I mistakenly bought tickets from this site thinking I was directly buying them from the venue. I read all these horrible reviews on how it was a scam so was very nervous. Called customer service to ask some more questions, wait time was minimal and customer service was helpful. I showed up to the event fully expecting them to tell me my tickets were not valid and surprisingly we got in with no issues. After fees it was actually $25/less a ticket than if I had purchased through the venue. Maybe we got lucky, but everything worked out great for us.Event Tickets Center, Inc. Response

Thought I was on a website affiliated with the venue but realized too late it wasn’t. My card got charged right away but I didn’t receive confirmed tickets/seats and I now see reviews where people either never receive tickets or the barcodes don’t work to get them in to the venue. Hi, ****. You should have received an order confirmation after you ordered your tickets confirming your seats/sections. We see our CSR team has already reached out to you and offered our resolution.Regarding the other piece of your review, the fact that we are a resale site is stated at the top of every page on our site, and our All Sales are Final policy is stated throughout the checkout process. If you're concerned about the delivery date on your tickets, oftentimes venues or artists place restrictions on transfers or distribution of tickets until ***** hours before the start of the event! Because of these restrictions, the estimated delivery date of your tickets is just that: an estimation. It's entirely possible you'll receive your tickets well before then! Again, please reach out to customer support again if you have any concerns. I called this company’s customer service 5 minutes after I purchased tickets for Judas Priest to cancel my order they said NO I don’t trust a company that won’t give u your tickets till 2 days before the show and now they won’t refund meEvent Tickets Center, Inc. Response

Hi, Joy. We're sorry for any confusion here. There are many restriction in place that could cause the delay in delivery. The venue could delay sending bar codes or distributing tickets until ***** hours before the event or the performer could have similar restrictions in place. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I bought 2 tickets to see Hilary Han and flew from NY to Chicago only to find out that the performance was CANCELED, postponed indefinitely. They WILL NOT help me. I asked for a refund as I would not be able to fly back. THEY SAID NO! I am now out 400.00. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! There has to be a way for them to help. It's unbelievable. They are going to write back that it was postponed and not canceled, but it's indefinite, so that means it's CANCELED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYEvent Tickets Center, Inc. Response

I have an issue with my tickets I purchased, I never purchased Balcony tickets especially in the last row. I wouldn't pay for 400 for balcony seats. When I paid the purchase I took a screenshot of the seats I chose before I paid. I don't understand how why my seats changed, when I have proof.Event Tickets Center, Inc. Response

EventTicketCenter I purchased 2 tickets to a concert for June 5th, 2024, in Seattle WA,on March 28th, 2024 at 1:20 pm. I was charged $247.53 for the tickets. I was sent an email of order confirmation and a link to "claim my tickets" which when clicked on originally I could see a barcode with 2 general admission tickets for section GA. When I got to the concert and went to pull up my tickets it all of a sudden said "WALLET NOT FOUND" and that my tickets would not be available until June 6th, 2024. Which is the day after the concert on June 5th, 2024. The employee at the venue stated this is a scam that they see often and that they do not sell tickets for events through Eventticketscenter.com. I contacted Eventticketscenter customer service number and they stated that they had no record of my order number or any of my information attached to any order placed at all. I did purchase the Insurance through Allianz. When I went to file a claim they stated that I would need to contact the business where the tickets were purchased from for a refund as they do not deal with these types of claims but again when contacting Eventicketscenter they have no record of an order ever being placed with my order number or information. Eventticketcenter customer service representative instructed me to dispute charges with my bank. After researching and looking on this BBB website I see this happens a lot with this website.Event Tickets Center, Inc. Response

Terrible. Bought tickets months ahead of time. Day of hours before the concert I get several emails looking like spam about a non descript delivery, I ignore. I get a call from representatives cutting in and out and in varying volume. I think it’s unrelated spam as well, so I hang up. I look up my tickets two hours before the concert and to my surprise they’ve been cancelled and I’ve been refunded. Events ticket center says they needed me to consent to a new delivery method or forfeit my tickets. All this decision being made hours before the concert starts day of. Super shady in my opinion. So I spent hundreds in flights and hotel for no reason after my tickets were refunded to the concert. It feels as if it was purposeful for the emails to look so cryptic and misspelled and the phone call to be of such poor quality and in general…for the tickets to be cancelled pending contacting a third party to obtain your tickets a different way than paid for the day of just hours before the concert.Event Tickets Center, Inc. If I could give this company zero stars they would get a negative ten! From their rude and incompetent customer service; the extra fees they charge on top of ticket prices; the having to sit in customer service purgatory for an hour three separate times before the manager, Serena, would finally agree to refund my concert tickets i couldn’t even access at all becaide my ticket order got rerouted through some third party app i didn’t wanna have to set up another account through to begin with ended up being the one providing my tickets to me, and i couldn’t even set up an account at all on their stupid Tixr app I ended up being forced to download and create an account on to begin with! **** this company all the way up as far up their stupid collective ***** as humanly possible! There’s no reason why this company shouldn’t be issuing their tickets themselves! And there’s no reason anyone should be forced to have to jump through three hurdles of customer ******** service personnel before getting the person that can refund their purchase they’re unhappy with. If I ever meet the person who created this company, I would be glad to knock their lights clean out and squat down and take a massive **** on their face!Event Tickets Center, Inc. Response
