      I purchased 2 different types of novelty ice cream boxes. 1 each of 2 different kinds from Aldi in ************ on **************** on June 16,2022. I also purchased a few other grocery items during this trip. When I got home and reviewed the receipt I noticed that I had been charged for 10 boxes of ice cream. The clerk rang me up for 9 of one of the ice cream boxes. So I made a second trip to Aldi to get my refund for the unpurchased items. Wasted several gallons of gas for the trip and about 30 minutes of my time. On my second trip to Aldi the clerk asked me how I paid for the groceries on the first trip. So I presented her with the same debit card I had used on my first trip. I was supposedly refunded the ***** for the 8 unpurchased ice creams. However the funds have not been returned to my debit card. I have access and it shows instantly when money has been sent to the account linked to my card. I have tried calling the store without luck. The number to the store is a ***** that informs you to visit the website. I have sent an email to Aldi corporate with the same complaint and have received zero response so far and I am still out the money that Im owed. I have the receipts from the original purchase and the receipt for the refund that I have not received the funds for. I also have the statement from the debit card showing no refund has been given.

      I purchased a Ambiano portable ice maker on 7/3/19. It has a 3 year warranty. The unit now constantly locks up and says add water even though their is water in it. I have attempted to call the warranty line now for months. The only option has been to leave a message and no one ever calls back. I want to get my unit replaced before the warranty expires.

      On Saturday, 6/12/22 while shopping at Aldi, *** ***** minutes before the store closed I observed a rare sign that read, "buy one, get one free" for potato buns. I took two bags of the bread to the register, but the sign was not honored. I showed the sign to the manager, but she refused to give me the "free" bread. After she seen the sign she walked away saying that's for potato buns. I told her that's what I bought. Given that she walked away without saying she was going to honor the sign I followed her to the front of the store where she proceeded to lock the doors to ask a follow up question. She then, yelled at me that since I was ******* her she was not going to give me the potato buns despite my purchase "because I was ******* her." She and eventually other associates in the store told me I'd need to return to the store the next day to get the buns because the store is now closed, however there were other customers still checking out and I was inside the store and completed my transaction before the store closed at 8pm EST. To make matters worse, when I got home I discovered the buns would be expired in 4 days, which may be the reason the bread was buy one get one free but I never got the "free" bread due to poor customer service (and what can be perceived as false advertising).

      I would like for ALDI, INC. to paid only for medical cost. . . on March 17, 2022 my tooth broke off while eating a bowl of raisin bran cereal purchased from their store on ******* in *****, **. I filled out their compliant form on the computer and emailed it with all this information they requested. I am sending the BBB copies and doctors names who I've had appointments. I don't have dental insurance and therefore, no dental work has been done, only I have are the costs to have the broken tooth pulled out and replace with implant, ********************* couldn't save the tooth because it is dead. Estimate range from 3-5,000.00 for the one tooth which is located in the top and front of my mouth. I really appreciate your help and assistance. **************************** *************************************************** Note: Enclose are cereal box picture and info on box, purchase receipt, and est. costs from from doctors. This happen 3 months ago. Again many thanks.

      I have contacted Aldi corporate 3 times in the last year, the last time was a couple of weeks ago and was told the regional manager would be notified.I get the Aldi ad in the Atlanta journal, the Aldi in question is 3 miles from my house. When I check out I inform them the prices in my ad are cheaper.The amount of the difference is usually only 1 or 2 dollars per trip.Sometimes they refuse to give me the price in the ad or they want to give me a lecture about they will do it this time but they have to go by the ad in the store. It's not the dollar or two difference that bothers me it's the attitude this is clearly false advertising, and unscrupulous.Aldi corporate has done nothing to rectify this problem.

      5/10/22 I used instacart to shop at Aldi's.Original order ***** and a temporary hold was placed for ****** Reviewing my receipt Aldi's total came to $50.85. A temporary hold of $105 was applied to my account. After 2 days the hold was released and I was charged by instacart *****. When I reached out to instacart they replied the receipt doesn't have to match the charge and they can charge higher prices. This is price gauging and in all my months of utilzing instacart have I ever been told this!!! I am still owed $20.25 from my May 10th order .

      Date of transaction, today on 5/9/2022.In fear of bad stock, and on the shelf. Please help. And it tasted horrible, no smelled, like urine, with a similar orfoul tasting, after taste. Food spit out. Smelled it again. Cap put back on. upon reopen, again, urine. Smell of urine. In a new can or jar or plastic jar, of bought and paid for, apple sauce. Advertised for a dollar and eighty-nine cents.Plus tax. No, I dont want to eat you, I want to throw you away. Another waste. Bough and paid for. This one, smelling toxin.For the mental health of everyone working in your facility, and please remove all tox off the shelf. I do not want to digest ill or bad food.Remember, mental health is food health. And food health is mental health. **************** at the bought and paid for downtown location, is polite, and as always. Aldi twice as nice plastic jar of apple sauce, it was horrible. Please take all contaminated food off the shelf and for the hire of new workers.And who packaged what? On what shift? And time of day? And what false additive is being brought into the facility, or place of work. In need of healthy eating. The issue has happened so many times, I am unresolved, and now worse off in my good health. And a pocket book. Please help to resolve the issue, because I too, love food. And pro your food health, too. And maturism. Please do your work in kindness. Account, whatever the number is going to the ***************************. Please stop the foul harassment of me, and anybody who ever bought food sin. And I too, am Pro life. And still in need, of food. Good tasting food. In all sincerity, pro their mental health treatment. And anti abuse by poison. (and you did leave me hungry... help. anti abuse and to the food. to the packaged food, on the shelf).
