    According to information in BBB files Benevis, LLC has a pattern of complaint alleging Service Issues. 

    Specifically, consumers complain that Benevis, LLC cancels appointments, has poor customer service and does not provide the treatment as scheduled. When consumers reached out to Benevis, LLC to reschedule appointments the company either promised to reschedule, which never happened, or ignored consumer requests. 

    On May 19, 2023, BBB sent correspondence to Benevis, LLC to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.

      *********************** was supposed to do a filling and a tooth extraction on 5/16/23. He did the filling first then attempted to do the extraction. It was the most terrifying experience Ive ever had. He didnt properly numb the area he didnt even follow the proper procedure for pulling out a wisdom tooth. He tried to pull it out with force which hurt so much I was trembling. He used my body as leverage and managed to bruise me. He finally gave up and I had to go see an oral surgeon who immediately scheduled me for surgery. Its been a week and Im still in pain and the filling he did manage to do feels extremely rough. They were supposed to give me a refund but upon calling them theyve turned it around and said I owe more money. I am now traumatized and in pain.

      I have 2 kids in braces treatment, one has been fully paid off the other has not. Since Jan 2023, I have not been able to get in contact with any one in Ortho. My calls go unanswered, or I never receive a call back. I did look into taking my children elsewhere for treatment but, other ortho places don't like to work with equipment that doesn't belong to them. Right now my kids are stuck in braces with no options. Pippen needs to get sued for fraudulent charges to my insurance for braces and they need to reimburse me for the out of pocket cost my insurance didn't cover. If they were unable to provide the service, they should have answered phone calls or sent out some communication with a release of treatment.

      On 5/13/23, I arrived at the ******* Dental location well before the 12:00 pm scheduled appt for both of my children (on a Saturday). Once we arrive, the place is dark and there is only one patient in the waiting room. I get to the counter and the young lady (who looks like she wants to be anywhere but at work) informs me that someone tried to call and the Hygienes had an emergency so if it was only a cleaning my children were coming to get, they were not on her schedule. I informed her that I had no idea what the procedure was, no one attempted to call me EVER and to check the schedule. She then says the children are not on the schedule and the look said she could care leas either way. I drive 45 minutes to these appointments and they couldnt take the time to call me? My childrens holistic health is important to me and I work so I schedule on Saturdays not because I want to but because I have to and all they had to do was actually pick up the phone to inform me. As a Social Worker, this business lacks compassion, empathy and professionalism and they will never get my business again!

      I paid off my balance and now the company dropped services and wants me to pay more money for services that they never completed..theyre taking money and closing accounts and saying theres no orthodontist..why do I have to pay more money for services I didnt even get completed

      My name is *****************, I Was a patient at ****** dental.I had a core build up done on 06/4/2022 and crown build put on 08/8/22 at ****** dental on *********************************************************************** I have contacted ****** dental for a entire year now trying to get the crown on my tooth replaced. The crown was not done correctly which has caused severe discomfort to my gum line. I contacted ****** dental corporate office on 04/01-2022 and spoke with *************************** associate call center manager at 4:30 pm. I put in a complaint with ***************** dental location because I was treated poorly when i first went to a follow up appointment on 3-28-22 to check my crown. Moreover, while at that location I spoke with a dentist and a dental asst. and both of them told me Dentist ********************* no longer works at ****** dental. They both said, no other dentist will fix or examine my crown because they dont want to be held responsible for ************************* faulty work on my crown. They were rude and very nonchalant to the pain I was currently in. I was contacted several times and was made promises by the director ****************** I was told to come in to get my crown examined on 05/14/2022. I was then contacted by ******* a representative that worked at ****** dental in the *************** on 05/13/22 and was told that the dentist ********************* was sick and a representative would call me back to reschedule. I was never called back, and I called and left several voicemails, and nobody answered the phone or returned my calls. on 7-15-22 I spoke with customer service rep ******* He stated he will reach out to his manager ********** It is now 10-18-22 and no one has contacted me since then to schedule a appointment to get my crown redone. I should never be treated this unfairly and poorly. I have gone to several follow up appointments and have been promised my crown would be replaced and they still haven't schedule me a appointment to fix my tooth after drilling my crown down to inclusion.

      After my daughter was heavily medicated by ***** Dental **** she was then verbally abused by the Orthodontist along with a staff member. Tears rolling down her face he continued to scream at her just inches from her face. He insisted thst her braces would need to come off before treatment was complete due to missed appointments. I tried to explain to the ******************** that they canceled many of the appointments & some were missed due to the pandemic. He had no concerns whatsoever & demanded that we schedule an appointment to have them removed. I miss a full day of work just to have my daughter screamed at & to be told I would need to miss another day of work. When I took my child back for the next appointment I was told that I would need to sign a completely false document stating that I requested that the braces be removed against Drs advice. When I refused to sign the false document I was told that my child would not be seen & that we would not be permitted to come back for further treatment. Now my daughter has braces which I was told were already prepaid for by her insurance & no orthodontist to care for her.

