I hired this law firm due to an accident and it's been a nightmare.They were supposed to pay ******** out of the settlement. They kept the fund out of the settlement and has not paid ********, as of now it has been turned over to the ******************* in debt collections I spoke to a treasury Department representative and they told me that they will take the money out of my social security check times 15% of what my Social Security check amount is they are also charging 26 Cents per day interest on this and there's a possibility that it will be put in the credit bureau on my record this Law Firm knows this the last time I spoke to someone was May the 20th and they refuse to answer or return my calls I'm upwits no one should have to go through this this is the worst Law Firm and I hope no one else have to go through this.I would not recommend any one use them. And the way I found out wasn't from the law because they didn't know, It was because ******** sent me a letter that it was settled. They will not answer your calls or return messages you have left. This matter has not been resolved. Morgan and Morgan still owes ******** $64.09 for principal. I received a letter from ******** about this and they also sent the same to Morgan and Morgan. I sent Morgan and Morgan an email asking them to take care of this which is their responsibility. I have not heard from them and really didn't expect to. THAT IS THE REASON DISSATISFIED THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED THEREJOB!! They kelp around $80.00 out of the delayed $200.00 they they didn't send. When I ask them to send me why they kelp this out and send me something what it was for on July 19th 2024 I still haven't got a response from them. They need to take care of the rest of the payment to ******** $64.09 to get this taken care of.

I filed a lawsuit for an auto accident in June of 2022. I was shuffled around with a couple of case managers ( ********************* and ***********************) after a year I was contacted to be informed that the wrong medical bills were sent to the adjusters and a delay was expected. After several months I called to check on the case and *********************** and I started to communicate (text message) and she stated that we were waiting on final reduction to make an offer. ***** later *************************** took over my case and she stated that *************** stated that I settled on my case. This was brand new to me considering the bills had not been finalized and I had no idea what I was setting for. **************** then contacted me stated she had a recording of me agreeing to an amount (still unknown at the time) I denied such allegations and asked ****** for such recordings which she responded by saying there was no such thing besides a timestamp by ***************. Now I am still waiting Today I received an email from ******* stating my reduction are finalized as of today and I will be waiting until next week to see what they are going to give me. I feel victimized all over again by the firm that I thought would protect my rights. Not to mention I am currently receiving treatment which I am paying out of pocket. This is a statement of the settlement which I will not sign. I have waited for two years for the staff to mishandle my case and finally offer me 4000 dollars. Im appalled of the 40% fee which the attorney stated would be reduced due to the mistakes made by them. Which was sending half of my medical bills causing a very low offer and also a delay. And again I NEVER agreed to an amount to settle out for. I was told that I settled out by a new staff member on my case. I hired them to represent me against ******** It was a personal injury case. The case went on for more than a year. We came to mediation. They sent me a summary. The lawyers kept adding fees that took away from my reward. We settled 4/1. I still have not gotten my money. The award was 65k. Morgan and Morgan keeps adding interest to this I took out a can in November. They said that I owed a loan company 2k. They was rep .me for a car accident Nov 2022 when I was contacted by the company I was asked did I have PIP which I didnt I was new from GA also do I have health insurance I replied yes in Ga(Medicaid) was told out of state wont pay for my bills.I was changed around from three different case managers and attorneys for my case without no knowledge there was no communication regarding to any changes .The changes had caused delays and errors to my case .I was sent settlements with errors from hospital bills that didnt pertain to my accident. I was talking to my phone for some information and advertisement for Morgan & Morgan popped up for the Incognito browser mass torc lawsuit. So I said I use Incognito browser often and this sounds like something that you know I'm a victim of so I contacted Morgan and Morgan and filed out all the appropriate fields for information okay they said they could take me on as a client because they handle the Incognito browser lawsuit and on December 2023 December 5th actually I DocuSign some information and became a client of Morgan & Morgan however I have heard any correspondence from Morgan & Morgan regarding the situation so I decided to call yesterday that would be May 20th and it was after hours I believe and I spoke to someone that said that my case was never assigned to a team illegal team so he forwarded some information in the system and said I'll be called back 24 to 48 hours however I just called the same number and Morgan and Morgan it's the same guy answer the phone now he wants to say that they don't handle Incognito browser lawsuit and there's a form that a lot of people are using Morgan & Morgan from the Incognito browser lawsuit but they haven't heard anything else either however I did some research and I read that once you sign the papers for client representation within one week. you're supposed to be assigned a legal team I called initially to follow up on what's going on with the case and to see if there was any settlements regarding the cuz I believe I read that class action payments have already went out months ago so the guy refused the guy I talked to at Morgan & Morgan refused to transfer me to someone I can ask a question to he he act like he was going to transfer me but then the phone hung up so between yesterday and today I guess there was some new information and put it in the Morgan & Morgan system that said that I don't have I'm not their client because they don't handle the Incognito browser lawsuit. I hired Morgan and Morgan almost four years ago. And after settling the case 3/24 I have been receiving the worst treatment from my attorney. Hes mad because I complained after years of minimum communication, lack of care, 3 different attorneys because two was no longer with the firm and the 3rd one in my opinion being unprofessional , several paralegals for one case he wants to drag out the process of releasing the funds it went from the first or second week in may to being emailed today expect to wait another two weeks also stating h*** (try) getting it to their accounting department (In a Wednesday h*** try after four years basically) Im not getting anywhere with attorney as he lacks care and is never available for actual assistance. I also plan to make a report to the bar association as the conduct overall has been poorly conducted. Although I still got the run around for the settlement which might I add they got majority of it dont seem like anyone within the law firm or its management cares about the errors the attorneys are making. I still feel had they not forgotten my case I would be better off and the attorney up till the day I picked up check from the attorney was unprofessional so the problem was never resolved about the attorneys lack of attention to the case

