I’ve made many bookings with Priceline where I became a gold member, but the prices aren’t cheaper my friend who is a NON Priceline member just googled the hotel and got the same room cheaper than me it’s a price switch bait scam Priceline runs. Customer service is very unreliable outside of business hours your gonna be talking to a ****** **** non helpful person who barely understands english

I booked a flight to ** for myself and granddaughter. I also purchased protection. I was not able to go due to medical condition. They stated they cannot refund or change the flight for another time. I explained I would be able to provide documentation. They stated that they don’t cover that condition. And that I needed to contact the insurance company. They requested also documentation and I furnished it. After review, neither of the Priceline or X cover, the company they use for protect protection would cover it. All their promises for certain type of guarantees covers nothing. I believe maybe death. Do not purchase any of their insurances. Do not deal with them. Do not deal with the insurance companies they use.

I have been trying to get a refund for my airfare for over a year and still haven't got it. Last March I booked a round trip ticket from ** ** ****** When I was trying to take my departing flight from *** ** **** ****** ******** staff at I** refused to board me because they said there was two reservations for me in their system. I called Priceline to solve the problem, who said there was something wrong in United Airlines’ system because the rest of my flights operated by *** ***** was fine and only had one reservation. However the issue was not able to be solved immediately so Priceline customer service staff suggested me to buy the ticket myself from *** ** *** in order to catch the rest of my flights, and Priceline would reimburse me for the cost. So I bought the ticket thinking I would get a refund. However when I got back in April and contacted Priceline for the refund, they kept saying I would get the refund next week, which never happened. I called more than 10 times and eventually I just gave up because every time I called I had to be re-directed to the correct department and tell my case over and over again. I never heard back from them or got the money back.

I thought I was booking through the ******** website but was booking through Priceline. Priceline overcharged me $700 for my 5 day stay. When I called for a refund or match the cost that ********, they told me there was nothing they can do.If I cancel I would lose my money. So I paid priceline $1900 for a $1200 stay at the ******** I'm in the process of disputing the credit card charge hoping that i'll get my money back. Don't ever do business with Priceline, they are thieves and always check to see what website you;re on.

I purchased a trip package to New Orleans 4 months in advance to stay at what they said was a 4 star hotel. That was a not true it was 3. I also purchased a $85 cancellation fee which would take care of the cancellation if needed. A few days before the trip I read a lot of current reviews about bed bugs in the rooms smelling of mold and the hotel was just nasty. Called Priceline to cancel not only was I charged for a night but the $85 cancellation was to a private company and they don’t have the phone number to contact them and it’s no where on the web site. This a scam and I will never spend a dime with them ever again and would advise everyone else not to either

I canceled a trip I booked through Priceline one hour after booking. The car rental was not refundable but the flights were. Unfortunately, the return I was still charged for the return flight. I called customer service and was told they could not help despite booking thru them. Zero service.

I booked a hotel and the confirmation was a hotel 30 miles away, not the hotel I booked. I called right away and the agent stated there was nothing they could do. Never even offered to help. Charged me 200.00 for the wrong hotel. Poor customer service.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased an all Inclusive package for two paid for two. When I read the package details it shows 1. I contacted Tony who helped with the package and was told, no problem the person (me) who made the reservation name would show up with one guest. He also said we would not be charged additional money. He even mentioned if any problem to contact him. Got to the hotel and we had a problem. Reservation shows only for one person. We had to pay additional money for my husband to stay at the hotel ($572). Embarrassing. Tried contacting Tony no answer, tried priceline several numbers some was out of service others no one would answer. I believe now, I was over charged but I want to be refunded of the $572 additional spent.