      My daughter has braces on her teeth. It's past time for them to come off. I've paid for them in full, & she's not getting the service she needs to get them off. I do understand covid hit, & a lot of appointments were canceled or moved to another time, but they keep canceling her appointments, & not calling us back to reschedule. If we cancel, I know it's our responsibility to reschedule. If they cancel, it's their responsibility to call & reschedule, but they aren't doing that, which is pushing the braces being removed, even further out. I feel like they are procrastinating because the braces are paid in full, & they are taking their time for that reason. We barely get anyone on the phone when we call, & they are not returning phone calls. I keep calling about the situation, & not getting a response. I'm hoping you can help me with this matter. Thank you

      In December 2022 ******* Dental in ***************** made a dental apt for me for march 30th 2023. The day of my apt i called to let them know i was in route to the apt. I find out my apt was canceled. The first person i spoke with at the call center said they tried to call me the **** before to confirm and since i didnt answer they canceled. I told her i could prove they didnt call me by phone records. She told.me to call the office. So i tried for an hour calling back to back and couldn't get an answer i called the call center again and they said same thing..that they called qnd i didnt answer. I told tthem no they didnt. So i tried to get a numner for corporate. I was given another call center number in which ****** said the same thing!! So she told me to call that number again and press 0 to talk to managment so i did and i left a message. I called the Headquarters number and spoke with ******. She was the only helpful one..she told me that no one attempted to call me to confirm so my apt should not have been canceled. So everyone i spoke to before her lied to me to cover their ****. Because this is patient neglect. I read 100s of ****** complaints regaurding same thing!! Its a sad situation. The only reason i continue going to them is because of insurance i have no other choice!! But this is patient neglect at its finest. I need dental work asap!! I will post pictures of some reviews and pics of my call log as well even though ****** confirmed they didnt try to call. The office will not answer the phone for anyome even the call center. And im guessing its because of this issue right here! This is not professional. And im not sure what happend to this place but the office management needs fixing!! I want a apt asap. I cant wait months after already waiting 3 months to be seen. Im in pain!! This is rediculous!!

      In August 2021 Topaz Dentistry @ ********************************************** canceled my granddaughters appointments stating they didn't speak to me to verify I was still bring the girls in for their appointment. However, I DID return their call and spoke with whomever answered the line and verified both girls appointments. I spoke to office manager ****** about this & all she did was continuously apologize & stated numerous times during the conversation that this is their company policy to cancel when unverified. But again, I kept telling her over & over that I did verify but she said it didn't update in their computer. No resolution, none. Then it happpened again in November, same thing. Now here we are yet again & yesterday 3/27, I took my granddaughter in for a Orthodontist appointment, same office and wouldn't you know it, they canceled again. Stating same issue wasn't able to verify we were coming. Called and spoke to ****** manager, she was rude on phone as well as in office didn't realize she was the manager. She said, 'Well, I personally made the verification calls', I told her, 'either way, I never received these supposed calls'. Asked for corporate ph #, she wouldn't provide. Stated supervisor would call me, never received call. First of all, I never received the call. Second, why make appointments for your clients if your just going to cancel them. Third this happened with this office on several other occasions but these are the most recent and I can remember when they were scheduled. I would not ever recommend any one to go to this office. I will make sure to let everyone I speak with who inquires about dental services know to NEVER go to this office. I am also about to contact the ***** Dental Association to file a complaint against them as well. This IS NOT how you treat your customers of over 8+ years. Not sure why this is asking for documentation just wanted to file complaint. 0 Stars is what I would have liked to give this company for lack of satisfactory svc

      On 1/16/23, I was scheduled to get my cavities done & get a deep cleaning. I was called the day of my appt & was informed that they couldn't do my deep cleaning because they only had one hygienist & could only do my left side cavities. When I came in to get that done, they did my right side & not my left like I was told early & didn't really know what I was getting done. I had to explain what I was told was going to be done & what I still needed. Then, after all that, I scheduled the deep cleaning of my whole mouth & left side cavities & was told it would be an all-day procedure, but it would all be done. When I got a reminder call about the visit, I reconfirmed and was given the amount that it would be. I came in today, 2/8/23, for the procedure & the deep cleaning & when I was taken back, I was misplaced & in the wrong area & no one knew where I was till I said something after 30 mins. Then when they got me to where I needed to be, they told me that I was only getting my left side done for my deep ******************* when that wasn't what I was told or what was supposed to be scheduled for. They said that the insurance only pays for one side at a time, so not sure why I was told something different again before I came in. Then I had them schedule my right-side deep ************ wanted to make sure the insurance would pay for ****** was informed I would need to call my insurance since the claim department isn't able to tell them anything since the claims for today haven't been processed. I asked if when they called me to remind me of my appt a week before 3/7/23 if they could give me the amount I would need to pay & I was informed no, which was weird since they had told me before on the last one that I had done today 2/8/23. She then told me she couldn't help me & hung up on ********* when I try to call back to get some answers, they will not answer the phone. I feel this is very unprofessional & they don't know what is happening from one moment to the next.
