      I placed an order with Young Explorers toy catalog for Christmas toys. I paid with a pre-paid gift card. It was accepted and I received an email confirmation. The following day, I received an email that there was a problem and my order was on hold. I called them and they informed me that the items were on back-order anyway. I canceled the order and the funds have not been refunded to me. They have been the worst in contacting. I have been hung up on twice. There is no one that can ever speak to me without putting me on hold and then disconnecting or hanging up. This is fraud! Ridiculous and this is a scam! Hopefully others don't get robbed of their funds.

      Ive been charged $21.80 every month since I placed an order from Country Store catalog. I called customer service # and was transferred to a rewards department that Ive never heard of but they say I registered for. This is ridiculous and a scam. I cancelled the rewards as of November *******. Hopefully this is the end of it!

      I have been charged $16.95 monthly for over two years for a Young Explorers VIP service. I don't believe I ordered this service. I have asked to have it cancelled several times with no response.This is a total fraudulent tactic. I do not even know what it is for.

      I often order out of *******************************************. To me if I were a lawyer I would sue them both! Why should I have to pay $5 to $10 more because I wear a 2X and my daughter wears an extra small and they don't charge her less. To me....This is discrimination and somebody should sue them because I do not think that is fair. Yes, they use more material for a heavy person but they use a lot less for a tiny person so it should balance out. That is my complaint. I personally would like to contact the CEO of the companies.,Could I please have their email?

      Horrible company, never received my sweatshirts, I emailed them never a response, then refunded a lower amount then I paid. Never again will I purchase anything from this company!!

      I ordered a product from North Style, which falls under the Potpourri Group. They charged almost $14 in shipping for a shirt, and then listed a "carrier imposed surcharge" of $1.50. Isn't that the definition of shipping? I won't be buying products from them in the future.

      i give zero stars. This company should be brought to court. They are billing my debit card for a rewards program which never said had a fee. $21 PER MONTH!?!?Redonkulous!

      Beware of this online shopping site! I have ordered numerous times from this company in the past 2 years. I have received the items, often having to pay for shipping, (which many sites will give you free if you purchase a certain amount, but not NorthStyle!) I just discovered on a credit card statement that I have been paying for something every month called "PGI*NorthStyle VIP" since my first order! I never asked for this. I never agreed to this. But I was told I clicked on something!Shame on me for not checking my credit card statements thoroughly, I suppose that is what they were counting on. Don't be a victim of this scam!

      If I could give zero stars I would. This company Northstyle enrolled me in a VIP club. I was unaware and did not authorize it. I received no VIP benefits and actually returned what I originally ordered as it was shoddy. They have been charging my credit card for over a year. I did not notice it on my credit card bill. When I called to cancel they said I authorized it with my original purchase, but have not provided proof. They say they will cancel it and refund 6 months of premiums, but not the full amount. This appears to be an ongoing practice of this scam company, that has been going on for years. They even had a class action lawsuit at one time. I think it's time for another. I have a relative who is an attorney and I'm going to look into it. Please stay away from NorthStyle/Potpourri.

      Last time I bought something from this apparel catalog was early in 2023. They received my payment and I received the item -- no problem there. However, it has only come to my attention now (14 months later) that since then Northstyle (PGI Group) have been charging my credit card $16 every month for a total of $224. I have received nothing for this. I don't know how on earth I got involved in such a ridiculous scam but I'm prepared to suffer the consequences of not having scrutinized my credit card statements properly. Hopefully, though, my complaint is able to warn others before they do business with this company.