I have a case with Morgan and Morgan since May2022. The first lawyer I had never gave a resolution and never had any type of communication. Then the lawyer was switch to a new one, he started well with communicating on the case. However, all of a sudden now the lawyer is not communicating with me. I was in an auto accident on August 16, 2023, and retain Morgan and Morgan shoryly after. Throughout my experience with them they have been Noncommunicative, incompetent, and unprofessional. I have been handed off to multiple case managers who in the process have mishandled my case due to information not being handed off to the next case manager. I have multiple documented Experiences of calling and leaving messages to speak to my case staff without hearing from them. The agreement I signed with them outlines that they have 24 hours to reach back out to me, which has rarely been fulfilled. I have even gone as far as to reach out to their client experience team and have filed multiple complaints with him. I have gone weeks contacting them without hearing back from them. Most recently, Morgan and Morgan said that I missed an independent medical exam (IME) requested by my insurance company. The purpose of this appointment was to corroborate my injuries with an independent party. This appointment was set up by my previous case manager, who is no longer with the company, and I did confirm with her the minute after the appointment finished that I did attend the appointment. Today, my lawyer calls me to say that they will Be dropping the case due to me missing this IME Requested by my insurance company. I indeed did attend and I called the independent medical provider who saw me on January 10, 2024 to confirm that I did attend the appointment and they also stated that they sent the report to Morgan and Morgan as well as to my insurance company. Had I not kept record of me attending this appointment my lawyer would have dropped my case for no reason. This Complaint is to formally state the incompetence of Morgan and Morgan in Handling my auto accident injury case. The amount I agreed to pay Morgan and Morgan is 40% of my case settlement.Business Response

I had a slip and fall case back in September 2023. I hired Morgan and Morgan and it has been difficult trying to stay in the loop about my case. Physical therapy went on from September until March of this year. When my treatment was done, my legal team updated my case saying it was in negotiation and the company where I was injured was going to settle out of court. I finally was able to get ahold of my case manager *************************, and he told me all he needed was billing records from my medical provider and he could send the demand letter in. He emailed their records department on 4/19/24, and I haven't been able to get ahold of him or my lawyer ever since. I just want to get this whole thing over with. I haven't worked since September of last year, I'm drowning financially, and they don't sign documents for settlement loans so I can't get an advance to help me catch up. Can someone please help me out and help me get this whole thing resolved.
