I have a dispute about charges i received after i dropped the vehicle off. Called 5 times, have to wait over 10 mins each time, and each time, the call just "randomly" dropped each time! There is no way to leave a voicemail, they just make you wait then "end" the call without ever getting to speak with anyone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!Easirent

June of 2022 I booked a kid size suv online with easirent thru Price line. When I arrived they had reserved me a small juke/encore store vehicle. That's not what I reserved. That only other vehicle I've the lot was a full size ****** Titan truck. Fine I'll take that. That will be about ******. I'm sorry what, excuse me? They made me pay ****** more for their mistake. Makes you believe it wasn't a mistake at all. Halfway thru the rental I got a suspicious text from someone claiming to be easirent in *******. Wanting me to send a pic of key fob tag And location of truck. I'm sorry I don't know you I'm not sending any info. After confirming saved the person explaining why ( the truck was double booked when it was booked for me... Go figure) now that person is left stranded. Unreal, I offered to bring it back since I didn't need it anymore and was only keeping it cause I paid for it. They declined! Nicer if then huh. My deposit money they held onto for over a month. Finally key go and gave it back after leaving a bad review. Which is honestly the only thing you can do because no one ever answers the phone ever any phone number 800 local doesn't matter if they don't answer. Here we are two full months later and they just gave me a random charge on my credit card for almost $35 you already overcharged me $113 and I are taking 35, for what reason? no it's a fraudulent charge and it's being disputed. For you to deal with it , you already owe me $113. I'm not going to give you another 35 this place is unbelievable.If I have my final I will get my 113 refunded EASIRENT IS EASITAKE. That simple!I can't believe that people like Priceline and kayak is well known companies are supporting this company with his crooked as they areEasirent

On 7/21/2022 we landed in ***** with our two kids. **** was great but the woman there was horrendous.We were there an hour and when she got to my husband she told him we didnt have a reservation. He showed her the reservation we had on his phone but she blamed it on Expedia. Our kids were hot, hungry, and upset so I asked him what we were going to do. In no way did I address her. She then demanded we return to the airport and that I was aggressive with her and no one was going to talk to her like that. Literally WAS NOT speaking to her and it wasnt bad at all. The guy in the shuttle said she had some screws loose. Worst experience and will make sure never ever to rent from you guys again.Easirent

This company was great from on the phone helping me book my reservation till all the way to my drop off at the airport by their shuttle. The whole process was quick and easi!!!!!! I see why they call it Easirent. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family.Easirent

STAY AWAY!! I booked this car rental through Expedia. Never again! The run down "waiting area", which was practically empty along with the red and black beat up chairs should have tipped me off, but I'm not the most perceptive. My booking clearly says unlimited mileage. According to the customer service representative there was some "Terms and Conditions" that state otherwise and now I am being asked to pay for additional mileage on a daily basis. I had and have to this day no idea what he was referring to. When I called him out on it, he got VERY defensive. He started accusing me of being rude and difficult. I asked to speak with the manager. He gave me a number that no one answered and I couldn't leave a message. He then calls the manager himself and cancels my reservation without even telling me. So, now I'm stuck in ******* (I don't even live here) without a ride. I didn't know what else to do because this felt like extortion. I called the cops. After the police came, the customer service representative told the cops that, as a company, they have a right to refuse service to anyone. So, there you have it. Easirent basically refused me service because they didn't want to admit they were wrong and didn't succeed in pulling a fast one over on me. Believe me when I say: You get what you pay for. It is NOT worth it. STAY AWAY!!Easirent

Wost rental car experience I have ever had!Said was at the airport, was ********. I called and called no one ever answered. Shuttle took over 30min to come. The place ac was out and took like 20min to even speak to a person. My reservation was all messed up. They had to cancel it and redo it. Took forever!!!!! Then the car was on a quarter of a tank of has, dirty and one flat tire! Like are you kidding me! I was was late to my work meeting! It was horrible!Easirent
