Terrible business practices they like to make sure that you're unable to reach an agent for a complaint and they like to give the run around. I stopped ensuring with them and they still said that I owed money after failed attempts from my new insurance company and contacting them and myself contacting them with the proper paperwork they still insist and now have set a collection agency on me for the money that I don't even owe

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst decision of my life to get insurance with Geico. I recently bought a car in ** and wanted to get it insured here. I own a home which is insured through Geico, so I figured, I'll just bundle it. They guy sets the plan up and never once told me I would need to verify my residency, why would I when they are insuring the home where the vehicle is registered. I never get any notification from Geico that they are cancelling my policy because of not providing proof of residency so now I have a lapse which has raised my premiums $700. ******, poor customer service and flat out scams. And good look getting on the phone with someone, I'm sure they're overwhelmed with the number of people calling in with issues that they can't man the phones. Go with state farm like I should have from the beginning.

09/22/2025 I was told to pay $34.99 to start policy . So I intered my **** card number and geico tried to withdraw $45.76 witch as of 09/24/2025 is still pending. I call geico and talked to ******* and was told it was a pass due bill from 2021 so I ask for the policy number, the address were they sent the bill and what vehicle was insured . I all so asked for a receipt and I got nothing... my neighbor said he was going to get geico insurance so I told him what happened and he said he owed them to and they didn't mention any pass due bills.

0 stars (Make that a rating, they dont deseve even 1)I had a clean driving record for over 4 years with geico prior to that was another car insurance company and haven't had any accidents them either, im a safe driver, I am cautious ans observant when I drive, and due to someone who wasn't being cautious nor observant and stopped in front of me on the freeway and had no reason to, my car hit his car and so I was immediately at fault, my monthly rates now at $100 over what they were and I am stuck with this, well so for 4 years of loyalty and accident free until 1 accident happened, I was charged so much more per month. Interesting, okay, so then now what happens, how does one go into litigation with a company such as geico. I'm open to suggestions, I also have corporates number and I will be using it. I would my 40 hour a week job, I take care of my kids, I'm not out there committing crimes or doing anything but trying to Live my f****** life and now this bigger bill comes along and causes more stress for me, I have cancer bro, isn't that enough, I'm Burdened with clinical depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, ptsd, trauma from many losses in my life, the inability ro enjoy the things I once enjoyed, dont like my job but I need it to live, because disability sure as h*** won't help me live, so im forced to work thriugh all of this in order to squeeze out a good maybe 5-10 years of peace at the end of my life. Well f*** that. You think I'm not gonna argue this ******** because Geico does this everyday to hard working people just trying to make it. Hahaha you are ignorant. Let's f****** go.

I contacted Geico on 3 seperate accounts to discontinue my auto insurance. I called the Geico number and was rerouted to a 3rd party calling service, not uncommon, after verifying my account information I was told that my account had been deactivated. A week later my bank account started receiving Geico charges. In total I was charged by Geico $1700.00. They clain that they are not responsible because the money was taken by a scamer using their compnay name. How can a scamer have accessed to phone ****** made to Gecio? This has been the worst expiece I have ever had with a business. You are far better off going with another company! I have paid more in fraudulent charges then I would have with a more expensive insurance company. Geico is a scam if they can't manage their website and phone number.

I truly appreciate it and hope this finds her. To have people in the work force like her, patient and kind, we need more of. She was empathetic with me and made sure i understood Everything that was happening. Made sure to find a shop local to me and an enterprise as well. I truly appreciate all her help. God Bless You ******** **** and never forget people like me appreciate you! I work In retail and understand that you can come across ugly people who are cruel. Just know your kindness doesnt go unnoticed.

Raised my auto rates 4 times within 1 year. Started at $60 a month and went to $182 a month for 1 vehicle. No tickets,no DUIs.Cancelled and had a $96 refund coming and after I didn't get it they claimed it was issued to a credit card number that wasn't mine. They told me to go talk to your bank about it.I wouldn't recommend this company to ***** !

A Geico insured driver hit my car and it was his fault, where he approached to my lane without paying attention and he hit my car. I asked the other driver for his insurance. He said his parents has the insurance, and I think the car is theirs. I didn't have a chance to call the police in that area. The other driver was afraid and shaking. So, I took a couple photos for his insurance using my cellphone.I contacted my insurance "Erie insurance" and opened a claim I told them exactly what happened. It seems the other driver called his insurance "Geico", and he opened a claim, but with wrong story. He lied. Geico told my insurance they will not pay for my car *********** is what happened with me and Geico so far:I contacted Geico. They contacted me back to take my statement. They said they want to call the other driver to take his statement. They sent me voice message stating that they didn't want to go with my claim. I called them back. They said they took the other driver's statement and he claimed that it was my fault, I hit him, and I approached to his lane. He claimed he wanted to call the police, but I pegged him not to do that. I told Geico representative that he's lying, but she said I don't have any evidence, no witnesses and no video cameras in my car to record the accident. This is what Geico does! This is what they do! Can you imagine??!!
