      When you see this company RUN FOR THE ****** I have my 80+ elderly father with me and my a/c was not working properly. I called Cinch and placed a service request. It is ***** degrees here and they upgraded my call to an emergency. Needless to say it's been four days and I have called several time and no company has accepted the service order. When I called around HVAC companies in my area I asked, "Do you accept home warranties?" I'm told, "No, because they don't pay." I got this from four different HVAC companies. Cinch told me they would call me back and needless to say they have NOT. Please do give this company your money. They will not help you and they don't care who you're taking care of. They are not worth one star.

      Had a plumbing issue occur that caused me to shut off the water in the house. They cant find a technician to come out for over a week. I sell warranties for my line of work, I read through the contract and understand it all. The company is unable to provide the service in a time that would continue to have my home livable. The company has a reimbursement clause, and instead of connecting me to the personnel who can explain it to me, the individual who answered the phone told me no when I asked to speak to that department. Great customer **********************, stay far away as you can.

      AC is out. Service provider came out to expect. Reported back to Cinch that that it was not going to be covered. No refrigerant, must have had a leak at some point, AC unit is not blowing cold air. Cinch has a responsibility to its customers to either fix the problem or replace with a similar AC unit if it is not working.Sitting in 85 degree weather. This is unacceptable customer **********************. I plan to have my lawyer review the policy and we will get back in touch to see if my problem does not get resolved.If there was an option for negative stars, I would give them negative 5.

      Poor customer **********************, they sound good on paper and have great sales reps, but they are a total rip-off. You have to fight to get an equal upgrade after going through 4 service calls. Even service techs that came to the house told us they are one of the worst Home warranty companies out there. Things covered in the contract they argue and fight with you to get serviced. Too many broken English customer ********************** reps that don't understand what you are trying to get service on. The website doesn't work most of the time to file a claim, and on-hold waiting to get a rep for up to an hour, only to get hung up on and then your service call never placed to start the whole process over again. Save your money and find someone else to take care of you.

      We had a new water heater installed through Cinch. The technician broke a pipe during installation. We submitted a request to have it repaired and turned off our hot water so it wouldn't cause any further damage to our home. We could not get a response from the company responsible. Cinch said they would escalate our request. It was two weeks before we heard from anyone. My husband fixed the pipe so we could have hot water. Cinch said they were not responsible for the damage to our home, and the plumbing company said the same. Such a headache and not worth it. Even if you can reach an actual person with customer **********************, they aren't helpful.

      Gosh!!! Almost all the reviews are awful! I use this company, I am in the middle of an air conditioning crisis. I sure hope my experience is not as horrible as those detailed on this site.

      everytime I opened claim its a nightmare. we live in Central ********* and have had this service for several years and when we open a claim it's hours to get them to set the appointment, make sure the they show up for the appointment and complete the service I pay monthly for this because I have a special needs child and need stuff repair quickly probably and completely it never happens and I spend hours on the phone when is this company going to learn, when go I get to change them for my work. ********************* *******************************************

      Horrible service. Make service requests they take the deductible instantly and never provided service. And then when you requests a refund for the deductible you have to call several times and wait on hold for average of 30+ minutes just to wait another ten for refund.

      I have had this home warranty for a few years now and I am looking for the exits. It seems like their whole agenda is to make submitting and getting work done as difficult as possible so that you just give up and hire someone yourself. I have many stories but the worst one is that I had them come and diagnose a freestanding ice machine about a year ago. They ordered the parts and when the technician was on his way, they canceled the order. I have called multiple times with no help and then today they informed me that my Whole Home Warranty does not cover free standing ice machines. It has never been a problem before and when I called to inquire they explained that these appliances arent covered. I submitted an appliance list a few years ago and specifically included them. I have a microwave that they have come to work on at least 6 times and it is still broken. I just had an AC replaced and it is freezing up and they wont issue a work order to the company that installed it so that they can come fix it. Its like they dont want to be in business. As soon as I work through my current outstanding claims I am firing them with glee. When you talk to the reps, its like they are zombies who never stray from their script. Trying to get sympathy from them is almost painful. They know how terrible their service is but they are apparently stuck in a crappy job. I cant imagine working for a company who does this to people on a regular basis. If I had a $1 invested in this company I would sell it yesterday. They are not long for this world (in terms of business). There is no way a company that treats customers like this will remain in business in the long run. If you are considering choosing them for your Home Warranty- run, dont walk, away from them. This has been the worst company I have ever worked with, and I have worked with really terrible companies before. I understand making sure you dont get taken advantage of but they are simply ridiculous.

      This home warranty service is the worst! We had issues with our air unit!! 90 degreesHuge waste of money!Claim initially filed 4/23 still not complete..3rd part ordered & still waiting!
