Date: 6.18.2023 Amount; $71.06 *** Comm promised (twice) to email me a return shipping label w/letter, to this date I have not received it. I wanted to cancel order the next day I purchased the items but was told that I had to wait until I got the items and then I could call ***** to return items. 6.27.23, called my cr. card & no chg had been made. 7.4.23 I called *** spoke w/******, gave Ref# ********. Called back *** & spoke with ***** asked for a returned shipping label, said she will email it to me within 3-5 days, another Ref #********. 7.10.23 called *** spoke w/******* said letter w.shipping label was not send. He said it will take another ***** hours. Spoke w/Supervisor **** he said he will send request to the escalation **** and it will take another ***** hours. I have not heard or received the letter, shipping label or money credited back to my master card. Per ****** on 7.5.23, said she will waive the return shipping fee of $7.99. I would like my money back to my master card, letter to send to master card and shipping label to return items.Business response

I am so sorry we were unable to cancel your order for you and to hear of the difficulties you are having with receiving a return label.
Looking at your order, the label cannot be emailed due to the weight of your package. I am sorry the agents were processing the label request incorrectly. I went ahead and issued a full refund for the order. This refund will post back to the original payment method you used. I will have a return label mailed to you ******** to send the items back. ***** allow up to 15 business days to receive it.
As of June 19th, LTD Commodities and Lakeside Collections are under new ownership. We are again dedicated to bringing back the first-rate **************** and quality products you expect and deserve from our company. We are humbled at your loyalty throughout the last 60 years and are looking forward to the bright future ahead.

placed order 5/28/2023 for 7 items @ 50% off & free shipping, items in stock when I ordered. Received 2 of the items. When I called company 6/13/23 & spoke with "*****" a supervisor, to check on order, was told" as of 6/9/23 no longer able to do Buy now Pay later option& rest of shipment had to be paid with credit card before shipping" I told her that I was able to do that, however" I was NOT able to get the free shipping or the price I had previously ordered at on 5/28/23, that the promo code had expired as well as free shipping." I informed"*****" of he original order date of 5/28/23 & that I had received 2 of the items which were the eggshell color zebra shades size 30x64. I requested that I still wanted the order including 1 more of the shades at the price previously ordered at with free shipping.I was told "can not do that request" I once again asked why the rest of the shipment was not sent only to be told that was to go out on 6/9/23. I never received an email or any documentation before I called, as I would have given a credit card number for this order.As a consumer I do not believe I should be refused my 5/28/23 order with the terms as stated as I ordered before the 6/9/23 date.I have ordered from *** previously & have not had any previous issues. As of June 19th, LTD Commodities and Lakeside Collections are under new ownership. With the new ownership, the decision was to no longer offer the Buy now Pay later option. There may be a new payment plan offered in the future.
I am terribly sorry that you were not given the opportunity to re order with the same prices that were on your original order. Understanding how this would upset you since you were unaware at the time of your order that the Buy now Pay later option was not going to be accepted with the new ownership.

I placed an order on 4/12/23 Order # **********. Got confirmation email of ************. I placed the order through **** mail. I ordered 4 items and enclosed a check for ***** check # ****. I received just two items out of the 4. My check was cashed in full and the two items I got amounted to approx. ***** at best. I have not heard from there nor did I get the excess I paid back. I have tried contacting them both through email, and phone. I have not gotten any response either way and I have been unable to talk to anyone human to date. Ive been ordering from this company for about ********************************************************************************* April I ordered a gift and a planter for myself. I placed the order and within a couple of days the order was gone and the company had filed for bankruptcy. Nothing was charged to my account at that time so I ordered the items on a different platform and didnt think any more of it. In May my account was charged for the merchandise and I immediately called and let them know to cancel the order as Id already bought the items I needed elsewhere. They claimed that once the order was sent out for processing it couldnt be cancelled. It sat in processing for 2 weeks and they still wouldnt cancel it. I was told I could refuse the package and that would begin my return. I was able to refuse the first package but was out when the second package arrived. I called to find out how to get this returned and was told they were negotiating with ***** to do return labels even though they were continually shipping packages. I had asked that they provided the return label free of charge since this was their mistake after refusing to cancel the order. After being told to call again this week they claim they are still negotiating with *****. At this point I still have not received a refund for the first package and Im stuck with the second one as they will not do a return label or refund the shipping costs. Ive never seen a company refuse to cancel an order stating that their computers dont allow that. This is ridiculous and shady. Ill sending this back at my own cost and am looking into legal recourse to cover my losses.Initial Complaint

*** keeps calling saying I owe $12 which I don't if I did I would pay considering I spent over $2000 in 2021. I sent them the order # and cancelled checks which prove I owe no money and they keep calling which is annoying. They don't even say what I owe for which tells me billing error and they don't know what there doing. I want the phone calls to stop and *** to do their job and correct their billing errors instead of making a good standing customer an idiot.Initial Complaint

On 5/2/2023 I placed an online order with LTD Commodities for $56.09 (order confirmation number o16902010). I received a confirmation email receipt of my order. My credit card has been charged. I have yet to receive my order, and as of today it is showing that it still hasnt shipped. Todays date is 5/27/2023.I have attempted to follow up with customer service several times, with an automated email being sent to me on 5/12/2023 stating they would be in contact shortly. I placed an order on May 12,2023 and as of today I still have not received my order. I log into my account and it says its still preparing to ship. I have reached out to LTD commodities a few times now and I am being told its ready to ship. They keep giving my the run around. I was then told they recently filed bankruptcy and are trying to get reinstated and are doing their best. I have been a customer of this company for 20 years and have never had an issue like this. Im not even sure if the call center is even located in ******* anymore. I want my items ! This company is become very suspicious and crooked.Initial Complaint

Ordered on 5/62023 and never got shipping confimation or tracking for item have contacted them numerous times and no response would like refund or my metchandise i ordered. I purchased from a LTD Commodities catalog some items totaling $79.84, on April 8, 2023.. By April 15,2023 i was concerned that my credit card had not been charged, because the order was successful and i was suppose to received it within 7 to 10 days. I tried to call and did some searching and learned that theLTD had gone out of business. so since my card had not been charged, i proceeded to order a similiar item from another company. On May 8, LTD Commodities charged my credit card for $79.84. I again tried to call several times but no one answered. I was able to send emails becaused the site was back up on May 11 and May 15, I emailed that i was charge, i had not received this item, and that i no longer wish to purchase it because i had purchased a similiar elsewhere. . I did not received any replies to my emails. On May 16,, the package was delivered. I have not opened it, and proceeded to call everday, holding as long as 30 minutes. On May 22, after 32 minutes, someone picked up, but unfortunately the department for returning packaging ins not active, and the person was not sure exactly when it would be open. I do not wnt these items and i wish to return them, and get a refund. They should not have charged these items without checking with me.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 4/1/2023--order #******-1DQK--Paid by check--It was deposited by *** on 4/10/2023--Ck # ****---I have called 2 times...1st time i held on for 45 min..for them to keep coming on saying 'wait time 3 minutes...I waited for 1 more day....called back same thing..I called another # that was service desk they said no one there to answer calls---I want my product or a refund--these are the 2 #'s I called ...*********** --*********** I want the product or my money returned..I will not order from this company again--My Zip Code IS ***** ***********************
