1 starThis company pops up as a legit ticket seller, but the costs are not transparent and they are price gouging - our tickets were $8 tickets and we were charged $147.17! They would not refund our money or cancel the tickets, we thought the ticket prices were around $30 each, but when we printed, noticed they were $8 general admission tickets. 1 starNever use this site. I purchased tickets from them for a local event. Cost $145.55, but when I did more research I could have gotten the same ticket for $34.50. My bad for not researching before I purchased the ticket. I complained and they refunded the service fee o $32.55 but said they could not do anything else becaue this was purchased from a third party seller. When I arrived at the venue and showed my ticket they said no one by that name was on the list, they would do some more research, they kindly gave me a seat but said only buy from the event website. 1 starI hope no one buys tickets from this place and gets scammed like I did. I paid $159 each for two tickets to a Lindsey Stirling show last summer and could not print them up. It said I had to wait two days before the show which is ridiculous when I had bought the tickets months prior. I’m not the most tech savvy and couldn’t print them up and my husband who is very tech savvy couldn’t figure out how to print them. So I waited until we got to the show, and my nephew who is very good at tech tried for half an hour outside the ticket booth to procure the tickets while we missed the first band. We talked to a lady at the venue and she said we were so nice and she felt bad for us so she gave us two tickets from Rose Theatre to get in. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get in. The tickets she gave us were basically right where we would have been sitting anyway, and those tickets value were less than half what I paid. So I paid more than twice as much to get tickets and then couldn’t procure them. This has got to be the biggest scam going, and I don’t know how it’s allowed in the United States of America!Review fromPatrick O

This site is a scam. I mistakenly bought tickets from the site for a AAA baseball game instead of the team website. Five minites after I made the purchase I realized that I used the wrong site and that the tickets were more than double the cost compared to the team site.
I immediately called their customer service line to cancel the order but they refused.
I will be disputing the charge with my bank and filling a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

I paid $79.00 for 2 $10 tickets to a local baseball game through this outfit. After I complained I was refunded $13 which I was told is all they could do. So I paid around $40 over what the tickets would normally cost. Isn't this scalping?Event Tickets Center, Inc.

Never received the tickets. Customer Service was not helpful. Refused to offer more than a 25% refund.
I did overpay - that's on me for being stupid and not looking up information about this company first.
But it's on this business to actually deliver the tickets and/or refund when a problem occurs with delivery.

We understand your frustration, but when we have proof of transfer from the seller and nothing otherwise indicating that the tickets weren't delivered, we do have to stand by our All Sales are Final policy. I have never been so disappointed in a company and their policies before. I was trying to make it clear to the agent how I viewed your policies and your statement on your website and how it's misleading. The website includes all about the collision for ticket fairness policies that is posted all over your website with ticket Bill of Rights. When speaking to your agent, they did not make the customer happy or honor how the policy statements and how it's portrayed would lead to the confusion. I wanted them to understand why and how this was confusing and why it should be changed or worded differently in order to prevent this happening again. Because at the moment it's ruining the image of this company by the customer service received the misleading words on the website and the policies posted on the website that you guys believe in, but go against. It's hypocritical and it's disappointing. The website says 100% money back guarantee... lists three options then says "or you will get your money back" which implies you have these three options or money back while really looks like four different options. Such as "it could be these three things or if not, you get your money back. Almost like those three options are highlighting the the most common 3 reasons as to why you have a 100% money-back guarantee but it is misleading. I understand your general refund policy, but due to the circumstances, I respectfully ask for an exception and a full refund.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

This all being said, our All Sales are Final policy will stand, as the reason for requesting a refund with our customer support team was because of confusion about our zone seating listings and confusion over whether we are a resale marketplace and why prices are above face value. Bought 2 tickets a month or two in advance. Took off work, drove 2 hours, stood in line, only to be turned away because tickets would not scan. Box office stated not my name on ticket. And it wasn’t my name. TEC gave me the run around making it my responsibility to contact venue. Venue refused to assist. Despite TEC guarantee….we were just out the money, and got no show. Absolutely ridiculous. I will notify every place I know.Event Tickets Center, Inc.
