    Much more pleasant talking with representative whom was very helpful. Away from computer, which was necessary to complete details. Thought it would take much longer by phone and I was wrong. Enjoyed customer service.

    I've had car shield for 3 yrs to find out they dropped my coverage because to old of vehicle or the miles to high but still took out there monthly payments how do it get some of my money back from when my coverage was dropped but still collecting there payments

    I've paid over $5K in warranty fees to this company, only to be told when I needed them that they don't cover "rubber hoses"...most of what is under my hood would be considered "rubber hoses". Feel like I've been ripped off for the past 4 years. Canceling this ASAP and keeping my $189/month in my pocket, since I'm having to pay for all my repairs to my truck out of pocket anyways...

    Paid diligently for coverage kn our only vehicle. When we needed a repair we.were told it would be 3 ton7 days before an adjustor could ******* the dealerahip to look at the car. We explained we couldn't be without a vehicle a d not once.was an option given to us other than leave it and they would get to it when they could. We were.told.we could pay out of pocket and the adjuster would.look at the part and determine if we were eligible.for a .refund. we did that. Now they say we.should have gotten a rental a since.we.paid, they closed the case and advised the dealership tondiscard.the part as .they wouldn't be coming out. We.spent thousands if dollars.for this service.only to have them not even consider assisting us as.promosed. now.we are out the monthly charges as well as the repair cost.
