      This company is horrible. They charge for shipping and don't ship for over 2 weeks and just give generic replies to order questions. I will never order from them again. I wish I had searched their reviews first.

      We are sorry to hear about your recent experience. Your order did not include any shipping charges however it appears you accepted the optional shipping protection at the time of checkout. Your item ships directly from the manufacturer and due to the delay in shipping we did cancel this per your request and your refund has been processed in full back to your original form of payment

      So far NOT good. I ordered a tonneau cover for my new truck ( not a cheap purchase ) and they sent a email saying it would be delivered today. Today is Good Friday and I had the day off. No way to check on order like tracking on other sites and I had to be here to except/sign for delivery. My company had asked me if I was willing to work ( holiday pay plus double time) but I had to decline to be here for delivery. Yes the delivery that didn't happen. Bottom line is I tried contacting Real Truck but THEY had the day off. I stayed home all day and missed a lot of pay. Thanks Real Truck. Never again.....

Currently your order has not yet shipped but once it does you will receive a notification as well as the shipping carrier name to confirm a delivery time. You can also track your order and delivery status through our website under the order status link.

      NO response from customer service emails. They do not pay you for any rebates offered or partial refunds for damages. When they do offer any compensation, they block your email and you get undeliverable mailer replies.

      Stay away from this company big $1400.00 mistake I made ordering from Realtruck . Turned into a huge mistake didnt get my full order and cant seem to get anyone to help. So had to reorder and pay again . Cant use the part of order without the rest of it . Payed another ****** on top of the 1400. Cant mount a grille guard without brackets and no one cares

      Real truck charges you for a whole order even if not all of the items ship. They tell you with in 3 days someone will get back to you, whether you call or email. Thats their standard line. No one ever contacts you back. They wont refund the money they owe, when the manufacture never ships the missing items. Even when you start the cancelation process they try to say that is a manufacture delay,lol. They have horrible customer service and the lack of intercept communication keeps them from performing any tasks. Have been waiting days on a credit for item that never even shipped. With no answer from them at all.they keep saying it will be 3 days. So disappointed with real truck.

      If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed my order on March 16, they took my money the next day. Never heard a word regarding shipping. I called to check on the order status but got nowhere as it was a generic message saying they were extremely busy and my wait time would 45 minutes. I decided to use their chat service but again, got absolutely nowhere. Later that day, I received an email telling me someone would be contacting me. The day passed without a word. I replied to that email telling them how upset I was and I received another email saying someone would get back to me in 1 to 2 business days. That time frame has come and gone and still, no word. This is beyond unacceptable customer service. If the item is not available then just say so. Dont take my money then string me along like I was born yesterday. This company should not be in business. My advice? Avoid a headache and shop elsewhere. At the time of this writing, REALTRUCK has my money but they have not shipped what I paid for. What a horrible company.

      Ordered a bed cover was delivered 5 days late arrived damaged had to locate it myself by driving around town to all the ***** drop offs as they ignored the address and just dropped ***** a drop location. All I got was your item was delivered.Called realtruck they didnt really care I explained to them I was waiting to leave town and needed this to pack my truck they said they would ship another immediately to arrive on Monday this was fri. Monday came they had not shipped it customer service was rude I had to ask for a supervisor.Absolute joke to deal with spend a few more $$ and buy from a company who can act a little more professional.. upon opening the box to find the damage you could see the quality was not there the edge seal was not straight I can almost guarantee it would have leaked like a sieve anyway.Dont waste your time!

      Ordered front mud flaps for 2023 Ram 5500hd which did not fit as per there website took multiple emails to get them to credit my credit card and they gave me a partial credit. You would think they would credit the whole amount especially since this was a listing issue on there end. But No I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

      On 12/02/2024 I ordered Havoc HS2 Black Hoop Steps - Order # ******* Said if you order in the next 6 hours would ship the next day. Went back a couple of days later and my product showed out of support. Sent several chat messages and an email to the *** showing working my order to no ***ly. Around 12/30/2024 finally called and after 3 transfers got a *** that told me on back order will ship mid-January. I had set up for my email to notify me once in stock. The week of the 6th and the 13th showed in stock again. Checked my order everyday with nothing changing. On the 16th showed out of stock again and I got no update at all. Waited until the 23rd and ***lied to last email asking for a status update no response. Finally called today 2 transfers later ******* D informed me they would not be getting anymore and he would refund my money. I asked if there was something we could just add the amount to plus something they could give me a discount on because of false advertisement of having something listed that they really didnt have. He then transferred me to someone in sales. While talking with that person got an email saying my order had been cancelled, not even giving me a chance to finish this call. That person was going to check on 2 different products I found not much of a price difference from what I ordered and call me back in 20 minutes, that was 2 hours ago. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever delt with and no customer satisfaction. They have made it clear the customer doesnt matter, just make the sales and hope no one complains.
