Priceline double charged me for my reservation. They admitted their mistake and took 10 days to return my money. This caused multiple overdrafts in my account. Thank goodness I use a credit union. They took mercy on me and did not make me pursue Priceline to pay me back. I talked with no less than 10 representatives. I had to submit my proof twice. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

Used the Priceline app and booked a room for May 14th to May 15th since the 14th we had reservations for the boat tour. I selected the dates that I wanted found a really nice hotel near the pier for $236. After I booked the hotel I received my confirmation and the wrong date was in there. Priceline booked me for the same day I made reservations. I called Priceline right away and asked that the dates be changed that I did not select the 12th-13th. Priceline told me to call the hotel the next day so I did the hotel said only Priceline can make changes called Priceline again no help called the hotel again and spoke with Someone in customer who told me they would approve a refund. Never received the refund it’s been two weeks. Called the hotel again today was told they can’t approve a refund only Priceline can. Spoke with someone again at Priceline and was told I cannot receive a refund. I don’t feel that it is fair or right considering it was an error on Pricelines end. I live 2 1/2 hours away from *** ********* it makes no sense why I would book a room at 11:30pm to drive over two hours and check out the next day by 11am especially when my plans were for the 14th. Priceline’s customer service is horrible no one is was helpful or polite about the situation. Cut me off didn’t listen to what I had to say. I have used Priceline for years and because the way I was treated I will not be using priceline again.

I made a reservation with Priceline for a vehicle. The original price was $100 a day, bringing my total to $584. I entered my debit card and the company said that because I am trying to use my debit card the price jumped $308 making the total $892! I switched it to a credit card thinking the price would drop back down to the original amount of $584. It did not. I did NOT get the express deal that was promised to me. ******* won't refund me nor will Priceline. The person on the chat was rude and abrupt. This is false advertising. I will NOT be doing business with this company again.

I researched the price for round-trip airline tickets, then my husband and I confirmed our employers that we would be able to get the time off. When I went to purchase the tickets, the price has jumped up by about $120 per ticket. I contacted customer service and was told to go ahead and purchase at the higher price reflect at that time, but to “keep an eye on the Priceline site”. They said if the price goes down, then to call get the price difference. When I booked, it said changes would be allowed up to (I believe) 48 hours prior. I checked again and the price had gone back down for the same trip and it’s still 4 weeks before my trip. It appeared to be the same exact departure flight (same airline, same exact time), but the return flight was different. I called customer service back, but apparently I had been misinformed. They now say they can’t change it for the lower price (again this is on their own site). Of course, when you contact the airline, they say that Priceline can cancel a reservation in order change the reservation, but they say Priceline has to issue it as a cancellation. When I spoke with Jean at Priceline, she stated they could not give me their new lowered price only issue a credit for the airline and of course directed me to the airline. I explained I wasn’t trying to cancel, I wanted to get their posted lower price, which I was informed by their customer service that I could do. I asked to speak to a manager- asked calmly, I never yelled, and I even told Jean that I know she wasn’t the one who misled me and I thanked her for her time. She said they would tell me the same thing, then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager again. They transferred me back to Jean, this time, she said I could hold for a manager, then after another hour of holding, she hung up on me again. I had remained polite. I just wanted to express that this misinformation means more than a $600 difference, which is a lot to my family.

In March of 2022 I rented a car from Alamo rental car via priceline.com and paid for said rental car via affirm credit. The car was intended to be given to my step-daughter to drive to the ******* area due to a death in the family. However, another relative loaned her a car, thus negating the need for the rental car. I thought that it would be a simple matter of refunding the credit company since the car was never picked up. No, I was wrong. ****** Priceline, and ****** all informed me that the contract was non-changeable, non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-refundable even if the reservation was not used. Now, I am stuck paying a nearly $700 bill for a service that I did not receive nor did I use. I am quite certain that priceline happily took their cut.
