      This ************* (they have given another name) has been continuously calling me from a 386 and 205 area code. They claim that I took out a payday loan in 2019 which I did not. Then they demand that I pay either ****** or ****** (depending on the caller) or else they are going to take me to court. When I say Ive never taken a loan they then say that the process server is going to come to my home in two days. They have even stated that they have spoken to my mother directly (she died 22 years ago) about the loan. They demand that I pay by credit card, checking, or prepaid card. Ive even used the verbiage about cease and desist all forms of contact. When they realize that they arent going to get money out of me they start hurling insults and name calling. I even spoke to one woman named ***** who said they are not going to stop calling me. When I asked for something in the mail they say that when I get served thats when I will get the paperwork.

      They somehow got my roommates contact information, and sent her a text.  When I returned the phone call, it was a call center in *********.  They then proceeded to say that I was a part of a federal investigation.  They stated that a court record will be filed unless I comply.  She refused to provide me with any documentation unless I agreed to pay. They then stated that I had a mortgage with ********.  Ive never banked with that institution. In addition, they became verbally combative saying that I was broke hoe who doesnt pay my bills and then hung up.  When I called back I spoke to someone named ******* who tried to play the good cop routine.  He then tried to play nice stating that if I just agreed to pay this will all stop.  I recognized some of their voices as people who I have spoken to before.

      I received a phone call today from the following number ************ They stated that I received a payday loan from them in may of twenty nineteen and they're wanting me to pay three hundred dollars and an upfront payment of fifty dollars to make payments monthly I have no idea what this company is.And I looked back on the internet And I don't believe i've gotten to pay day alone from these people I think they're Trying to get money from **** was reading the information you have posted on this company and I Is wanted to find out more information on what to do because they said if I don't Call them back to make a fifty dollar payment by friday that they're going to put legal fees and charges And perceive through courts.I don't understand because I don't know where this is coming from.

      Well guard ***************** called me and said they were filing a civil complaint against me for a payday loan from Timely Payday ************* in 2019. I have not received a payday loan from anyone. I believe it is a scam. The number I called was ************ for an ******* *****.

      Received a call from ********************* saying their client, Timely Payday is taking me to court for an unpaid payday loan from May 2019. Never heard of this company. I checked my bank statements from that time period and I never received any money from this company. Told them I filed bankruptcy in 2020 and if I owed anyone they would have been in my filing. Person on phone said it didn't matter that bankruptcy doesn't cover payday loans and they would see me in court. These people had personal information on me that scares me. They said I borrowed $500 but they are trying to collect a couple of thousand.

      Timely Payday Loans called on 05/15/2024 claiming I had a loan for them from 2019 for 500.00. They had the last 4 of my social, my former bank account number and address. I was told I made one payment of $150.00 and defaulted. The place he had listed for employment was incorrect for the time period. I advised him I had not taken a loan out and here in SC I have never heard of a company called Timely Payday Loan. The representatives name was Kevin **** who called. Our household does not use finance companies or such, we only use banks. He claimed of many attempts that had been made to collect, YET this is the first time I have heard of them. It alarms me that he has as much personal information on me as he does without me ever applying with them. He also called my husbands phone and not mine and stated it was the number on file. This happens one week after my husbands info was stolen and fraudulant **** *** charges made, Iva, SC police case #*********** The number that they called from was ###-###-#### which is a SC number, not MD. How do I go about getting this corrected?

      Got a call from ###-###-####,from maranda,says she with ****** *** **********.Said I had made a cash advance through Timely Loans,but I've never made a cash advance or even heard of timely loans so I'm not sure what to do,I ask her for bbb number but she hang up on me,think it's a ****.

      Today 4/23/24 I received a call from an attorney group at ###-###-#### stating I have a loan with this company that has been charged off and they will be serving me papers. I have never had this loan and have never heard of this company

      BBB Complaint Case# 36181086 (Ref#85-90###-###-####1086-2-165) Here we go again with Timely Payday loans but using a company called ********* ********* in Charlotte, NC to try and get money for Timely Payday. I got a voice message stating they had a Civil Complaint filed against me in court and i needed to contact them urgently. Once again claiming I took out a loan in May 2019. When I explained I did not take out a loan and asked for them to mail me proof of the loan including my signature things turned ugly. They told me this was my last chance to pay a portion of the loan for it to be closed and that I will end up owing more money. What worries me is they had my social security number, birthdate, and phone birthrate, They tried to intimidate me by having my SSN but I never admitted if it was correct or not. On and off I've received emails trying to collect money. They would threaten in emails they were sending the police with a warrant for my arrest. I responded to let the police know I'll be sitting on the front porch waiting for them. Of course nothing happened. I am beginning to consider taking out harassment charges against them since this has been going on for 5 years now.

      Somebody committed fraud on me , **** ****** on 4-19-2019. The account number is ********. The route number for cash is ********. The email that was used is ************************  The collection agency has found me and giving me this information telling me I should investigate and try to close this app that you made a deposit to in a fraudulent loan . I am trying to make a report with the police department and they are saying I need some thing on paper about this whole incident. I’m hoping you could help me. Thank you.

      I received a phone call from ****** ******* she said she the case file manager for ******************, she has called me from ************ several times the last time being today 08/28/2023 saying that I took out an online payday loan through Timely payday loans back in 2018 in the amount of $500, she said that they are willing to settle for the $500 but if I don't pay it then they will be taking me to court and I will have to pay $2,452. The number she is telling me to call back is ************, when I talked to her on 08/25/2023 I asked for proof that I took out this loan and all she could tell me is that they have the last 4 of my social, I asked for them to send me the documents proving I took out and received this loan and she sent me an email with dates that they want me to pay $100 each of those dates. She wouldn't give me any info on a bank that this loan was supposedly sent to, I haven't had a bank account open for so long. I have never heard of timely payday loans and have never received a loan from any online company.
