PRICELINE entered my name incorrectly on Jet Blue. Now it doesn't match my passport! I have chatted and been on the phone with them for over 5 hours. They give me new telephone numbers to call. Several put me on hold and hung up on me. 1 person had me on hold 1 hour!! They are idiots with their recorded people answering and asking the same things over and over. I don't want to cancel my reservation, but how can I get someone to contact me???

Priceline is a rip off and customer service is horrible priceline choose filthy hotels as an express deal that’s suppose to be a three star when it should be one star. When I arrived at the hotel the virtual card from Priceline declined I waited in the lobby for an hour and the front desk had to keep repeating himself over and over they kept putting him on hold literally for and hour and upon getting a room hair was on the floor dirty towels in restroom and the toilet was broken when I contacted priceline they only offered me a 15 percent discount for my next visit I’m requesting a full refund and the room smelled like urine and mildew mixed.

April 15 2022 I went online to make reservations for a hotel through Priceline. Priceline gave a good image of a hotel ******* *** on ******** in ********* ** on their website clean hotel room and an affordable price about 60 bucks a night for 7 days that came to $525.49 I'm pretty sure it was rated 2.5 stars so I believe Priceline when I thought that this hotel was safe clean with a business environment once I got to the hotel the hotel was dirty it was nothing like the pictures and it was not safe they were boarded up rooms they were prostitutes walking around the area and drug dealers homeless people hanging out in the parking lot of the hotel. It look like it needs to be shut down I drive a semi truck there was no way I could've trust my life Or the property of my company that I work for which is the semi truck there. I immediately call Priceline back to tell them about the situation at the hotel and how I feel that I would not be safe and I wanted a refund because it was nothing like the pictures that Priceline advertised they said they will have to talk to the manager of the hotel when they finally got around to talking with the manager the manager refuse which I kind of figured but I still didn't feel safe for my life and for the property of my company the semi truck. I went and took pictures of the property. I have the Priceline picture and I have the actual hotel real image of their property. like I said this hotel should be shut down because of all the damages and repairs that it needs to be done to it I'm going to find a way to have my money refund because this is false advertising at its worse no one should be tricks the way I was this was definitely a bait and switch to keep my money thank you

Priceline's customer service is terrible! I have been a VIP customer with Priceline for over 7 years and while I have previously loved them I have come to realize that they have no customer service if any issues arise. I was stuck at Newark airport because the rental car I booked with them never came to pick me up and then the counter closed so I couldn't call anyone. I booked another rental car at more than double the price and when i contacted Priceline they were extremely rude. They are "investigating the issue" and they told me the best the could do is refund the first rental car. I asked them if they are able to provide a credit for the inconvenience and they said they do not offer anything like that. They also told me a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours; its been a week and no phone call. As a loyal customer I would have been happy if they even told me they would give me a $10 credit in my account. I have worked with much better companies who actually value their customers and provide good customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Please read. Horrible customer service. They offer flight, hotel and car packages but when you go to the airport the hotel and the car rental you have to pay hundreds of more dollars at each of them and I’m not talking about baggage or resort fees plus if you have a problem they can’t help you with anything once you e paid them they direct you to the other parties and likewise with the hotel, airline and car rental. You get the run around. Complete scam it’s way cheaper and a lot easier to just book directly with the companies you want to use. Don’t waste your money or time using them. Worst customer service and scam around.

Very poor customer service when trying to rebook a flight using a credit voucher. Both representatives quoted different amounts and tried to get me to pay $80 to more than $100 to rebook the flight when online showed a cheaper price and on ******** ******** websites. The 2nd representative who was allegedly a supervisor quoted $80.00 which is the main cabin price and even though I repeatedly told him that I wanted to pay the cheaper price which was a few dollars more than my credit he still insisted on telling me I have to pay the more higher price. He told me the price was the cheapest on American Airlines website, so I checked ** website and they had the same flight I was requesting. I requested to speak with his supervisor and told him I’m calling AA to do a conference call, but he hung up after telling me that his supervisor was going to tell me the same thing. I requested the supervisor get on the phone, but he disconnected the call. I understand the travel agency is trying to make money, but good customer service should never be a substitute for money. Always treat your customers with respect and don’t take it personally.

tried to book flights and hotel for a trip to ******* I found desired flights and hotels and each time I tried to book the site informed me that these flights were no longer available, so I would try again . I found other flights and hotels that worked and tried to charge again, and the same result, the flights and or hotel were no longer available. Even though these were not available, PRICELINE KEPT CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD FOR TRIPS THAT THE SITE STATED WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, TO THE POINT OF WHERE MY CARD WAS DECLINED AND ALMOST MAXED OUT. I called customer service who informed me that the charges will drop off in 7 days and there was nothing they could do because they were have web site problems. What is the BBB doing about this company? I mean I have other credit cards, but this company is fraudulent, if someone only had one credit card to book a family holiday, Priceline would max out the card before anyone would be able to book a trip. This cannot be right, where is the state of ********** to protect customers? What a joke

When I chose a car, the stated daily rate was $54 a day for four days. After I pushed the button to make the reservation and pay, they charged me $106 per day. And, they refused to cancel the reservation. They stole $208 from me. I am livid.
