1 starOne year back, I had booked a flight, including trip protection, through Priceline. The return flight was cancelled by the airlines and since then (for more than an year now), I have been calling Priceline for a refund. Their responses: 1) Call the airlines (which I did and was redirected to call Priceline) 2) We will refund the partial amount to your credit card (the refund never arrived) 3) We will send a check to your mailing address (the check never arrived) Horrible business and equally horrible service. NEVER USE PRICELINE FOR ANYTHING !!! Spend few extra bucks and rather buy directly through airline. If there was a way to give negative rating, I will give the highest negative rating.Review fromLashawn T.

1 starPriceline has the worst customer service practices I have ever experienced. I am a travel nurse and booked a hotel and rental car. There was a mistake on the rental care portion, which was cancelled right away. I then proceeded to drive to my destination in ******** . Got to the hotel and it was completely disgusting. A few fellows nurses and myself have chronic asthma and our breathing was compromised by the humidity, moisture and uncleanliness of the carpet dander in the hotel. We did not stay at the hotel. I immediately contacted Priceline to notifying them of what I experienced and was told the hotel reservation would be cancelled and I would receive confirmation in one hour. That never happened. Now here it is Monday and I’ve contacted Priceline again. They pretended to not have my trip number register to them and transferred me to Booking.com. Booking.com had no records either. I then spent another 20 minutes waiting to reach Priceline again. I was told that I would still have to pay for the room even though we did not stay in the disgusting hotel due to medical issues. The customer care supervisor Pan (*******) stated the best she could do is offer a 20% coupon. I explained the seriousness of my situation and asked for her superiors in which she declined to forward me too. Here I am traveling to COVID hot spots to serve people and Priceline shows no respect for their customers. I guess I should have suffered through the mold smell and uncleanliness of the hotel. It was not just one room either. The hallways smelled of old mold and water and urine. I offered to provide photos however Priceline appeared uninterested that their reputation is at stake for hosting these types of dumps on their site for business tripsReview fromWes D

1 starThe worst company I have ever talked to, We booked car rental as they advertise that pick up is 24hrs a day, we flu to Baltimore airport found out that the car we rented place closes at 9pm or earlier sometimes. We where stranded in the middle of the night and had to uber to the hotel as the man on the help line said he cannot do anything else except refund us money after 10 days. I made huge complain to him that I will never ever use Priceline again, his answer was I hear you, we don't care we have many other costumers. What a crap for company to say that.Review fromChris S

1 starI booked a trip to the ******** for November of 2021. Prior to the trip I found out I was unable to go for personal family matters, as well as my partners job was ramping up again with another strain of the corona virus as she is a respiratory therapist. I have been attempting to get a refund or credit for the trip for over a year now. Throughout the ordeal I have been told I will be called back and weeks pass without a call or email. Both Priceline and Turkish airlines have told me it’s the other’s responsibility for a refund yet I have gotten no where with either. The insurance company that they use said it’s not covered under their policy either. When I went to re book the tickets I had from cancelling to use them within the year, the US embassy gave warning to Americans of random kidnappings and said they strongly suggest not traveling there, as a military veteran I understand these warnings better than most and explained that with no assistance further. This is completely unacceptable for two companies like this to not work with a customer. Let alone not even have an answer or the consideration to call back and give an update. I strongly advise not using this company ever, I know I won’t and from the looks of it a lot of others won’t be either.Review fromDanielle A.

1 starHorrible!! Please do not ever book a hotel reservation through Priceline! My husband booked a stay at a hotel but unfortunately due to a family emergency he was not able to make the reservation and we were told when I first called due to the circumstance they would give us a full refund and I have been calling them for a whole month trying to see what is going on only to find out through a email that they are now denying our request for a refund and no matter how much I tried to work it out for even a partial refund they just kept telling me no refund… horrible customer service! Priceline does not care about providing good service they just rather take your money and say to hell with the customer.Review fromShelly S

1 starI purchased a hotel and flight and as long as you cancel within 24 hours you get a full refund. I cancelled within the time frame. I received only a refund for hotel not the flight. The email stated I would be reimbursed within 1-3 business days. After numerous phone calls and emails they tell me they did refund me and it was just a pending charge. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Thank goodness I didn’t have to pay. Will never use priceline again.Review fromJerry V

1 starOn April 3rd 2022, we made hotel reservations for June 18th 2022. Some 76 days later. Priceline charged us at the time the reservation was made for about 742.00. When we arrived at the hotel we could not check-in. The hotel was supposed to be paid via a "virtual" card but it was not for the amount the hotel need which was 656.00. I had to call priceline and was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and couldn't get it resolved. We were told that the issue was with a third party company that priceline uses. In the footnotes of the agreement , it did say they were using a third party. But by all indicators it appeared we were deal with priceline. The receptionist at the hotel took it upon her self to get the issue resolved, thank God. Notice what we had to pay verses what the hotel was charging. Priceline was more expensive than the hotel itself.Review fromDalton B

1 starAwful customer service. I made a prepaid booking for rental car in ***** ******** Turns out (***) rental car charged less than what I paid Priceline and provided me with invoice stating the same. I questioned Priceline concerning a refund or a credit for the excess charge by Priceline- not the car rental company. Priceline opened a case and responded to me with an email indicating they had not understood what I was complaining about. Priceline's response opened by saying "we understand the counter charged you an additional amount for your reservation." They offered no way to reply to their email and my calling to resolve the issue was useless. Priceline is okay to use providing you never have an issue.Review fromLeizel T

1 starI had a transaction for $688.20 from Priceline in my credit card transactions that I did not approve for a hotel in a different city. I called Priceline the first time and was put on hold and given the runaround for 45+ minutes. Then I was hung up on. I then decided to cancel the reservation directly through the hotel and emailed the property instead. The hotel informed me that there was no reservation under my name in their system. Now i’m really confused because there is no record of a reservation even being made and I was still charged for it. Priceline was no help. I called them a second time and explained the information the hotel gave me. They said there is nothing they can do about it!Review fromTzvetomir I

1 starI booked a car from Priceline on 19 June was supposed to drop it on 20 June and my flight got canceled so I called Priceline to cancel the reservation. they don’t want to refund my money back. When I was doing the reservation it says pay today to save money well nobody should click on this button because this is rip off button!!! And the company representative is so arrogant nobody wants to help you or do anything I don’t know I maybe should call and just cancel my credit card. Shame on them!!!
