      Purchased microwaveable steamed vegetable from Aldi and it started my microwave on fire!! My microwave needs to be replaced!!!

During the most recent call with the customer on April 23, 2025, the customer was informed that due to them not having any remains of the product or the packaging, the supplier could not investigate; therefore, their request for additional compensation could not be forwarded to the products supplier. As a goodwill gesture, we offered a $50 ALDI electronic gift card, which the customer rejected. ********************** **************** considers this matter to be closed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the product caught my microwave and packaging on fire!! How am I supposed to provide information off a package that caught fire? Clearly asking the impossible and not taking accountability for their actions or their products. 50$???? What does 50$ justify??? Would 50$ replace a microwave? No would 50$ replace my house if I hadnt acted quickly to putting the fire out? No  I also asked for a call back from a manager and NO ONE has reached out to me for a company to take this as a serious matter $50 does not justify a serious matter.

      Today, 4-19-25, my family and I went to the Aldi's in *********, **. I love buying the fruits when you have them on sale. I put all of my items in a box that had been on the floor. I wanted to use the box to take my items out to my vehicle. As I went up to the register, I received no hello or did you find everything?" I put the box on the conveyor belt, and this girl (hair in a ponytail and part of the hair shaved off in the back) starts taking my items out of the box and literally throwing them on the belt. I told her to not throw my stuff. I had to say, Excuse me, please do not throw my stuff. In a snotty little attitude, she says, I'm not through your items. I had to say, Yes, you are. I wanted to put the items back in the box, and she just puts them in the cart that's sitting by her. I said to her I wanted to put my stuff in the box. She just continues to put them in the cart. By now I'm very upset. I know I was there between 2 and 4. Since I usually get consumables, I threw my receipt. But this experience was horrible. I didn't even get a thank you or anything. The girl needs to learn how to treat customers. I live about 60 miles away from *********. And to go and get treated like that. I told my husband that I don't even want to go back. Very unhappy with the service.

      My complain is about one of the cashiers in Aldi ***************. She put my groceries in her shopping cart that was next to her (cashier). I haven't removed my groceries and she started to put the groceries from the other customer. I told her to wait until I put my groceries in my bag to start putting there the groceries of the other customer and she told me in a very rude way that That shopping card was hers. I came home and there were missing things in my groceries plus I arrived very upset of the way she was with me. Not nice at all. I went to Aldi today April 14 at 6:30pm. cashier that is in the ticket: ******. she is closer where are the shopping carts.

      I am filing this complaint because I unknowingly consumed a product called Summit Ginger Beer, which contains ************************ (BVO) a chemical banned in many countries due to its toxic effects on the human body. I purchased and consumed this product without being aware of the potential health risks. Over time, I began to experience symptoms such as Confusion, Headaches, Tremors, Fatigue, Rapid heartbeat, Loss of coordination, Anxiety, Memory problems, Muscle weakness and Irritability. I later discovered that these symptoms are consistent with bromine toxicity, which is a known risk associated with BVO. At no point was I clearly warned that *** was present or that it could cause these health issues. Had I known this, I would have never consumed the product. I am extremely concerned for my health and for others who may also be unknowingly consuming this product. I believe this warrants public awareness, potential product reformulation, and/or removal from shelves.

      The transaction took place on 4/4/25. The transaction amount was for $93.30. I recently tried to order groceries from Aldi online and the transaction said that it didn't go through but it took the funds out of my Snap account. When I called Aldi customer service at first they said that the funds had been released back to my Snap account but then when I checked it wasn't there. When I called back they said they didn't show A transaction. So I'm assuming I've lost my funds. I was attempting to purchase groceries. This happened In ********** Fl.

      On Saturday, April 5 2025 I went to Aldi's in ****************. I purchased a bag of Pink Lady Organic Apples for about $4.99. When I got home I opened it and each of the 9 apples in the bag was bruised. Only 3 were somewhat salvageable. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and could not return them. This is not the first time I have bought poor produce at Aldi's. A couple weeks ago, I purchased a bag of peaches, which was also un-useable. There have been other similar situations as well. I should not have to open a bag and examine each individual fruit. Aldi's should simply stop selling old produce. There is a ************;in the same shopping center which is where I will do my shopping in future.

      Aldi's response is a flat out LIE. See attached screenshots.

      They did not attempt to communicate with me via email, they sent me an email telling me "We have attempted to contact you" - but that email (from no-********************************** was their only 'contact', telling me to call them. I don't have a phone so I emailed them to communicate via email which of course they ignored as their email address is ***************************************************************

      If Aldi's wants to communicate, they must do it be email only, from a real email address.

Their only communication with me has been that email, which I responded to by asking them to communicate via email as I don't have a phone.  But of course, it was a no-reply email, so they will claim that they did not receive it.


      NO I am definitely not satisfied with their lack of a response. And I doubt that they will stop selling rotten produce.

      For the past nine months at this location, there has been a discrepancy in nutritional facts printed on the labels of the food items that are provided to consumers. Specifically, their daily nutritional values for fat content have been skewed, so any truthful details about your daily intakes are incorrect, and they have not strived to improve upon this. It is dire. My living situation could not be any better at this point in time, but I am under a household that has chosen to only shop at this location exclusively. In the past nine months Ive gained close to over 100 pounds to my original weight prior to having contact with this Aldi. I am concerned about the overall welfare of the greater community.

The customer advised he does not have this information at this time.       I am rejecting this response because: This does not meet the inquiry of what I have found. When my initial attempts to contact the Better Business Bureau about this situation I had intentions to settle this matter incredibly quickly, but due to the terms and policy that are instituted through the Aldi customer service line, it seems my desires cannot be met. Every product on the shelf from this Aldi in particular (Their signature select line), does not meet the criteria standard for regulatory nutritional food facts. It is egregious enough to want to contact a lawyer. I dont think receiving and making phone calls when I previously have stated that this matter was of dire importance is the proper creedence to be taken out to meet customer concern. If at possible sending agents to the warehouse and production sites immediately could have cited my cause, but communicating that seems to be too difficult. As a concerned shopper and a member of the community I only ask that the proper protocols be met with urgency, when the only evidence of this matter taking place is the effects on the community.

Ferrex mini compressor but the first time I used it the gauge was not working properly and obviously misread the air pressure delivery- over 11psi??I have corresponded over 10 times with them and sent 8 photos and a video.
