline to be told they couldn't do anything other than offer me a 15% off our next stay. Avoid Priceline at all costs.

      I purchase 3 tickets from Priceline . One from *** ** **** and a return. I bought the others for me and my daughters who is 5 years I suppose to pick her up the same day of arrival and return to *** with her. The ticket from *** ** **** on Aug 3 arrives at 12:05 pm and the depart from **** at 5:40 pm. Priceline change my departure suddenly. to 1:18pm from ***** I called Priceline multiple times but all I get was the run around. Every person I talked will tell me "is not my department". I finally spoke with a lady name Ash ****** I explained, I was travelling to ************ to pick up my daughter and there is no way I can arrived 12:05 pm and leave the airport to pick her up and get on a flight at 1:18pm with a 5 years old. That is why I booked a flight for 5:40 pm and now they changed the flight time. I gave her the trip number for all tickets. I offered if she can change my time to leave *** earlier so I can arrive in *****early so I have time to pick my daughter I do not mind. To my suprise after been on the phone 15 minutes she said, I had to buy a new ticket that cost over $400. what a shame! I asked to speak to a manager, she took another 15 minutes and came to say a manger cannot change it. Again After 10 minutes she said the manger told her hang up the phone. I am appalled by Priceline bad service. I have tried for hours to call and at times they even hang up. How can they continue to operate with impunity. I bought my tickets and chose the times that works for me and received my confirmation. Priceline changed it without any regards!

      My 9 yr old made a reservation while playing on my computer. I realized this when looking at the bank statements. I called priceline and explained the situation. They told me they would not cancel the reservation and we're holding a child to the cancellation policy. That was 320 dollars and change I don't have.

      I rented a car through ****** **********, and paid the fee. Upon reaching the counter I was denied the car because I have a debit card and I didn't pass the credit check. Why didn't I pass the credit check? It was due to the fact that I have every bill paid off including my mortgage and don't have any credit cards! Dollar said they were unable to refund the money because they go through Priceline. When you attempt to contact Priceline, they have no chat option on their website, and when I called they asked for a transaction number or my phone number. After many times trying this the recording said they couldn't find it and to call back when I found it and then said, :Good-Bye"! This "business" should be cited as a fraud. They don't even deserve one star! DO NOT use ANY business, including ***************** that uses Priceline!
