Phone calls nonstop daily starting at 8am and at least 3x or more per day for many months, perhaps even a year with constant calls. We never answer. Our answering machine is turned on but they never leave any messages. We think some of the numbers could be fraud, there are so many different phone numbers calling from the same company with slightly different ID name. I have 6 different phone numbers for them so far.Business response

Easy Rest will not stop calling me, its been months. I've asked them to stop and take me off calling. I block them and they just call from different numbers every time. Prob spoofing. I'm seriously about to get a lawyer and file harassment suit against them if this isn't resolved.Business response

Easy Rest Beds have been harassing me for months. I have blocked every number they have called me from but they keep getting new numbers and keep calling. I get 2 or 3 calls every day. I just want them to stop. They have my home and cell number and I have yelled at them to stop but I think they are robot calls. Please helpBusiness response

Since September 9th, I've been getting phone calls from Er Systems. They leave no voice message, and I've tried to ignore them in the hopes they believe the number is unused but clearly they are not budging. I want them to stop blowing up my phone with their calls. I even attempted to block their numbers but they end up calling me again on a new number they acquire. I want them to stop harassing me immediately. I don't want their business. I also want them to stop selling my information and giving it to their other associate businesses as I've received tons of phone calls from Er Bedding, Er Adjustables, and more recently from Easy Rest almost every single day. I have provided a few examples of how many times they call my phone in the documentation uploads.Business response

I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my grandmother, her phone number is listed in this complaint. This business has been calling her repeatedly, sometimes daily, at 8:15 in the morning, despite several requests from us to be added to the Do Not Call list and being told that this number was added. Just to ask if she had received their mailing with the information on how to enter a sweepstakes, which is a completely pointless phone call. It is bordering on harassment, and taking advantage of the elderly. I would like to actually and permanently have the number listed here be added to their Do Not Call list.Business response

A minimum of 3-6 calls throughout the day are coming in after I have picked up the calls from "Easy Rest" "ER Adjustables" and "ER systems". I told them to remove me from their list and stop calling mid-year - so about May - June 2023 and the calls persist and almost have increased with frequency. They never leave a message and just won't stop calling. This is disruptive to the point where they even called before 6 am one time.Bureau response

Please help me!! I purchased the adjustable bed from this company 8 months ago, and ever since I purchased and started using the bed it’s been making my back pains even worse. I’m a 67 year old woman who has sciatic nerve pain in my lower back, and I was approached by a recruiter from the company who knocked on my door and started informing me about the company and the benefits of the adjustable bed. I informed them of my back condition and they told me the adjustable bed would help relieve my sciatica pain. Well, $5000 and 8 months later my back is in even worse condition than before I purchased the bed!!! I’m barely able to get out of bed and need assistance from my family. My daughter’s even slept in my bed a few times and complained about her own back hurting afterwards. I’m paying these people $150/month and I’m NOT satisfied with this bed at all. Then, when I actually reached out to the company about this issue..they told me that I need to “turn the bed over” every 6 months. That’s ridiculous, and I’m an elderly woman. I can’t turn over the bed on my own, and it’s not going to make anything better by just turning over the bed back to back every 6 months. I can’t continue to keep paying on a bed that’s causing more damage and harm to my body more than helping and relieving pain. I deserve to be reimbursed/refunded if not all, adleast partial of what I paid for the bed. I shouldn’t have to deal with a bed that not only put a dent in my wallet, but also is causing my sciatica nerve to become worse..Business response

Ms. ******** purchased her bed May 9, 2022 ( 19 months ago ) not 8 months ago....Our customer service department already spoke to the customer and dealing with her directly.
