      Dear BBB,I am writing to request information regarding the ownership of the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located at *****************************************************. Despite several attempts to reach out to local management officials, I have not received a response.On 07/24/2024, I was involved in an incident with a management official named Qwanda, where I refused a refund and was subsequently threatened. I feel threatened for my life because of the manager's actions. Due to this, I need to obtain the ownership details in order to file a civil lawsuit against the company.       I bought an order of chicken that was old a dried out and I was doubled charged for taxes. I never been doubled charged by any other Popeye.

      Aug 4 2024 around 745p I purchased a 2 piece meal from Popeye's drive thru. My complaint up front is I want a refund! The chicken they served me was cold had been both over cooked and cooked in old grease. I requested a refund but they would not issue a refund, citing that no one in the building knew how to process a refund, nor the *** They offered to make more chicken but, what was suppose to be 12 mins waiting on chicken turned into 40 mins and I literally had to leave since the meal STILL was not ready. I paid for chicken I didn't receive and I want a refund...not their digital coupon because both service and food is bad and I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. They did not provide an original receipt.

      8/2/24 I ordered food from this location and paid $40. I went to the store twice to pick up my order and it was not ready. I asked them to cancel it and the manager did not know how to do it and told me To complete it on the app. Well on the app you cannot complete it. I went to corporate and all they offered was $5 discount on a new order. Why would I spend more money with Popeyes when they didnt fulfill the initial order. I asked for upper management and supervisors and they said they do not publicly give out that information.

      Order food on the app, delivery through DoorDash, food never arrived. Person delivering drove by as notified through DoorDash. Showed on from front door camera vehicle matching gps on map. Notified that food was delivered. No details or photo of location. No motion on cameras. Log of cameras activated during time thru Amazon. ******** provided driver contact information. No response. Popeyes customer service was contacted. They never sent a response. 4 weeks go by contacting every week. No response. Contacted bank and said the submitted requests to verify. No response. DoorDash customer service called and needed to file with Popeyes. Showed screenshots of weeks filed. Showed bank requests. DoorDash submitted refund to Popeyes to send refund back to card. Weeks go by. No response. Bank kept attempting and was provided ******** claim. Months go by. **** told if all else fails file with BBB. No order number with Popeyes. DoorDash claim REF# number provided. Documents supporting, for DoorDash, files with claim number provided by ********

      Im contacting to speak with someone about an incident I had yesterday I was highly insulted by ************ contacted Popeyes trying to see if the receipt of the order I just made could be read back to me to see if the chicken sandwich i ordered had pickles on it because if it did it was a mistake on my part and was going to asked could it be changed or could I change it when I went to pick up the order in store. The response I received back was very insulting and made me very angry not only was my question not answered I was told I couldn't get anything for free I'm like I never asked for anything was my message even read. And for the record as much money as I SPEND at Popeyes I should have never been responded to like that I wrote a message yesterday that didn't get responded to I guess because ***** saw it and probably deleted it because she was wrong. And for the record every issue I've complained about is NOT a reflection on me it's a reflection on how bad Popeyes service can be so you say I'm flagged for standing up for myself and my money So be matter of fact Popeyes is out for me!

      I have issues with two different Popeyes. One on Telegraph Rd ***** and one on *****************************. The one on Telegraph is where I ordered 4 Spicy chicken sandwiches . Two of them just had a chicken tender on them. The one on *********************************. I ordered a Family chicken tender meal with 12 strips that appeared to of been under a heat lamp all day. They were completely dried out. I tried the feedback on the receipts and each time I did the feedback, I got a generic email back that promised replacement of the food in question. It said I would get coupons within 10 business days. After not getting that, I replied back and they said that they were sorry that I hadnt received them but in return I was promised double on the offer and would have that within 10 business days. I still havent received anything as of yet. They truly have very poor customer support via feedback. I sent all emails and receipts to the corporate office, but that was returned saying cant deliver at this address. The emails were so generic, that they appeared to come from a foreign country. That is my truthful complaints with Popeyes.

      On the above date approximate time I went into Popeyes to make a purchase. The server was really rode and told me the wrong price

      ******* the managed on duty is rude and she has no customer service skills. I asked for freshly cooked ghost wings and received over cooked wings right out of the oil. The wings were still hot when I arrived home 10/minutes later. They were so hot they burned my mouth. I believe ******* the manager was upset about my request of having 1/2 of my wings as flats. She said that there was no way they could do that as what ever I get in my box is what I get. They cannot select the wing pieces, but they can select of chicken pieces. Perhaps she needs training on how to select chicken pieces. ******* is not only rude and unfriendly, but she looks sloppy. No wonder they receive a 93 out of 100 sanitation rating.
