Ordered a jersey on the website. Says order will be shipped in 1 business day. The item is in stock but has not been shipped. When I called for an update they are telling me it is in stock but will not ship until Day 4. The only reason I ordered because of their guarantee to ship in one day. When I was talking to the agent I was told that he will cancel my order and he asked to go buy elsewhere when I complained about the shipping delay.Fanatics Retail Group Response

False Advertising.Ordered an expensive jersey for my son's birthday. Right on the page it says "ships within 1 business day". Here we are 6 days later and the item has not shipped. I'm empty handed on my son's birthday, Estimated arrive is still 4-8 days from now. Will he survive waiting? Yes, of course. Would I have ordered this product if they hadn't put (what I now know is) a blatantly false statement on the order page about their ability to deliver? Absolutely not.Fanatics Retail Group Response

Received a low quality, poorly made jersey that was two sizes too big. Tried to get a refund. I was sent an email with a link to a return shipping label that did not work. Tried to reply to the email, came back undelivered. Tried to contact customer service via phone, the line said there was a 4 hour and 40 minute wait time????? Tried to use chat... waited for an hour, no response. There is no customer service. THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM.Fanatics Retail Group Response

This is the wosrt online company online for buying! They do not care a thing about their customers and their name means NOTHING! If they made a good product they would back it. But they have 2 ways of doing business with them. You can order directly from their website, and way overpay, or you can order from a 3rd party seller, in which case Fanatics will NOT assist you in any way. Fanatics has the worst customer service around and the worst policies on purchases, which is simply because their name means nothing, its garbage, i mean hey if they dont even back their own company, how do they expect anyone else to? I have tried to get assistance from them on 3 occasions and all 3 times they were useless. i made purchase through ***** one through ******* online and a 3rd time through a department store in the mall. I mean their items are all over the place, and to not assist a customer that has a receipt less than a week old, simply because customer didnt buy directly from them, that is ridiculous. in fact, listen to this example, it will blow you way. i purchased item from store. The price was $20 less than what Fanatics charges on their site. The item was missing a part that cost $5. Rather than just mail that to me, the cust serv moron suggested to me to drive all the way back to store where purchase made, stand in line, return item, drive all the way home, then get online, find item on Fanatics website, place order and wait a week for it to arrive. Thats not only time consuming, it would cost $20 more for the same item, so i just swung by other store and paid the $5 to buy missing item; I still saved $15 NOT using their site! Something to think about! I have compared them selling the same item as ************ and no one else behaves that way. I am not even sure how good their clothing items are, because from what I saw they were NOT that impressive. They seemed thin, flimsy, nothing special, way far from being good enough to have such a poor cust serv department!Fanatics Retail Group Response

Absolutely the worst. I ordered on the 3rd and paid for shipping that would get my items there on the 9th. Here we are, the 14th and nothing. I spoke with someone on the 7th, they assured me the 9th - refunded my shipping. What little tracking info was there updated to the 12th with no information on tracking past the 12 and impossible to actually get a hold of a representative. It was a bait and switch. They assured people their stuff would get there before the Super Bowl and here we are, Valentines day and nothing. What a scam.Fanatics Retail Group Response

Terrible business. They promised a shirt delivered in time for the Super Bowl. When I realized it wouldnt arrive on time, I called them and they pushed the blame on **** They never apologized. Could have sent another shirt next day air but refused to try and rectify the situation. Now I have to explain this to a special needs child whose only wish was to have a special shirt for the Super Bowl. Terrible company they charge a **** shipping and handling fee that when you return something g that they do not refund back to you. When you try to reach out to customer service. They try to tell you that sales tax and handling fees are not refundable which is a complete joke. every business returns sales tax and fees when you return an item within the designated return policy window. I ordered a mint coin with lids ******, near the end of December. It was shipped out and delivered to my house with a velvet box, and coin certificate, no coin. Called lids they sent outt a replacement. Great, but it was defective (writing was chipping off). Called lids they sent out a replacement. Perfect expect the box came without the coin again so once again I call lids now furious, the lady said they would do an investigation to what was happening and send me out my coin with a quality check to ensure it was correct the ***** time. 10 days later nothing was delivered, the limited edition coin is out of stock, customer service was me to send back empty boxes to them. There is something sneaky going on weather they are stealing from customers, or legit sending out empty boxes. I will never order from this company again. Horrible website. Multiple times using illegal bait and switch. Claiming items are in stock and after purchase, tell you they wont ship for months. They only offer gift card refunds. Scam site. Avoid their knock off gear.Fanatics Retail Group Response
