So originally we bought the car February 6, 2024 upon getting the car I had started to notice different things when the car was a low RPM and a low speed you can hear a roaring coming from either the drivetrain or the motor or something of that nature, Imnot a mechanic so I would not know I called the number that they have in your contract. Hey, if you have any problems with your within this amount of days, call this number will put it up on the lift and look at it. I took it there. I left it there. Oh **** we dont know whats wrong. We cant figure it out, but since I have bought the car, theres two caution lights that have never went out. I did a ****** history report on the car. It came from ***********, ******* out of an auction. . I took it there. I left it there. Oh **** we dont know whats wrong. We waited from 11:40 AM until 4 oclock in the afternoon to be lied to by someone who said they were on verbatim a manager he didnt have a name tag he didnt have anything showing his credentials, plus he wasnt even sitting where the manager would sit at so he comes over and procedure to tell us, but he didnt know that had paperwork to back up our statements, which is fact he didnt know that the payment that we make on the car every month which is three 8853 we make that car payment monthly

We can't discuss any details of Ms. ********* deal because ***** is not on the loan.

We are aware of her mothers deal and the family came in on 12/14/2024 looking to trade in the vehicle she purchased on April 4th 2024.  Every circumstance is different but unfortunately we could not come up with an acceptable deal for the family.

Ms. ******* purchased her vehicle as part of an Arms-length transaction where she reviewed and agreed to all the terms in writing.  It's also important to note that she was given ample time to test drive and have the vehicle inspected prior to purchase.  Ms. ******* was also provided an Autocheck vehicle history report  at delivery that showed no accidents.

We discussed Ms. ********* options regarding trading in her vehicle on 12/14/2024, please have her reach out if she has further questions.

I purchased a vehichle from Right Way in February of 2024 and traded in my old car with them. I paid $3500 all together with the down payment and the trade in value. I was said my monthly payments would be $566 a month. Within a month of having this vehichle my re end axhaust went out as well as my right front axel, it was taken to **** aotupshop with rightway in elkhart . I didnt have to pay anything with the warranty. About 3 months after that my differential system failed and went out causing the car to be in the shop for up to two weeks without rental. Recently I have been having major issues so I reached out to my finace company and they gave me a dealership warranty that I was not told about until then which is not okay. The vehichle has been in the shop now for over two weeks waiting for warranty to approve everything. BUT once I recived the diagnosis paperwork it is well over $4,000 worth or work needing to be done and I am extremly angry with being sold a lemon car that has contunied to fall apart . I have not heard back from the shop about the warranty coverage yet. I am paying way to much money a mony $566 . I can barely afford the payments along with the up keep of the damages of this vehichle. Im a single mom working a full time job and I have told my finance company I will not pay a dime to them unless all of the damages are fixed or I recieve a new vehichle or even a refund from all the payments . I have paper work from all the shops that I have gone to to fix with my own money along with the documentation of the recent diagnosis which is ridicilous. I have Paid at lease $7,000 with the payments and out of pocket for parts for fixing the vehichle. I am looking for help with this matter or a better solution for myself. I have proof of everything from the day I have bought the car till now . Please help!!!

We were surprised to receive this complaint as we have not heard from Ms. ***** since she purchased her vehicle one year ago.

RightWay Auto Sales takes customer satisfaction very seriously.  That is why we have very vehicle safety inspected by a repair facility prior to making it available for sale.  It's also why we provide every customer with an independent 6 month or ***** mile warranty at no cost to the customer.  We also offer optional extended service contracts for purchase, which Ms. ***** elected to purchase a ****** mile or 24 month service contract.  It's also important to note that Ms. ***** had ample time to test drive and have her vehicle inspected prior to purchase.

Unfortunately, there's no way of telling what may break down on a vehicle over time, but you can tell from the measures above we make every effort to deliver the best product possible.  We contacted the service contract provider to get the status of Ms. ***** claims and the claim has been approved as of February 11th.  We disagree with Ms. ***** assessment that she was sold a lemon, she's put over ****** miles on the vehicle since purchase.  ************ would like assistance with her service contract provider please have her reach out directly.

The check engine light goes off and on for months at a time. No floor mats came with truck. Truck had been in two prior accidents one a rollover without letting me know. The engine just caught fire and had to be fire extinguished. ****** with 15k to go for this and they talk crazy to you. Ive never missed or been late with a payment. We were surprised to receive this complaint as Mr. ********** purchased his vehicle almost 2 years ago and we haven't heard from him.  We take customer satisfaction very seriously and every vehicle we sell goes through a 70 point safety inspection.  We also provide a 6/6 powertrain warranty at no cost to the customer.  It's also important to note that every customer is given ample time to test drive and have their vehicle inspected prior to purchase.

Unfortunately, Rightway has no way of telling what may break down on a vehicle over time, but we do make every effort to deliver the best quality product possible, as you can tell from the measures above.  It sounds like Mr. ********** may have experienced a total loss, his insurance company should be able to assist him in that situation.  If that is not an option we can attempt to trade him out of his current vehicle and into a newer vehicle.  Please have him reach out to the Livonia store directly.

