This is the 3rd time the life insurance sends us another to do paper for this to get payed out for my mothers death. They find a reason to not pay even though all is legal with it. They could easy send all needed with just the first time ....I have had the funeral home call in for whats need and they have sent back papers yet each time after 3 weeks comes another you need to sign this paper. Each time with the same stuff asked again. I just want to get this taken care of to pay for her funeral now. HelpBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: What is asked for is not personal information. I have sent back now 3 times the same basic information including MY drivers lic number and my brothers as well. All tjhis could have been done with one session. Instead each time its we need more information and asked for the same stuff less more personal of me. The policy is good, death cert sent. Funeral home called twice and now i expect in a few weeks another we need more info. Enough

Allstate agent has been emails Corporate for months and agree with me that I have $22.71 owe me. Why does Allstate keep saying they are investagating it. It is plain and simple. Allstate has not paid me after months for an auto claim where my cousin and I were injured and the police determined we were not at fault. The driver that hit us was texting and driving.My car was parked in a parking lot at the time of being hit, but Allstate claims that I am 25% liable and they are only 75% liable, which goes against what the police said in the accident report.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Allstate has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. The promised to pay me yesterday and then broke their promise. I have submitted all of the information that they asked for and they are still stalling on paying me.It seems they have no intention of paying for this claim although they are 100% liable. This is very troubling because they set the expectation for me that this would be handled by yesterday and it has not. I was not paid and Im very disappointed that a billion dollar company such as Allstate would be so professional, not keeping to the promises they give to the people they service.
