      I had an issue with payment and shipping but after speaking with the correct department the last was so nice and handled my account and worked everything out for me no problem I am satisfied they just have a strict no fraud policy .

      Fanatics sports trading cards is the biggest scam going on currently. Everything is overpriced and price gauged. I ordered 2 items blaster boxes and it took for a month for them to get to me. They run a scam saying 5-7 day shipping however what they dont tell you is they do not actually ship the item till a month goes by. On top of all this one box came in damaged in the corner (did no lt return because I knew it would be 2 months if I could get a new one).And upon opening the cards the fanatics exclusives sapphire parallels is 2 per box and I got 1 out of 2 boxes total with nothing else auto/patch etc. this is for people that collect and a warning to all to never get from this company.Fanatics has recently gotten all the license for sports cards in the upcoming years and they are going to absolutely ruin the hobby. Not only do they price gauge but there exclusives are absolute garbage and they try to scam you at every possible turn. People need to stop purchasing from them so they can go out of business they are an absolute shame of a business and are going to ruin everything.

      My name is *************************** and I recently had an issue with one of my orders up to the last call I made to find out what was going on with my order I was getting nothing but BS but as I said my most recent call on 5/16/22 I got a young lady named ************ she is the only female **** there well I must say that I was rather rude to her at the beginning of the call ,I was rather talking over her at times and wasn't giving her time to listen and try to resolve the issue, She introduced herself as ************ and that she has been with the company for a long time so I decided to shut my mouth and listen well I was BLOWN AWAY by this woman not only did she com me down she went in to full detail as to what had happened something that I didn't get from the previous three call that I made she took control of me and my situation and pretty much told be to be quiet so she could talk and explain things to me and she did to the fullest details and something that I didn't get from the other calls I have to say not only did she take care of the matter she pretty much put me in my place when she needed to and please don't hold that against her it was all on a professional level from start to finish. But why I am sending this comment to you is because I didn't think people like ************ even existed any more with any customer service I believe you should let all employees read this because all I have to say is that if we had thousands of people like ************ in any customer the world would be a better place I say this with a happy heart ************ you are one in a million, And Thank You ***************************

      I bought some *** jerseys from Fanatics.com and they have bombarded with emails from all these different places ever since. I receive spam emails from every team-thanks to Fanatics. I requested my email be removed and even changed my email on Fanatics.com account-but nothing helps. I will never do business with this horrible company again.

      Absolutely one of the BEST sports apparel businesses I have ever patronized! The customer service rep that helped me was suuuure listening in training sessions that day when she was taught how to deliver great customer care. She deserves some kudos from Fanatics, and also a hefty raise in pay! She represents Fanatics very well. This young lady will go far in life. Thank you.