Mr. ******** came to our *********** location looking to trade in his vehicle.  We presented him with an option to trade in his vehicle but it required a large down payment.  He chose not to take that option.  He still wanted to purchase a vehicle and we were able to get him an approval for a second auto.  He purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger as part of an arms-length transaction where he revied and agreed to all the terms in writing, including that he was not trading in any vehicle.

Mr. ******** was aware he was purchasing a 2nd vehicle and not trading in any other vehicle.  We've reached out to him to discuss his options if he wants to sell one of the vehicles.

Ms. ********** did have have mechanical issues with her vehicle.  We directed her to a trusted service facility where they found the vehicle needed an engine.  They submitted the engine replacement to the warranty company and it was approved.  We are hoping the vehicle is completed this week.

In regards to a loaner vehicle we did provide Ms. ********** with one of our lot rental cars.  She is also welcome to get a rental car from Enterprise or another company and get reimbursed by the warranty company.

We do ask that Ms. ********** treat our staff with respect.  There has been multiple issues with her being unprofessional with our staff by yelling and swearing.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response.
my serious concerns regarding the mechanical issues I have encountered with my vehicle, which I purchased from Right Way. These problems began just seven days after the acquisition of the car. I promptly informed the dealership about the issues; however, I was repeatedly directed to the same repair shop on multiple occasions without any effective resolution. After multiple visits to various repair facilities, my vehicle was finally diagnosed after three weeks without proper mobility. It is disconcerting that it took considerable effort on my part to have the vehicle transferred to a more competent repair shop. Since the inception of this issue, my familyincluding my toddlerhas faced significant risks to our safety, which is utterly unacceptable.Furthermore, I have been compelled to incur additional expenses for rental vehicles due to the negligence exhibited by Right Way. This situation has not only compromised my safety but has also placed a financial burden on me. I have been informed in various discussions that the dealership does not prioritize handling the repercussions of their negligence, nor do they demonstrate adequate concern for the safety of their customers. Moreover, I have requested proof of the pre-purchase inspection conducted by the dealership on my vehicle, but my requests have been denied. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of their inspection processes and transparency with customers.Having had this vehicle for merely two months and only being able to utilize it effectively for a few weeks, I experienced a critical failure while driving in heavy traffic with my child present. I believe it is reasonable to seek compensation for the substantial inconvenience this situation has caused, as it has severely impacted my ability to work and support my family. I find the unprofessionalism exhibited by this dealership to be deeply troubling and indicative of a broader systemic issue within their operations.

I bought a vehicle from RightWay. I had the vehicle a little less than a week. I noticed the truck exhaust was loud and it was shifting funny. I notified the dealership immediately. I was told to make an appointment with a repair shop that they chose. I dropped my truck off at the repair shop on the scheduled date and time. After 6 days I decided to reach out to the repair shop. They informed me that the truck needed a new transmission and the truck was no longer at there shop. I then called the dealership and asked where the truck was. They informed me it was at another repair shop. I was not notified of this at all. Its alarming to me that they are moving my vehicle around to different locations and not notifying me as the owner of this vehicle. I asked them way they did this, they stated that this repair shop would not put a used transmission in and a new one was to expensive. The singed agreement states in the dealer warranty (6 months-***** mile warranty) that this is covered. They now have had my truck for well over two weeks. I stopped in at the repair shop today and still no work has been authorized from RightWay. I just want my truck repaired.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them and we're told it was the only vehicle we could get. The price they sold it to us for was 19k, we found a price tag of 14k in it after buying. We told them about severe suspension issues on the vehicle within a few days of buying it. They set us up an appointment to get it looked at, we couldn't make that appointment (son got sick) so we rescheduled for a week later (the soonest available time). They gave us a loaner car on Saturday with the agreement they would drop off our car we purchased from them at a repair shop to be looked at and repaired. Monday morning rolls around and they call and tell my wife and I they won't take it to the shop, there's nothing wrong with the car and to bring the loaner back. I called and was yelled at first, I did some yelling back and they threatened to call the police (wildly without any reason) A corporate person reached out and was rude eto my wife and said they won't communicate with me anymore. I am the primary loan holder. They are insanely rude and incompetent. I want this vehicle fixed as according to our warranty we purchased or to be refunded our money.

We'd like to assess the issue and potentially assist, but we need Mr. ****** to take the vehicle to a service facility so we can diagnose.

No one on our end was rude to his wife, but we did communicate with her due to Mr. ****** missing appointments and not answering our calls.  There is nothing we can do if Mr. ****** continues to be uncooperative.

We have spoken to Ms. ***** and cleared up any confusion regarding refinancing.  A customer can attempt to refinance at any time after delivery but there are too many factors for us to ever promise something like that nor does it say that in her contract.  We do not refinance and it would have to be handled directly with the banks.

Typically we can trade a customer out of their vehicle after ***** months, please have Ms. ***** reach out to us if she'd like to look at trading in her vehicle.

      Sincerely,

      **** ********
