This place is very shady with their business practices. I clearly said I did not want the extra insurance because I have my ***************** They still charge me $20 a day on top of my rental and then accused me of trying to steal the car because of the employees mistake of giving me the wrong rental data agreements do not use this company very bad leader ship. No one takes responsibility.

One star is to many. No and I mean no customer service. Set up as an automated business with no service. Bring a paid **** to electric ** to prove who you are also never mentioned I need proof of insurance or they push theirs or you dont het the car at 10 at night. Car wasnt cleaned. Smelled for two weeks of weed. There is more but I'm sick of this experience. Run if you end up in a lobby or easirent, not easy at all.

8/7/2023 Horrible customer service, long lines, never answers the phone, dirty cars, the car i rented was low on oil and they told me to take it or leave it.3/15/2024 I decided to give easirent a second try because it was in close proximity to where I was located. The online process was fairly easy but it did not correlate with what I heard at the location.******* DRIVERS the miles aren't ultimately no matter what the reservation says. It's $25 upcharge per day.The deposit is $500.I learned today that they cater to tourist not local.Even though the process was tedious and probably one of the WORST, agent ****** was helpful. They also required me to leave a review to get a free upgrade because the car if my reservation was unavailable. After leaving my honest review they told me it was not satisfactory and they would charge me for an upgrade because a mid size car was not available.

This is the worst car rental I have ever seen in my whole life. Please do yourself a favor and do not book anything with them even if you see a lower price, that is NOT the truth. I made a reservation, which had a total of $87 and then when I was at the counter they were trying to charge me over $200 for "insurance" and other add ons I never asked for! It's a pain in the *ss to try to call them, because no calls will get through, every email they post on their website is FAKE. Be careful with this company, they are scammers!

I agree with everything everyone else has said. I wonder how they can still be in business. Something needs to be done to shut them down permanently

Complete scam, waited for an hour to get to the office trailer, waited 45 more minutes. Agent told us we couldn't take car out of state and they have trackers on all their cars. If we went to grand canyon without paying an extra 400 for the whole 10 days, not just the 1, we will be charged 1500. Price went from 500 to 900. Also told we couldn't bring the car back and get a refund for the unused days. After waiting 2.5 hours for a rental car after we landed, we were stuck paying the extra 400. Car was dirty and agent told me we were lucky to get a small suv( lwhich I reserved) but seriously doubt they would refund or discount us for having to drive a smaller car. Hypocrisy. DO NOT RENT FROM EASIRENT, nothing easy or legal about it.

The counter representatives literally lied to us, and made us paid for additional insurance, when we asked him to return the money, they said to us that they can't give refunds. instead they handled us a phone number where no one ever answer. I don't know how this foreign companies can make business in US now and no one care to make them reliable.

Incredibly bad customer service!! Attendant was very rude and didnt seem to care at all about the customers! I told her she was being rude and she said I was a nasty person! Manager didnt care either and said to leave if I didnt want to rent a car and basically said sit down and shut up!

In July 2023, I paid for a rental online and when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was informed I wouldnt be able to take the car out of state. I was told I would my transaction would be canceled and I would get a refund. Didnt think anything of it and never checked on it until I received an end of year summary for my credit card company and seen the charge was never refunded. I contacted easirent by phone and was told I had to email their corporate office for refunds. Tried that and they told they dont offer refunds for online rentals. I informed them I was told I would be getting a refund since I didnt know their cars couldnt leave the state but they still refused and offered me a credit for future use. I advised them I wanted a refund like they promised and ask to be contacted by a manager and have been ignored ever since. This company came up on Priceline. Wish I never heard of them. I gonna blast this review all over every social media platform I use in hope that somebody sees it. US607 ***** 46

After a 2hour and 10 minute wait I finally got to see an agent. The reason I even waited was because I prepaid. Mistake! After a brief input of information, address, phone numbers, license, credit card, the person (agent ) asked me if I plan on taking the car out of *********?. I said probably . ***** is surrounded by other towns. Then he corrected himself and clarified ****** . Then he asked if I had a return flight. What difference does that make I asked myself. ****** is not an international destination with a 90 day limit stay.I am an airline employee and travel non-revenue ( non-rev). I fly based on availability. Therefore I typically dont list on a flight until 24 hours before. However this agent was adamant that I need to have a confirmed reservation. Ok, I made one on the spot. Then he said no, you need to have one before you come up to see me. ????? I said what fu**en difference does it make I asked him?Its a confirmed reservation, with my name a valid PNR number ( confirmation code) with an Airline. No good enough, denied. At this point I was furious for wasting 2 hours of my life trying to save $75 on price compared to renting with a major car rental company. I asked for a refund, which the agent said it was in and It will take some time to process through Corporate. Ill never see that refund ??. In fact , Ive been in contact with easirent through their email. I. Was issued a case number. The area managers response was a summary of the rental report. No mention of a refund. I felt bad about my outburst, but it did feel good to let out my frustration. 2 hours!!!!Unfortunately we take out our frustration on the people that dont deserve it. They are just there to follow someones rule. They get paid the least, do all the work, and take all the c*** For that I apologize. Im sorry hair bun Q-Tip head guy??.
