      As I write this my total time on hold is 2 and one half hours. I am trying to report the death of a auto policy holder and I dont have the app or the top secret information to access the info. The policy went to a credit collection services and I IMMEDIATELY tried to call the agency but the number was bogus. I then called Geico and was on hold for an hour and twenty minutes. My sister in law got the number for Geico Express which is a MISNOMER. Currently ******* has the regular number beat but by God its close...hour twenty one. hour twenty two. Regular number needs to kick a field goal. 3 minutes and theyll win!

      Unbelievable predatory and deceptive online insurance new policy process. I signed up for 2 autos, but they only added full coverage to one, so the quote seemed way better than my current company. The system did not give me clear options to place coverage on both nor did it let me chose coverage levels before accepting my payment. Not only did the system start a policy that did not cover both of my autos with the same coverage, without noting it, but the system tried twice to have me allow it to send a cancellation message to my current company. So they deceived me on the new policy to make it look less expensive and tried to cancel my current policy before I could even review the full policy they had just sold me. I've had Geico as my auto insurance company in the past and was very happy at that time, after this, I will never even look for a quote from them. Be aware or simply stay clear of this company.

      I worked for an attorney for awhile, GEICO will lie to save themselves a *****. Non responsive when you need them whether it's your insurance or the person who hit your cars insurance. Please avoid!

      I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my supplemental claim and the overall experience Ive had with GEICO in recent months.Despite being a loyal customer for over ten years and consistently paying my premiums on time, I have encountered an unacceptable delay in the review and processing of my supplemental claim and submitted photos. My motorcycle has been out of commission since April 2024, and although the repair shop has COMPLETED the necessary work, GEICO has yet to release payment. This delay has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability on GEICOs part.Throughout this process, Ive had three different adjusters and writers assigned to my claim due to what appears to be high internal turnover. This lack of continuity has directly contributed to the mishandling of my case. The individuals assigned have demonstrated incompetence, failed to communicate effectively, and have not followed through on basic claim responsibilities. I am 1000% certain that this turnover is the reason my claim has been dropped and ignored.I have made multiple attempts to follow up, yet the lack of timely communication and resolution has made this the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. It is disheartening to be treated this way after years of loyalty and prompt ********** this point, I can no longer justify continuing my relationship with GEICO. I will be seeking coverage elsewhere and will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the risks of relying on GEICO for their insurance needs.

      I have been with GEICO for 2 years now and they have been great ,this company is cheaper than any other insurance company and the customer service is excellent

      I would never recommend Geico insurance because to they are very unorganized. I was in a car accident. They never made an appointment for me to meet them at my vehicle to determine if its a loss or not they didnt tell me that I have to pay car insurance until I receive the value of my vehicle in a check. They definitely do not communicate with the departments if I didnt follow through with the payment that they want my license wouldve been suspended, even though I dont have a vehicle never was informed of that beware of GEICO insurance. I hope you take my advice seriously and dont go to Geico insurance. I will never use them again, their inconsiderate uncaring and unprofessional. and when they dont do something right, theyre only answer is Im sorry Im sorry doesnt do anything.

      I tried to get a quote on adding a driver, and they said they couldn't give me one without his license number. Well he doesn't have one yet. So I went to the app to try and see, like I do a potential vehicle. Well it added him to my policy WITHOUT my consent. They said oh well, we can't remove him without of proof he has insurance elsewhere. HELLO! He has NO LICENSE! They are telling me I have to pay $600 next withdraw. I'm disgusted and sick over it. When my abusive ex husband left the home, I had just paid my bill. When I removed him, they told me that the current policy I just paid was not HIS, and that I had to buy a new policy, and pay AGAIN. I explained the situation and again, their hands were tied.This company is so shady. It was bad enough after the situation with my ex husband, but now this with my son? How is it legal to sign me up for $600 payments without my consent??? I will definitely be looking for another company.

      These comments are regarding GEICO auto insurance. Terrible claim service where they engage in a number of shady practices, such as, base claim estimates on photos over multiple estimates from body shop professionals, eliminate valid items needing repairs (based on photos), pay small amounts hoping you'll take it and give up, make statements to get one's hopes up that they are trying to pay the required amount only to grossly underpay, etc., etc. GEICO keeps their rates low to attract customers, provide "happy" (sickeningly so) customer service, make sure to say things like "have a great day" to appear nice while stabbing one in the back, making illogical subjective claims decisions not based on professional body shop estimates while saying, and I quote, "We want quality repair for every customer and always want to work in good faith to resolve questions about any matters." In a phrase, they provide cheap rates but absolutely s**** you on claims payments. Apparently they are a financially solid company with deep pockets, but they have built this wealth by pocketing the premiums and cheating customers by paying poorly for legitimate claim expenses. We need to make complaints to the appropriate state insurance commissioners, sue them in small claims courts naming the claims adjusters by name, and find a law firm that will file a class action suit against them. I will be doing the former two, and it is up to multiple customers and a law firm specializing in class action suits to do the latter.

      So I got a really good rate offer from them so I left my other insurance company and went with them after a week of being with them I keep seeing a add for a credit for excepting this Good driver app from them and that my bill could be lowered 30dollars so I excepted it and it wasn't working right I tried over and over for a few days and the app just wouldn't work right next thing I know few more days later I get a notification saying my driver score is 86 which never would have been if I had know it was finally on and working so I try to get ride of the app because it's still not doing what it's supposed to do some of my trips wouldn't register and more stuff so I couldn't talking to anyone but got it cancel and the bot told me my rate would go up ***** dollars just cuz I canceled it because it was not operating the way it was explained and they won't put my monthly amount back to what it was so I'm about to leave GEICO cause of this it's not fair it would be fine if the app worked correctly but it never did so I'm so unhappy all I want is my amount back to what it was.
