I needed a clear bag - it was $11.99 online. It was on sale with the regular price being $14.99. It wouldn't arrive in time, so I headed to my local ******* Clubhouse store (owned by Lids/Fanatics) and the same bag was $21.99! I mentioned the big pricing difference to the clerk at the store, who said there was nothing he could do. This is of course is not a lot of money, but ludicrous pricing policies. I will never again shop at ************************/Lids/Fanatics and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know, warning them about the shady pricing at these stores! Who wants to waste time researching if a company is out to scam you. Just avoid shopping there, plenty of other competitors.Fanatics, Inc.

I'm lost for words.Your company is a bunch Is a fraudulent sellers. I bought a ******* car ****** u card number 50 refractor and an ***** ******** ** the first of april ** the second of april they sent me a confirmation page ** the same exact card non refractor This Is a form of fraud. They played the old switch a route because they realized they gave me the card too cheap and they messed up.I have proof and if I can't get someone to write me back instead of going through their 3 week.Nightmare return policy I will have no choice but to hire an attorney and you will be responsible for attorney fees and Is my timeFanatics, Inc.

This company plays fast and loose with their return policies. Trying to get a refund for a package that never showed up **** has it living comfortably in ********* for a couple of weeks) to its destination in *******, has been like pulling teeth. They keep changing the "ship date" to accommodate their ploy of not giving you a refund in the allotted time. I.E. "Well, even though you got a shipping confirmation for 3/31/25 our records indicate items shipped 4/5/25 and now you have wait for us to perform our due diligence and then we can refund you." I wonder how many more times they will change their alleged ship date to accommodate their nefarious business practices.Fanatics, Inc.

Fanatics has the worst customer service I have seen. I have reached out multiple times to find tracking for my order and they cant find it. Tracking numbers dont work and they arent interested in helping resolved the issue. They are basically holding my money without delivering my item, and it is very frustrating. In contrast I can order from a local sporting goods store, and get next day delivery for free. That is where I will order from now on and I recommend folks dont order from fanatics.I also am disappointed with the *** for partnering with this company, and would advocate for them finding a better vendor.Shame on you fanatics I wont be ordering anything for my kids from you site ever again.Fanatics, Inc.

Crazy how you never have a issue buying things from the ***, till this company took over and now I can't even get my things delivered. The company delivering ? Not even one of the major ones said " Well you can driver to the newest center, or we will send it back to the company " nearest center is an hour away . Then contacted Fanatics and got, let's wait three days, oh here's 30% discount code , this is out of our scope , ad the best way I'll issue a refund for the shipping. First off , why did u choose some beat us delivery company ? Secondly I pay for the shipping for the shipping , still have to wait and wait, and then get told oh we.cant deliver to your address. It's not like I hide my address .. then you wanna bribe me but making me spend more money ? For what ? So those don't get delivered too ?Fanatics, Inc.

On April 1st. I ordered a hat was told ships within 3 to 7 business days. After they took my money they told me won't ship until April 30th. This is terrible business. I definitely won't order from Fanatics again. Wish I would of read the reviews first. Sounds like a lot of people dislike this company. I don't recommend using this company find someone else more reliable.Fanatics, Inc.

This is the worst sportsbook in history! App glitches almost every single night. Scores are listed wrong during live bets. **************** is non existent. They take zero accountability when the app fails and causes you to lose money. Tonight I worked all afternoon to build a parlay with a profit boost and when I went to place the bet the promotions page went down and the ability to deposit failed as well. Of course after a long losing streak the parlay wouldve hit sweat free ultimately costing me $9100 on a 139$ bet that I was unable to place t that wouldve put me back in the green on app as a whole after months of coming up short.. I will never get over this!!!!!!!Fanatics, Inc.

They allow free ************* unto their website and advertise free shipment refund. I didnt even finish signing up for the refund as I noticed it wasnt what it seemed and they still stole 25 dollars from my bank account. Will be contacting ***.Fanatics, Inc.
