************ is a scam !!! DO NOT buy anything from them. I did not get the seating or package I paid for which could have been resolved in advance, but no human answers the phone you remain on hold when computer prompted menu asks what you need assistance with. I emailed them and received an auto response someone would look into it and I received ZERO response . I sent chats only to be either disconnected or told they couldn't find a record of my purchase and then disconnected again. The seats I received were $59 super seating and I paid $172 per ticket for vip all access... we couldn't get in early ( which was included in the all access) we couldn't go into the pits ( also was in the package I paid for but didn't receive) ************ is a joke ! Save yourself the headache people find another ticket seller !! The rating stars should have a zero and they aren't worthy of that either.

The tickets delivered were VIP Super Seating. Super Seating VIP -This is a VIP premium seating section closer to the starting line, only accessible to Super Seating VIP ticket holders. No where did the listing for the tickets purchase state they were All Access tickets. I will have customer service reach out and see if they can further assist.Review fromEllie P.

I am so frustrated with this company all they are doing is scamming you. I was so excited to buy tickets for my family for the Spoon concert. Unknowingly, I paid over double the price and for what? All I want is a refund now and of course they are going to make it absolutely impossible to do that. This site needs to be shut down. Clearly a change is needed, your reviews are 1.5/5. Seriously have lost all faith in humanity.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

NEVER TRUST ETC - Events Ticket Center (MyTicketTracker.com)/ This low life company assured me my KISS tickets would be guaranteed even though the Kiss concert was rescheduled. I bought and paid for my VIP Box Seats in February of 2020. Friday 4 days before the show they emailed me to let me know my tickets were no longer available but they sent alternate tickets for me to accept in the place of my VIP box seats. They said it would be an upgrade (NOT!!!). My VIP seats were showing available on Live Nation up until the moment ETC cancelled my order. So my tickets were sold at 3x the price so ETC could make a little more money. ETC Events Ticket Center is a complete fraud. They also said they refunded my credit card and I have yet to see the refund. BEWARE!Event Tickets Center, Inc.

I selected one ticket, and I was then charged for 2 the price was all shown as the one ticket until after I paid and was emailed a receipt. I instantly rang them and was on hold for 20mins. I was then told bad luck there is nothing they can do. I then asked if they could help me re sell the tickets and they said no. They scammed me!!!Event Tickets Center, Inc.

paid ****** for tickets. Didn't realize it was double the price than if I went thru ticketmaster.com. Ontop of that after I hit submit for purchase, found out I won't even get these tickets for 4 more months, supposedly the day before the concert. have no clue either what my seat # is until then. I have contacted my credit card company and can only hope the dispute works in my favor. ****** learned.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

Go thru AXS or Vivid and if you do use this company, do not insure your tickets; the customer service is rude, procrastinates and if yoi're lucky you'll get 25% back. The insurance is pointless.Total scam artists.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

There is no scam. You purchased tickets for the wrong event in the wrong city. You purchased tickets for the correct event at the correct location from another website. This is clearly a mistake on your part. There is no recourse with the seller. Our policies are in place to protect the buyers and sellers.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

This company is a scam. Tickets are nonrefundable and have the highest service fees around (like $61 per ticket). Plus tickets are 30-50% more than other sites like Vegas.com. It is impossible to dispute or get a hold of the company after the fact as well. Please don't make the same mistake I did!Event Tickets Center, Inc.

I was supposed to go to Stars On Ice on Saturday, April 30th, 2022 at ****** University's ************* in ******, **. at 7:30pm with my girlfriend because she love Stars On Ice and Figure Skating. So I ordered the Mobile Tickets through Events Ticket Center hoping it would be easier and affordable and I place insurance on both tickets through Allianz Global Assistance.It said the Tickets would be available and sent to me to my email on April 22nd, 2022. I had been waiting for them in my Inbox and Spam folder from April 22nd to April 30th. I called Event Ticket Center and was on hold for almost ***** minutes until I went on to the Live Chat and they told me to keep checking my inbox or spam folder from the Seller. They also mentioned to me it was sent to me via email on April 28th, 2022 and that I checked my inbox and spam folder ever since and it never came. It was supposed to be coming from the seller. I got nothing. Then I sent an email that day on April 30th, 2022 and they said it could take up to the time the show which was 7:30pm, but never got it. I NEVER CANCELLED THE MOBILE TICKETS, I NEVER GOT OR RECEIVED THE MOBILE TICKETS. WE NEVER WENT AND NOW I AM OUT $190.83 TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I WANT TO GET A REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF $190.83Event Tickets Center, Inc.

1 starI am a CFE certified fraud investigator and this business is a scam. They are falsely advertising the following:Why is there a different price on my tickets?Tickets sold on our website are sold at market value, i.e. how much the tickets were worth at that time. This can be different than the face value printed on the ticket. Many tickets increase in price as the event nears and tickets become harder to find.The tickets that they are selling are over twice the price that are on Ticketmaster so this is NOT market value!There email does not work and the phone. Umber says they will call you back in 48 hours when they also tell you, you have to accept the tickets within 48 hours. I will report this to the ****************.Review fromF. T.
