      Hi there I placed an online order and my card got charged! When I went to pick it up they stated that they were out of stock for the chicken I had purchased and asked me if I wanted something else I said no I wanted a refund they refused the refund and said I needed to contact customer service support! What kind of company takes your money and refuses to refund you for the mistake they made!

      Ordered food through the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru I was informed that they didnt not have my food. When I asked for a refund she said no and to go through the app. The app doesnt allow for refunds

      Today at 3:44 PM I was just at the Popeyes on 15th & chestnut st. ************ **. And was literally cursed at, called stupid,AND called a "racist white b***h". The manager was tall last with haor braided down her back, skinny, not white obviously and very rude. All over her inablility to let customers know that there was no line to order from. So I waited in the line as she watched me stand there for literally 13 mins before she finally said that the line wasn't open with a rude attitude at that. I am not happy AT ALL. And I will not let this go. They're will be some kind of resolution here. I'll make it my sole purpose until something is done and I am content with that result. I will go up the chain and keep going up until I get heard. This is not okay

      This is the second time I have visited this Popeyes location where I placed an order for pickup at a specified time, and upon arrival, the order was not ready. I requested my order to be ready at 6:15 PM. I arrived at 6:15 PM, went through the drive-thru, only to be told to come inside to pick up my order. I came inside and waited from 6:25 PM to 6:48 PM for an order that should have been ready at 6:15 PM. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager did not answer my question and proceeded to assist the next customer. The customer service and food service at this location are very poor. They are disorganized and disrespectful. I refuse to purchase any more food from this location. This issue must be addressed immediately. The ******* community will not tolerate this poor attitude and service in our community.

      Popeyes ***************************************************************** ************ I had a pick up order for the drive through that was placed on the app. April 12, 2025 Order number 82 Order placed at 5:47pm 2x 2 strawberry cream cheese pie $5.98 2 sandwiches + regular side $12.00 Ghost pepper chicken sandwich Ghost pepper chicken sandwich Regular red beans and rice 5 pc spicy tender large combo $19.29 5pc tenders - spicy Bayou buffalo sauce Large red beans and rice $3.00 Large mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy $3.00 Biscuit *************** 5pc spicy tender large combo $19.29 5pc tenders - spicy Sweet Heat sauce Bold bbq sauce Large red beans and rice $3.00 Large Cajun fries $3.00 Biscuit Large sweet tea Subtotal $56.56 Tax $4.67 Total $61.23 We showed up to the restaurant for pick up at 6:00pm. We were told the fryers were down and to cancel the order through the app. I attempted to do that and was met with errors as the app was telling me that cancellation of orders was not acceptable through the app. 6:35pm we asked for a refund from the restaurant. Was then told the fryers were fixed and we could wait for our order. We agreed. 7:00pm no order has come out yet. Other people have shown up, ordered, received their food and left. 7:30 still nothing so my husband walks in to see what is going on and the workers are busy helping other customers but have not even started on our order. He asked for them to cancel it and for a refund and was told they never got the order to begin with so we left. Popeyes still pulled the money from our bank account. We paid for a service and the service was not completed.

      My parents both was traveling from the doctor , when they decide to stop at Popeyes to get something to eat before traveling 2 hours back to OBX. My mother discovered her food was not correct and my father went back to have it corrected.. Young lady at counter got really upset. She verbally assaulted my father and , proceeded to call the police to have him trespassed.She would not correct his food and did not give him a full refund. I look up the past complaints on this store and all says the same thing. I can not reach any manager or corporate level management.

      I ordered A handful of items from the store totaling to over $30 and didnt receive $18 worth of stuff i ordered. The quality of my food was unacceptable as well. I didnt receive butterfly shrimp rather the burnt fried pieces of breading no one wants. I didnt receive my large mac and cheese or any substitute and i was also missing my mashed potatoes and 6 piece boneless. This popeyes always has a problem and im tired of nothing being done their service is complete rubbish and i want this rectified.

      I purchased 2025 "Enjoyment" coupon book. The book contained a 2 for 1 coupon for a meal at the above location. The manager aka "Will" refused to accept the coupon. It specifically lists this location.

      On April 10, 2025 at 3:40pm. I placed a dine in order. ******************************* and drive through ordered and received their orders before I did. After 20 minutes of waiting I still had not received my order. I asked to speak with the **** explaining that after 20 minutes I still had not received my order and requested a refund. The manager then stated she could NOT a cash refund but ONLY a card refund. I didn't pay with a card but WITH cash. She said she couldn't give me my money back. I then asked for the corporate telephone number and she proceeded to tell me she couldn't give me the corporate number (lie). REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

      I visited the location at *********************************************************** on March 29, 2025. I had called that morning and made a large order to be picked up later that day. There was no issue with the order but I was to pay with a gift card that was supplied to our family during the passing of a loved one. I was told the location did not take gift cards and therefore had to pay for the food. It was almost $100. I proceeded to contact Popeyes corporate and I followed the online instructions for a complaint. It is almost two weeks and I just keep being told the issue has been escalated and someone will be in touch. I asked for someone to call me or a number I can call someone and they will not provide. If you call the number listed online it gives you the info to file the complaint online. I just want a refund and then they can take the money out of the gift card. This is what I have been telling them as well. Can someone please follow up with me to get a resolution?Thank you!******** ******
